Highly recommend 10/10 Communication prior to my arrival was excellent, Mr . Babis picked me up from the harbour and offered me a free upgrade room upstairs ( room 11 ) with wonderful views over Skiathos harbour. Very friendly staff , got a free lift to the airport too....a first for me All in all very pleasant stay

Unbeatable quick access to everything you need for your stay: restaurants, cafes, shops. Beautiful view from the accommodation terrace of the port and landing planes. Perfect bus service to most beaches on the island every 10-15 minutes. Close access to the ferry port. Perfect daily care for the cleanliness of the apartment every day.

The apartment has air conditioning, but its outlet is positioned so that the cold air blows directly onto your bed, which is of course not good for your health. A bit of a time problem when checking in to the apartment, although I admit we arrived quite early. Upon arrival, we were promised to check in at 1:00 PM, which ended up being 2:20 PM, and in the heat that day it was very exhausting.

The view, the bed, the room itself, the rooftop terrace overlooking the harbour - all of these were wonderful BUT absolutely the best thing about this wonderful place was the people who work there. Babis himself, who happily collected us from the ferry and took us back to the airport, and insisted on carrying all our bags to and from the studio, Yiota and Anna - they all made our second stay here a joy! Thank you for everything and, hopefully, see you next year.

People mention the steps and incline, to and from the town centre, but they’re really not too bad, and with Babis’ help with anything heavy, please don’t worry too much about them.

Excellent value. Location is brilliant. Owners are very friendly and even gave us a lift to and from the airport. Air con and local TV in the rooms made it comfortable, and our port view from our balcony was really lovely to wake up to.

It's such good value, it's really hard to be critical. Only thing that was poor was the pocket door for the bathroom, awful for privacy, you can hear EVERYTHING! We also had a power cut (I suspect the master fuse blew) on our floor for a few hours, but these things happen and it was resolved with the help of a local electrician, who came out on a Sunday to sort at the owners request. Don't let these things put you off though, for the price charged it was excellent.

We only stayed at Babis for one night, to make sure we were on Skiathos ahead of our flight home. The Hotel was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay. Just a short walk to the restaurants, cafes and bars and we really recommend El Greco on the front - superb food! The room had a nice balcony where we could sit and look out over the port. The air conditioning in the room was efficient and a fridge is included, which was handy as it was very hot while we were there. Babis was very helpful and collected us from the port and took us to the Airport for our flight the next day. Recommend!

The room was clean with a small kitchenette area - double bed, good bathroom with nice shower. It was very comfortable for one night and in a good location to get to the bars and restaurants in Skiathos Town. Babis met us at the port and took us to the airport the following day. If staying more than a night or 2 I would recommend trying to book studio with sea view as they are bigger and you get your own outdoor seating area overlooking the harbour - very picturesque. There is a shared roof terrace that is available to everyone so it was nice to sit out after dinner with a glass of ouzo!

Babis came to pick me up from the airport and helped me figure out how to get around the island and he gave me tips for local spots! The location could not be better! One staircase down to the main strip with access to all the restaurants, buses, and ferries. I spent lazy afternoons on the balcony reading it was divine. Babis, thank you so much for such a wonderful stay!

Just be careful of the staircase going down to the Main Street, don’t step on the white rocks, they can be slippery. Not to do with Babis though, that was amazing!

The location. The room had lovely sea /port views. It was very clean. A few minutes from the front and bus stop 0 and Not too much of a hill, or to the main streets in the town in the other direction. So enjoyed the planes flying in past the balcony to the airport. There was a roof terrace with even more spectacular views, where we usually took our fruit and cheese and yogurt for breakfast, or a drink on the evening before going out. Lovely to meet other guests and chat there. Babis the owner couldn’t do enough for us, extremely helpful during our stay. He also contacted us prior to our arrival to arrange pick up from the port, when we arrived in Skiathos and took us to the airport at the end of the holiday. Fantastic x

The furniture and room was dated and a little on the small side, but this was not really an issue

Host was very friendly and helpful and picked up us from the port, so we had no trouble finding the accommodation. Great view of the bay from our room's balcony and from the communal roof terrace. A bottle of water was supplied on arrival. The location is excellent for walking to the main areas of Skiathos town and to the bus station for going further. A clothes line and pegs were available on our balcony.

It was difficult to have a shower without flooding the bathroom/toilet floor. There was a kettle but it was the smallest one I have ever used. A couple of instant coffee sachets were supplied but not renewed. No teabags were supplied, nor milk, but perhaps we could have asked for some. The safe was not big enough to hold a tablet. It is impossible to avoid climbing a few steps to get to the place. The tap water is not drinkable, even after boiling apparently. But there are a few public drinking water fountains in the town which we used to refill our own bottles and avoid buying more plastic. The place was facing the airport, so was a bit noisy occasionally.

Free transfer from/to airport. The room was clean and had everything necessary. It is cleaned every day. Air-conditioning and safe were included. Very close to the airport - 5 minutes by car. A few minutes by foot from bus stop 0 from where you can take a bus to the most famous beaches or to the airport. There is Masoutis market nearby and since it is close to the town center you have access to many restaurants and shops. It is a few minutes from the new and old ports. From the old port depart most of the boats going to Skopelos and Alonissos. Also from there you can reach a lot of beaches by boat - there are regular boats departing each hour to some beaches like Kanapitsa, Achladies, Tzaneria, etc. The hotel is located on a hill as a big part of the town so take this in mind, there will be steps and steeps streets. But that's normal for a lot of islands.
