The accommodation was perfect for my needs. It was very close to the bus stop for the beaches and, more importantly for me, the airport. Very comfortable bed and wonderful facilities. Hot shower evertime wirh clean towels and toiletries, air-conditioning and a fridge (with bottled water). The shops and restaurants were all a 5 mins walk away. Close enough to the port if you're happy to take a short walk with your bags etc. The accommodation building is located above a quiet establishment (cafe/restaurant) just next to the crossing point on the LHS of the road (standing with the sea behind you) and up from a small supermarket, which is also handy if you need any supplies. Would highly recommend.

There are a flight of steps up to the accommodation from the street level. They are quite steep and narrow. It might be an issue for those who aren't particularly strong and fit or those with mobility issues. There are also a flight of stairs up to the first floor of the actual accommodation building (rokm no.s 2**). Again, posing the same issues as entering the building. The access to the building and room is via a link to an app on your phone. It took a few goes to work on one occasion, which made me a little nervous. The outside door of the building also has a key pad, which helps if the app doesn't work effectively.

Location was great. Right above the Green Bus coffee shop which is amazing and the bus station opposite. The marina and bars and restaurants are all just a couple of minutes away. Don’t bother pre ordering a taxi from the airport, you can walk it here in about 20 minutes or it’s 3 euros on the bus. The rooms are lovely and clean with a small balcony. The app you download to access the room is very easy to use.

The mattress was a little on the hard side. Although the cleaners came in to clean the room, there was no soap and very little toilet roll.

everything was perfect, very clean, well-kept, carefully arranged in the room for 3 people, the bathroom with everything it needs to be, the balcony offers a good enough view of the sea and part of the island, towards the airport, the quiet area and very close to the new port and terraces. You can reach it in just 4 minutes on foot! And any bus, from the airport or from koukounaries, can drop you off at station 0, which is right next to the hotel. The end of the trip also mattered, when the staff were very responsive and helped us with a new code to be able to leave our luggage for another 2 hours after check-out, until the afternoon flight.

nothing to comment. The code was more difficult to enter, at first, some buttons were typing twice, but we managed quickly. For the elderly, the steps at the entrance and on the upper floors can be a problem, but the price and comfort are worth the effort. After all, Skiathos is an island and a town that requires effort when going up and down, 20 more steps is not a big deal.

The position and the A.C. turned on. The place was really clean and nice! Moreover, the way of opening the doors and the use of the app. It would be wonderful integrating in the app or providing a map with all the locations of the things of the point 2) below

It could be better to add these things: 1) a bottle or two of water inside the fridge; 2) ask if the people know what to visit and where (not) to eat (e.g. all the places are fine apart from blblbl or something like that)

Great location just off the harbour front in the centre of Skiathos town, super comfy bed, clean shower room with complimentary toiletries, kettle and fridge, free air con (much needed), perfect for a 2 night stay. Only thing missing was a full length mirror.

Initially I thought the digital key entry system was genius having never seen anything like it before, however on the second day it did not work and had to contact the staff. After restarting my phone and entering the details again into the App, I was able to access the property and my room- just an inconvenience more than anything else!!

Great location near the bus terminal. Was alternative accommodation booking as the original accommodation was not ready. So a great alternative. Very clean, good air con, great WiFi and good shower. Really comfortable bed. Loved the keyless entry system via an app. Met by the lovely Dimi on arrival.

Not a problem for us but there are 30 steps to the property accessed at the side of the Green Cafe. Could have done with some more coat hangers if anything.

The location is positioned ok: 10 seconds of the island/airport bus, 1min from the new port and in the end of the restaurants chain. The room is perfect for vacation, the view in the street and the sea on the right side of the balcony is nice. I would go again if Skiathos would be on my visit list.

The towels were stiffy. The rest was good to perfect :) I have nothing else more negative to write about Mr P. It's a nice location.

Perfect location. 20 minute walk to the airport and 5 minute walk to the port. 2 minute walk to bars and restaurants and cafes. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice shower. Nice view from the balcony

Would have been nice to have Tea, Coffee, and Sugar in the room. Whatever the cleaners use to clean the kettle with makes the water smell and taste floral until its boiled about 6 or 7 times. apart from these minor problems there is nothing to dislije

We stayed for one night only because we had an early flight the next morning. I would say the place is good for a short stay, because it might be a bit noisy. The main road is just below, right next to the bus ring (Skiathos has 1 bus line & 1 airport bus). The hosts are great - arranged our airport transfer for us, gave us some beach recommendations.

Location is brilliant, comfortable stay before travelling to airport the following day. Close to shop and restaurants and port!

Only thing I’d say is that there was no WiFi code anywhere and the phone to call reception didn’t send us anywhere BUT asked in messages on this app and got an answer very quickly. The sofa bed felt abit squeaky but for an overnight stay was fine but if was longer stay this could have been an issue.
