Well designed, good quality clean and very comfortable accommodation.

Despite asking for my arrival time, I waited 25 minutes to get inside.

Clean, easily accessible, nice balcony and view.

Location. A block away from the ferry port Lovely views from the balcony. Was met at the building - no need for phone calls and waiting outside the door.

I've stayed here before and it is clear that some minor maintenance is needed to bring it back to its previous pristine condition. It is still good value for money. No Internet in my Room 302. If you want the internet you need to go down to the foyer. The toilet cistern mechanism is faulty and it overflows. .Toilet roll holder and shower head holder are worn out and need replacing.

Excellent location, just a few minutes’ walk from the ferry port and the waterfront bars and restaurants. It felt very clean and comfy and had everything you could need in a hotel room. They’ve put some effort into styling (modern cement-look shower recess and nice floor rug) so it’s not a boring, sterile hotel room. A staff member (the owner?) came out the front to greet me and carried one of my bags up the three flights of narrow stairs. I was carrying extra luggage so this was very much appreciated.

Not a dislike, but be aware of the need to navigate narrow stairs with your luggage. I’m sure this would also apply to many of the other accommodation places on Skiathos. The written communication about bus stops/bus availability prior to my arrival was unhelpful and ultimately misleading (as it turned out, there was no bus at all due to it being winter) but the in-person attitude when I arrived was far more friendly and helpful.

Very comfy bed. Handy for ferry and taxi rank. Good shower and lots of hot water.

. I found the two flights of steep stairs difficult as I have bad knees and get very short of breath especially with luggage. They were quite dark. Maybe paint the steps themselves white …. In the morning the electric went off. The key was in the slot. With the bathroom door shut and no window it was very dark and so we didn’t see the fuse box. The first fuse had tripped. Perhaps this could be mentioned to the guests on arrival.

Rooms were cozy with all the essentials. Water provided in the room which was a welcome touch. Eddie at reception was very friendly. Rooms were clean as well as linen etc.

Small issues such as a noisey fuse box in the room (constant buzzing sound) resolved this by taking out my key card from the power. Also, the smoke detector has a very bright flashing light when all the lights are off, and it is quite disturbing. If you're a light sleeper this could annoy you.

Stayed here twice in one week. the rooms are spotless and comfortable. I had a standard double the first time then the room on the top floor with a balcony and sea views, I would pay extra to stay there again as the balcony was huge and the room much bigger with a kitchenette. Super close to the ferry dock.

No lifts so suitcases a bit tough to take up the stairs.

I would highly recommend this place, I stayed there with my husband for 7 days in July, we were very satisfied, staff was great, room excellent, very clean, with a terrace, and location is perfect, in the heart of the city!

Everything was amazing, the facilities, the location, the terrace,...we would definitely like to come back...

Maybe a small suggestion for improvement - one extra key for each room. People in the same room can have a different program and an extra key for independent access would be nice.

Very conveniently located in the town for an overnight stop. Kettle for tea and coffe a big plus. Our third stay.

No problem for us, but we had to phone for someone to let us in. The spiral staircase is not so easy with luggage but the friendly lady who welcomed us offered to help.
