Lovely 2 bedroom apartment, clean comfotable, spacious, modern shower room & en-suite, TV & aircon in living area & both bedrooms, really good location, very close to the heart of the town, fabulous hostesses. Nice little commual breakfast area with self serve breakfast, cereals, boiled eggs, cheese,meat,bread,cake, juices, tea,milk & coffee for guests, with nice outside seating area too.

The only real niggle was the outside noise could be heard in the room possibly because we were on the ground floor, mopeds sounded very loud throughout the night until around 3am & people walking past, heared every step & word being spoken. Lovely fridge/freezer but really missed not having a kettle, mugs, teaspoons & glasses.

The apartment was amazing, it was so huge with two renovated bathrooms and a large balcony. The personnel was very kind and attentive. The apartment was spotlessly clean and daily cleaning was done. The proximity to the centre is simply perfect. Great value for money.

Breakfast was very basic. The equipment of the kitchenette was insufficient. The apartment front door was broken and did not close, we had to lock it every time but the steel lock plate on the door frame was missing. The room insulation was poor.

Right in the middle of Skiathos town, this was a very good value hotel. No frills, but the room I booked was very large and clean with a big terrace overlooking the town. The bedroom, bathroom, and hotel in general were sparkling clean. My room had cutlery and dishes as well as a hair dryer and water boiler. It's less than a five-minute walk to the bustling sea front and a 15 minute walk to a well-serviced beach (Paralia Megali Ammos).

The breakfast is nothing to write home about, but there is coffee + eggs and cereal. If you want something more substantial you have a million options waiting for you just outside.

The room was very clean, the bathroom was modern and the shower had great pressure. It was a fine size for 4 people for 1 night, especially with the price! Breakfast was included, had some cooked meat, hard boiled eggs and some cereals and bread with spreads. The women who welcomed us was so lovely, the staff we very friendly! The tv is newer so had Netflix etc. Air conditioning worked great. Beds were comfy!

There is a small gap in the door of the bathroom that may be awkward if you are sharing with people and the bathroom floor got quite wet from the shower. But those were only small things! As we were able to avoid looking at the bathroom and they had bath towels to put on the floor.

The place was really close to the Old Port (2-3 mins walking) and was basically close to everything including some beaches. The staff was really nice and helpful and recommended some great activities nearby. The breakfast was fresh and healthy.

Personally, the thing that disappointed me the most was the bed, it was uncomfortable to the point you could feel the strings of the bed but this could be just my case.

Verry close to center. Silence, new renovated room and bathroom. Verry good and tasty breakfast. Nice view. Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube. Really cooling fridge. Every day they clean and change the towels, if necesary.

At the begining, we were desapointed, because I made a reservation for a triple large room and they gave us a smaller one, with double and bunk bed, really no space to move around. But, as they have many other good points, we forgot about this :)) It will be great to have a lamp for reading near the bed. And the bathroom really needs some hangers for towels, as there are not,and some shelf in the shower /at the mirror, to put necesary items.

It was really a great location. A cople of minutes walk to the main street (shopping etc) and in the other direction - just below the many stairs (!) is the bus to the airport. Like 2 minutes if you go down the stairs and 5 minutes going up :-) Supernice staff & toatlly ok breakfast for the very cheep price we paid (less than 25 euros for two persons including breakfast. Our room had two doublebeds and a balcony facing the terrass where breakfast was served. Very nice and clean and with a refrigerator.

As a solo traveler, Eliza Hotel was incredible. The price is amazing for the quality of stay - rooms are clean, staff are lovely and helpful, you’re in a fantastic location and breakfast is included.. couldn’t ask for more!

Since you are in such a great location, that is going to come with some noise from the streets. However, that’s inevitable if you are staying in the heart of Skiathos

Appartments are cleaned every day. Toilets are renovated. The rest of the room is decent. Free breakfast included. Staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is basic and same every day but it's ok. Location is perfect.

Paid parking is offered for 10 euro per day. There is free parking in about 5 min walk. There was a flood in Skiathos during our stay and we didn't have water for one day, but this was for the whole island.

Fantastic value for money, room was small and compact, but very clean, towels were changed everyday, and we were only there for 4 nights, breakfast was lovely continental style, great value for what we paid. Location was perfect for our needs, right in centre of Skiathos
