Very clean and very accessible from the town. Great location. Staff were superb.

Bedrooms are absolutely functional - just a little dated, but nothing to put you off staying. We’ve included some photos of the stairs that some people have mentioned. Not too many stairs but thought the photos may help.

Too many steps up to property. Uncomfortable beds.

The breakfast was plentiful and filled us up to our evening meal . Arrived every morning on time to our room . The location of Skiathos living is perfect - just a short walk to the supermarket and the main port , town and restaurants- yes there are steps but it didn’t faze up for the lovely views we had from the accommodation- the staff were so helpful carrying our luggage when we arrived and when we left . Also so close to the airport - loved seeing the planes come in / take off - no noise at night once doors are closed to the apartments 😊

Our only criticism was the shower - a little tired and being hand held was a bit of a faff but we all survived and I would recommend to others to stay there.

Spacious apartment with huge living area, kitchen and 2 good sized bedrooms. A balcony and veranda from the main bedroom and 2 bathrooms (we had a 2 bedroom family suite). Air conditioning in living room and main bedroom but wasn't needed all the time as the apartmemt was so cool. Lovely view over the harbour. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool with available sunbeds most days. Amazing location- 5 minute walk from the port and town. We found a back exit from the hotel and liked walking through the backstreets to town. 2 minutes from the main bus stop. A large supermarket 2 minutes up the street.

The kitchen could have been better equipped as we had to ask for a couple of things such as a sharp knife for cutting up fruit. The pool area could get busy and because the sunbeds are all double that made it harder to get a sunbed. The pool area starts getting shady quite early evening.

We stayed here with our two young children (ages 2 and 4) and had such a wonderful experience! As there were no other children at the property during our stay, we were mindful about noise around the pool, but it never felt like an issue. The hotel itself is beautiful – the photos honestly don’t do it justice. We had a duplex room with two bedrooms and it was absolutely huge. The downstairs bathroom was so spacious that we were able to set up the cot there comfortably, and our 4-year-old loved having his own room. The views from the room were stunning too. Every morning, breakfast was brought to our room and there was more than enough – a lovely way to start the day. The staff were all so kind and welcoming. One staff member in particular, a deaf gentleman, was amazing with the children and went out of his way to make us feel at home. The pool area is beautiful and the view from there is just breathtaking. The location couldn’t be better – the town is only 100m away in one direction with plenty of bars and restaurants, and a supermarket 100m in the other direction. We came to Skiathos for a family wedding, and even the bride and groom commented that our hotel was one of the nicest of all the guests’ accommodations. I would highly recommend this place for families and couples alike – it really exceeded our expectations.

There was nothing, but if I could say one minor thing is having a little bit at reception you can purchase water or essentials. But given the supermarket is 100m up the road, this is a minor thing.

Great view from the pool, lovely area to relax and comfortable beds by the pool. The pool was lovely to cool down. Accommodation was well equipped and spacious. Staff were friendly. The beds were really comfy and a nice view from the living room balcony. it was quiet and peaceful. Although there were lots of stairs, they were manageable. Would not recommend with mobility issues.

We was offered a airport pickup which was 40 euros, so we got a taxi and it only cost 12 euros. I think the hotel should ditch the transfer company. Room wasn't ready and we had to wait over an hour past the time it should have been available. Rooms not always cleaned which is frustrating, even if the bins were emptied and new towels were left it would have helped. Safe never worked and it didn't get fixed despite us telling reception.

The property had huge rooms, kitchen/dining area and we had two balconies. The view is outstanding and it looks exactly like the picture in the brochure. The staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to help you. The breakfast was delivered to your room, it had everything on that you needed and more. Once you came out of the hotel the first bars, restaurants and bus stop were about two minutes walk away. There is a supermarket very close by if you need any bits. The rooms were spotless and were cleaned every day. Maria on reception was very helpful and told us of the best places to visit.

There are steps leading up to the property but the view is well worth it.

Great property with huge rooms, beautiful pool and in the perfect location. Only a 5 minute walk from the main town which I always prefer as it is a lot quieter than staying right in the heart. We loved our room which was more like a house. We were not expecting such a large two bedroom two bathroom two story “villa” style room. Staff were amazing, Maro was so lovely and truly made us feel at home. Special shout out to Christos for his warm and kind nature and all his help with bags etc. It was also amazing to have breakfast delivered to the room daily as opposed to attending continental communal buffet

I would absolutely stay here again, the only pain point is the stairs to reach the property as it is on quite a high hill. Luckily the staff are more than happy to carry heavy suitcases up to the main reception where there is an elevator to reach rooms. My only other small complaint would be that there are only sheer curtains in the bedrooms, so there was a lot of light in the mornings which made it hard to sleep in.

Great 2 storey apartment for family of 4 with 2 bathrooms which was fabulous with 2 teenagers . Short 5/10 minute walk into the main centre so location is perfect. Pool is also small but perfect with lovely sun beds and great view of the sea and harbour.

Some of the bathroom furniture is outdated and needs updating as does the lighting in the bathrooms . Breakfast is nicely delivered on a tray at a time that is convenient to you however there was too much food so we halved it after day 1 so not to waste it but not sure we would order it again as each morning it was the same and the coffee was mediocre but that would be my choice.

Friendly and helpful staff, booked a premium sea view room, which was larger than expected, included a kitchenette and lounge area and double size balcony, great view of the port and planes arriving. Nice to have breakfast delivered to your room.

The standard of fixtures and fittings were of a high standard but some were in need of a bit of maintenance, the shower wall fitting and soap dish were both hanging off the wall. Might save on wasted breakfast items if you could choose what you want from a tick list as quite a lot is delivered and not eaten ..also would have preferred just cooked warm boiled eggs rather than fridge cold ones
