The staff were efficient and friendly and really helpful. The location was directly on the beach, supermarket, facilities and restaurants close by. The room was very spacious with a good view of the sea and very comfortable beds. Food in the hotel was good and reasonably priced for the quality.

The music from the beach bar at night was loud, and there were limited facilities in the hotel, but everything was nearby. The sunbeds are 25 euro for 2 beds daily , but were very comfortable and really good service, but an unexpected cost unless you are aware!

I had a great stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, the view is amazing, and the staff are very helpful and always smiling ,their hospitality really made a difference. The only issue I faced was with the door; I had to pull it hard to lock it properly. Also, there was a slight smell of humidity inside the closet. Aside from that, everything else was clean, pleasant, and comfortable. I definitely plan on coming back again!

If you wanna have the best holiday choose this hotel. The hotel has an amazing location, rooms overlooking to the beach which is literally in front of the hotel. Room was spacious (with a balcony) and very clean so does the bathroom. The breakfast was very nice and we always found something new to try. The staff in the hotel is excellent. All of them are very kind, always smiling and always willing to help. I wanna say special thanks to Thalia, Popi and the older man at reception who were always in our help with patience and gave us many useful tips to make our holiday exceptional. The lovely smilely cleaning lady made our room excelent clean all the time. Around the hotel there are many restaurants and bars and souvenier shops. We booked a Paxos and Antipaxos trip in the little excursion shop in the same street where the hotel is. Best trip it was ever. We rented a car from around the corner and we were very happy with all the services.

We loved everything and we have nothing to say here. If I have to mention something than the wifi was pretty weak. Pack some earplugs as the hotel's beach bar has some music every night and it can de distrubing for some people but it wasn't for us.

The location was excellent, just across the road from the beach. The staff were lovely, helpful, friendly and professional, in particular Popi, Talia, Marianna and Stamatis.

The season was not fully open, building work was taking place in the bar area. My room was very small, albeit I was offered a larger room. I feel I was overcharged on booking.com, I have been offered a discount by the hotel, if I next visit.

Great location in the heart of Gouvia. A beautiful building, only two minutes walk to the beach. Good breakfast at the restaurant overlooking the sea. Lovely restaurants, taverns and coffee shops just short walk from the hotel. Friendly staff, the room was daily cleaned.

The bathroom requires some attention. Sometimes the music from the bar is too loud till late at night.

Perfect location, close to the beach and many restaurants. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was fine too. We really enjoyed the restaurant next door with live dance shows. The cost of sun-beds on the beach is 12 euro for 2 sun-beds and umbrella.

Balconies are rather small and a hot air from air-conditioning blows right on you when you sit outside

Location was fantastic. Staff were amazing, very welcoming and efficient. We had a light bulb break and it was changed immediately. Our room was cleaned every day to a high standard.

Breakfast choices were good. Two toasters would be better.
