Manos, the owner, sent me messages before our arrival with detailed information on how to find the property from the ferry port. Once we arrived at Monolis' House we were delighted at what we found, a beautiful property set in fabulous gardens, with a great pool area. Manos met us at the gate and led us to our room. The room was spotless and was cleaned each day we were there. The bed was very comfortable, the shower always hot, not always a given in Greece and the kitchen area had all you would need. The room was completed with a nice sized balcony with table and two chairs. Manos kept in touch with us by WhatsApp, ensuring we were happy and we were.

Perfect location in a quiet area with walking distance to the town, beach and supermarket. Manolis is the perfect host who cares that you enjoy the stay. Comfortable beds, clean room with air con, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, sufficient cutlery ( incl. corkscrew!) plates and wineglasses! Cooker with two rings ( no oven or microwave for your info) Great modern shower with good power. Schampoo and shower gel supply. Nice balcony area and lovely pool area with plenty of sun beds and a great terrace area at the end of the garden with table and chairs, perfect for evenings by the pool.

Could have done with two keys to the gate. A tv in the room would be an improvement.

Everything was above and beyond excellent! Manolis and his staff were so kind, thoughtful and welcoming! Beautiful mature gardens created with love over decades - providing cool shelter even in a heatwave - the pool area was just perfect - a quiet, peaceful place to read, reflect, enjoy artwork, nature - close to all amenities on offer in Skiathos - within 6 hours my husband had forgotten what day of the week it was and how long he had been there - time moves at a different pace - just what the Dr ordered and we can still feel the benefits of having stayed in this wonderful location! The location was fantastic and Manolis and his team were so helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable and was cleaned daily, which we did not expect!

We stayed for two nights in the "budget studio" on the ground floor, which has an independent entrance from the courtyard. It has two windows and, despite being on the ground floor, it's sufficiently bright. It's located in a quiet area of Skiathos Town. The studio was clean and well-maintained, equipped with everything needed for our stay. There was ample furniture for storing clothes. We didn't cook, but the kitchen had all the necessary utensils. The courtyard is lovely, peaceful, and full of plants that provide coolness on hot days. A supermarket and a small grocery store are just a few minutes' walk away. The upper part of Papadiamantis street is a 5-minute walk, and bus stops #3 and #4 are also 5 minutes away. Manolis was kind, friendly, and attentive to our needs.

Absolutely amazing! I only stayed for one night, but I truly wish I had more time to enjoy this beautiful place. It has everything you need—and more. I really appreciated the small iron in the room; such a thoughtful touch. The whole place was spotless and smelled lovely throughout. The location is perfect, just a few steps from the main street with plenty of shops and restaurants. Manolis is a wonderful and helpful host—he provides all the essential information and great tips for your stay. The only downside was that my stay was too short. Next time, I’ll definitely book for more days. Thank you for this amazing experience 😊

Me and my partner had an amazing stay at Manolis House. The location was great, only a couple of minutes from main street, all the popular places and the bus stop to go to the beaches and the airport. It has a beautiful garden with plants and trees, providing shades and coolness all day. The room is spacious, very clean, big balcony with chairs, the bed is very comfortable. Host is welcoming, caring and very attentive, he offered good advices and was very helpful. We will definitely stay at Manolis House if we come back to Skiathos.

The place is located near the bus stops and very close to the port and the center of the city, without it being in the busy and loud part. The host is very attentive, welcoming and helpful, gives a lot of tips of what to see, where to eat and etc. The room we were in was very spacious and was cleaned every day, with fresh towels every day, the bed was really comfortable. The garden of Manolis House is incredible. Overall we were very pleased we stayed there and we recommend it to everyone! We would return:)

This was our 2nd visit to Manoli's House. We love it there. The location is ideal being 2 minutes walk from the main high street, 5 minutes from the bus route and 10 mins from the harbour. The garden is a tropical oasis with nice shady areas to sit in and get out of the heat. The pool is big and there's a lovely outdoor area to relax and sunbathe. The apartments are clean and comfortable with a modern feel. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony for breakfast. It's really handy having a small kitchen with fridge, hob, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Manos is very caring and considerate with good communication skills. We're planning our 3rd trip next year 😀

There's nothing not to like

The location was very convenient as the accommodation was fairly close to the center of Skiathos. The swimming pool was great. The apartments were surrounded by trees in a garden. The rooms were spacious and were cleaned daily. The hosts were polite and helpful.

It would have been great if there was a TV set in the room. It should be stated in capital letters that there is none. The wifi is rather slow
