i booked my stay here because of the good reviews that it got and boy i made a good decision! very good placement, private parking available. there are also public spots but the streets are very narrow and you may or may not find a place. so for us as a family with 2 kids (4year old and 2 year old) it was a huge help to have the car close to us. the morning breakfast is delicious. You have any option you may want to eat at the breakfast, from cereals, croissants, coffe, milk, toast, juices,fruits, omelette and many others... the staff great, absolutely lovely, helpful, warm... we loved it! you can honestly book because You will not regret

Wonderful hotel! Together with my wife, we were more than 20 times in Paralia-Katerini, and 4-5 times in hotel Strass. If compare all things, presently hotel Strass is probably the best hotel in Paralia. Every year it becomes better and better. Hotel is perfectly situated. Everything is closed to it. In the same time, it is silent in the night. The hotel is very clean everywhere. Everything is refreshed, modern, both in the rooms and in the common areas of the hotel. It is maintained very thoroughly. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Everyone is friendly. Clean daily. There can be no comments to the rooms and premises of the hotel. The breakfast is a little weak, but in the other hotels it is too. A great advantage is the availability of private parking. It costs 6 euros a day, but it's worth it. I recommend the hotel for a holiday. My wife and I will be guests of the hotel again.

As the only recommendation the following can be said: there are about 30 programs on television, of which 28 are Greek and there are only 2 programs in other languages, TV5 and BBC news. In the same time, the hotel is visited mainly by Romanians, Bulgarians and Hungarians. It will be good if you match the channels with the hotel guests and play 2-3 of their news programs and several Greek music programs.

Our stay was great. The location was perfect, right at the town centre. The staff were absolutely lovely, kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

The bathrooms were a bit on the smaller size, so keep that in mind for accessibility reasons (though they are shown well in photos). Not a big problem though.

Breakfast can be a bit better. Suggestions: more often boiled eggs and fries eggs and less scrambled eggs. Too much sophisticated scrambled eggs. Keep it simple. Bathrooms need a bit refresh.

I liked how the hotel was so clean and the staff was really nice.She explain everything to us and she also told us some nice beach spots.There was a lot of stores close and also the breakfast room was pretty big and the food and juice was fresh.

What i didint like about this hotel was how small the room was but the other things were perfect

Everything was perfect, the hotel is located next to the main attractions and beaches, but not on the main street which makes it better because of the extra comfort and noise reduction. The staff was very helpful and friendly and they know how to make your Holidays more warm and happy, to offer recommendations about where to eat, what to visit and more. It offers also the possibility to park secure on site.

It was very easy to find the hotel and the people keep enough parking lots just infant of the hotel. The room was very big and very clean. The bathroom was also big and with enough space. There was a big balcony to the room too. I liked that the internet in the room was very good too, because this was important to me. An elevator for 4 persons brought us to the second floor. In the morning the breakfast was rich with all the need things to have a full breakfast. The service was very good and the people working there were very kind. Even the restaurant they propose to us to visit was good and cheap.

Everything was perfect! From arrival to dispatch. The people were friendly, smiling and willing to answer all our questions as well as assist us. The rooms were spacious, beautifully equipped and clean. The cleanliness was on a super level. I recommend this hotel to all friends and family! You will leave satisfied and happy with your stay there!

Excellent location, near the center (church and the beach). Supermarket accross the street. Private parking next to the building with the ramp. 24 hour reception. Nice breakfast area with beautifull terrace and small orhodoh chappel. Rooms spatious and clean. Very friendly staf.

Location of hotel being off-noisy center, yet walking distance to everything. Very clean hotel and well maintained facilities.

Would be fair to know in advance that the booked room was in fourth floor, but the lift reaches only up to third. Elder people, as my parents did, find it really dificult to encounter such conditions during vacations.
