Room space, breakfast, location, Room Decoration, facilities. Location is great, you can even walk to Pozar baths, and it's very close to two villages where all restaurants and cafes are located. In winter you can also have ski at Kaimaktsalan Resort. Edessa city is in near distance too, to visit the famous waterfalls.

From the first telephone communication with the owner, Mr. Samaras, we felt the immediacy and friendly attitude that characterizes him and the accommodation staff. Mr. Samaras arranged and pre-paid our appointment at Pozar Thermal Baths. Upon arrival, they handed us the reservation form for the most beautiful private pool in the hydrotherapy center. A surprise for us was Mr. Samaras giving us a more extensive and more comfortable suite than the one we had reserved, the fabulous IRIDA suite. The entire accommodation is of high aesthetics. Furniture, linens, utensils, decoration, everything is carefully selected and in perfect harmony with the architecture of the building and its location. Upon arrival, we were given a list of preferences for our breakfast and the desired time we would like it served. In addition to what we had each chosen for our breakfast, all prepared at that moment, the buffet in the dining room every day had homemade cakes and tarts baked by the smiling ladies, Stavroula and Maria, who looked after the suites. On our departure, Mrs. Maria filled a bag with homemade cakes and tarts for our way! We usually never return to vacation in the same place, but knowing Roes Suites and its people, we will be back many times, even for one night!

Absolutely amazing place and people! We spent 3 weeks in Northern Greece and this was the best guesthouse! I hope to come back!

Nothing, it was perfect!

The staff was amazing, incredibly welcoming and hospitable. They welcomed us with drinks and some homemade cake and when they found out we were smokers they even offered us another room with a balcony to accommodate us. The location is great, very close to the thermal baths. The hotel is a must stay if you are in the area!

Quite a lot of steps!

Everything about Roes is impressive. The building is meticulously constructed and the rooms are beautifully furnished. The breakfast is generous and tasty, and there are cakes and hot drinks to be had later in the day. The sounds of birds and of the stream fed by melting snow were mersmersing and comforting. The staff were kind and solicitous. Vasiliki, Illona and Evi went beyond what they had to. And Kostas, the owner, was a welcoming and enthusiastic presence at the hotel. He picked us up from Aridaia and Illona took us to Orma for a fantastic dinner. Our rooms had a grand balcony where we could watch the changing vista and listen to the sounds of nature. Inside, we snuggled up or threw open the windows depending on the weather. This is a second visit that did not disappoint.
