The staff are friendly and helpful

The bathrooms could use more cleaning . There was a smell in the bathroom downstairs

We loved Govino Bay! The staff was really helpfull and accomodating, provided any information we needed, helped us with scheduling a taxi ride at 3AM etc. Apartments are surrounded by beautiful garden, ours being right next to the shore line. The garden is a great place to chill in the October sun, there are plenty of sunbeds and a swimming pool with pool bar. Althou it has access to the water line, Govino bay does not have a beach nor would I reccomend swimming in the bay. Last but not least, a big thanks to Christina, our cleaning lady! She was amazing and we hope to be seing her and Govino bay again!

It was a brilliant location - right outside a bus stop which goes to numerous places on the island, and the swimming pool was very spacious. Lots of chairs and living areas, comfortable beds, and enough space for a group of people. The vibe of the place was great and the property was furnished well and very light!

There was some dirt on the floor when we arrived but overall the property was very clean. The kitchen was labelled as fully equipped but did not have kitchen essentials like a spatula. The holders for the shower heads were broken so sometimes it was difficult to stand under the water.

As we had our boat rental canceled, we were in a hurry to find accommodation for 9 people at 10 o clock in the evening. The hotel staff managed to prepare everything for us and we were able to check in shortly after booking. The rooms itself are very clean and spacious but frankly speaking are dated ( but we'll maintained). The hotel itself is good value for money as the garden is nice and the pool is also quite good. But the staff is the main advantage of this hotel. We got help in every case we ask for and the even allowed as to stay at the pool to the end of the day before we move to next location and they allowed us to use fridge in the reception to put our shopping made for a unlucky boat trip to name a few - that's how the hospitality should looks like. !!!

Hotel is very nicely situated but will benefit for some rooms refurbishment.

Great location for a 3 week stay Friendly staff.

Housekeeping not consistent. We had friends visit us for a week and in the first week housekeeping was great. Very consistent in everything. (Changing of the beds, linen etc). When our friends came no beds or linen were changed which was disappointing as we were saying to them before they arrived how great the service was. Then on the last week of our stay it went back to like it was in the beginning. So really not sure what happened in the middle week of our stay.

Phenomenal experience, we had a larger group of about 40 people. All guests are very satisfied. The location is excellent, right next to the sea. The surroundings are very nicely decorated, full of greenery. The staff is very kind and polite. We received all the necessary information for parking and assistance in the shortest possible time. The organization of the Greek evening was excellent. A high recommendation to everyone for this accommodation, indeed.

It was a really nice stay. Bit out way but you can get a bus just out side. Which is nice. Just to let people know on the bus if using a card or pay on the bus they charge you double the amount. So when you get to the main bus stop it's half the cost

I've asked for an apartament with sea view and we've got it, made big impression. The resort looks really well overall, the plants are maintained. Close to everything you need like markets, restaurants, bus stops for green and blue line in front of the entrance, souvenir shops. We were given additional towels without asking and we ended up needing them, felt like someone is taking care of us :)

70 % of TV channels are in german, We've enjoyed japanese sumo fights every morning on NHK tho :P Not really something We didn't like but housekeeping could learn few more words.

Great location. Very central.. 10 minutes from old town, the airport and the water park by car. The accommodation was basic but ideal. Cleaners came in everyday to clean, change bedding and provide fresh towels. Very reasonably priced- would recommend!

The pool has a great vibe with the restaurant and music. However it closed at 7pm, even when it was still very sunny and families were enjoying themselves, which is a pity.

The apartment was clean and cosy, garden is very nice

The beach is unappropriate for staying and swimming, so we had to choose another beach to go to. Roof/silling on the first floor was too low, so we were worring that it was unsafe to sleep bellow the slopes.
