Sam is a gem!! Very friendly, nice, pleasant. The room we booked had a small technical issue and Sam immediately tried to sort it out but at the same time, he said for us to be able to enjoy our holiday and to relax he upgraded us to a bigger chalet. We were offered a bottle of wine on the arrival day and wood for the fireplace. Even after we left, because it was very early morning hours (like 5 in the morning), we left the key in the room and leave, he called to ask if everything was ok with the room etc. The location is perfect and with a good distance from Parnassos and Arahova. The whole resort is a beautiful made resort. I think the place deserves a nice restaurant, not only for people staying at the resort but for visitors ine general, because it is so beautiful and within the forest.

Maybe some furniture needs to be replaced but definetely we would stay there again.

Good location surrounded by trees, ideal for long walks Superior luxury suite was very spacious, although smaller suites are basically large rooms. Excellent breakfast with lots of choices.

Hotel should not be charging for firewood (even though ours was comped at the end). It had snowed a lot the previous days but they should be more diligent in keeping the access road free of snow Room was very warm and difficult to lower the heating settings, queen bed was not comfortable, should invest in upgrading the mattresses

I recently stayed at a hotel for the weekend and had a fantastic experience. One of the highlights was the hotel’s location, nestled in a serene area next to the forest. It provided a peaceful ambiance that was perfect for relaxation. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, offering ample space to move around. I particularly enjoyed the view from the window, the king size bed, the fire place and the excellent water pressure in the shower, which added to the overall pleasure of my stay. The bathroom was also well-maintained and nicely designed. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The owner, in particular, stood out as a very nice person who made sure guests felt welcomed and taken care of. Overall, I had a great time during my stay and would definitely consider visiting again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with excellent amenities and friendly service.

Beautiful place in a forest, with unpaved road leading to the hotel. The owner and staff are wonderful, very attentive and kind. The room that we had was spacious, with a fireplace and we loved it.

Arriving to the property in the evening (when it is dark) might be challenging especially with low car. Also our room was not isolated well between floors.

The location was very nice and quiet. The room was clean, warm cozy and spacious. The staff very helpful and friendly. Hope to visit again!

Hope next time the road to the property will be in better condition.

Everything the chef made was EXCELLENT! All the staff were extremely interested to make my stay as perfect as possible. EXCELLENT STAFF! Maria particularly but all are VERY accommodating!! Free upgrade to larger chalet with sauna!!

Not enough vegetarian options on the menu Lunch is not offered, which becomes an expensive problem if you dont want to cook, or only have a chalet without kitchen. The on-site dog is a bit daunting. The sauna in my chalet did not get very hot and is the thermostatic kind, not the 'water on stones' type, but since my upgrade to that room was free, I did not mind! Walking out from the hotel is limited to only a short distance if you are cautious about the weather and the potentially aggressive wildlife.

Great friendly staff! Chalet was lovely and clean, perfect for a group of friends. We loved how pet friendly it was also!

Room was very cozy and the bed was fantastic. The Artemis Chalet is very comfortable and pleasant in general. Had heated towel racks, beautiful colored glass windows, a nice parking spot right outside, very nice shower and sink, very friendly staff, and a wonderful location in the mountains. The breakfast was really impressive with having a greek style omelette, several bread choices or a croissant, jams/honey/hazelnut chocolate, fruit, and juice/coffee/tea. We had a lot of laundry at this point and they had it done the second morning after we turned it in. We got it all folded very nicely back in the bag we placed it which was much appreciated. I also forgot a suit at the chalet when I checked out and they had it waiting for me at reception when I came back to get it. These small things make the stays a lot less stressful. In general you're getting a very pretty location and a memorable experience that is sold by the very friendly staff.

Being up in the mountains and back in the forest a bit, there were lots of flies in the area. There weren't any screens on the windows so we had flies in the room the whole time. The road to the chalets is pretty bad to be honest, I wasn't expecting that. You leave off a main road and maybe for a half mile you're going through some dirt roads that have lots of rocks and ruts all over them. Also DO NOT try and follow google maps (which they also tell you beforehand) it will have you try and drive up stairs as it doesn't understand the local roads well at all. Call the reception and follow the main roads until you can find the VIP CHALET signs leading you off onto the dirt road.

Good location with respect to the ski centre. Good facilities. Nice surrounding forest.

Forest road with many wholes to reach the resort - suitable place for an SUV. No common areas. One needs to foresee bringing his own breakfast.
