A clean and basic room.

I noted the same thing as some previous guests have noted: some of the "sea view rooms" are not exactly "sea view" rooms. There is a large tree in front of the hotel and yes, behind it IS the sea, but there is no view whatsoever. What you see is a big tree in front of you. In my opinion, these rooms located behind the tree should definitely be described as "room with partial sea view" or "room with obstructed sea view". To say they have sea view is definitely misleading.

the perfect place to stay in skiathos the rooms were nicely sized for two people who were going to be out during the whole day and night, nice balcony and such a cute view even though we had the back of the property we loved it, comfortable rooms with fridge, nice bathroom, towels, wardrobe and a safe. we felt right at home here. the staff were very friendly and i didn’t catch his name but the man who checked us in asked if we wanted any information on what to do/where to go as we had never been here before and he was extremely helpful gave us everything we could ever need! and took his recommendations for food and activities and it paid off as we had an incredible time here, easy to find and amazing location being right by the bus stops which will take you everywhere! nothing bad to say

Great room, not the best view at the back but pleasant. Small balcony but can sit on and not in the sun which is great as far too hot in August. Good air con, fridge and kettle, 2 glasses, 2 cups and a knife fork and spoon which was useful. Great good sized comfortable bed and quiet. Excellent position in the town and value for money. Supermarket next door and cafes, Bars, restaurants and bus stop on your door step

The hotel is in a perfect spot, in the city center and everything is next to you. You can walk to the port and the airport, you don't need a car and if you have a car there is free parking space very close by. The staff was very friendly, they allowed us to enter the room earlier than our arrival. Next to the hotel you can find everything, restaurants, fast food, cafes and mini markets. Our room had a port view, a huge balcony with a small table and chairs. Our room was very clean and every day we had clean towels and the cleaning lady cleaned the room and the trash every day. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the beds were very comfortable. We are satisfied and highly recommend the hotel Akti for holidays. We had a great time! Thanks!

Nothing, everything was perfect!

Great location, comfortable beds, cosy room. Tea/coffee cups, kettle and a knife. Small but adequate fridge for a short stay. Nice view with balcony overlooking the harbour. Wonderfully helpful staff in the office at the front entrance. Very reasonably priced.

The balcony is a little small and not private so in peak season you would be very aware of your neighbours but for a town hotel that is to be expected.

We loved this penthouse apartment. We spent hours watching the yachts bobbing below, the comings and goings of ferries and incoming flights. The apartment is full of light, the best ever water view terrace, comfy beds and good vibe staff. It's right in Skiathos town but away from bar noise. What more could you ask for?

Wifi patchy at times.

We had a good room lovely & clean with a good shower, & a fantastic view of the port with fabulous sunrises too. The hotel is close to the bus terminal which takes you to many beaches & to the end of the island & is only 3€ per person. There are many Tavernas/ restaurants near to the hotel all within walking distance. we had a super holiday & made new friends too.

Really amazing location that was right by the main bus stop, super close to great restaurants and a lovely view of the sea/harbour. Great to have a mini fridge for drink and food bits.

The bathroom is quite small and the shower is particularly tiny which means the shower curtain sticks to you constantly. Would be great if there was some shelving/storage in the bathroom for products. Could do with some more kitchen bits eg cutlery or some plates if we were being fussy!

Fabulous location with a view over the new harbour. Two minutes from the bus terminus with buses to all the beaches and to the airport 5 minutes from the airport Five minutes from the centre of town

Room could have been a little bigger as could the balcony and the bathroom

Pretty much everything was perfect. Location was fab with an amazing view, price was very reasonable, room was clean and had all we needed. Staff were very welcoming and helped us with any queries and made extra bookings at our request. Fab!!
