We stayed for 5 days at the end of a road trip across Albania, just to relax and wind down. We found the hotel, surrounding areas and room clean and staff were very welcoming. In particular the reception staff who were extremely helpful. The room was cleaned/towels changed etc twice in the 5 days we were there. The room was large and comfortable, a little dated but that didn’t affect us. AC was good, fridge a little noisy, amazing view of the sea. Our toilet flush broke and once I had reported this is was fixed within the hour. As previous reviews told us to expect, the room was up a steep hill. The transport buggies are very frequent and the hill is walkable if you’re up for the challenge! Pool is large/deep and clean, separate kids pool. People reserve beds quite early but there was enough so we didn’t have a problem getting beds later. Pool bar is well stocked although they did not like giving too much ice! Cocktails available, soft drinks were poor one day and ok the next. Food was a good variety with a different country theme each day. We had Italian, Greek, Indian, Asian and Mexican. The buffet area is quite small compared to the amount of guests so got busy but the food was never empty. Always snacks available from pool bar in between meals too aswell as ice cream. The is an entertainment programme from 10am-12 and then again for a couple of hours in the afternoon. The animation team run this and are very engaging. Water polo, darts, aqua gym, skittles, table tennis and more. Kids club twice a day too I think up to age 12 (my daughter is older so we didn’t look into it). The evening entertainment was ok, mini disco and then a quiz, comedy night, Greek night etc. We had a late flight so looked into a late check out. However, a shower room is offered free of charge so we booked this. We stored our luggage in reception and enjoyed a day by the pool and then used the shower room to wash/change before we set off.

One night the entertainment was karaoke but this was held in the Camelot bar where you have to pay for drinks - we went all inclusive so wasn’t expecting a paid bar… we choose not to go on that night. We used the shower room option for late check out free of charge but you are not told this is available - only that you can pay for a late check out (€50/70, depending on time). Customers need to be made aware of this option

Staff very polite and helpful, very good and diverisfied food, nice pool, internet working well, nice location and view over Sidari, close to the beach and the center with taverns, shops, Canal d'amour, parking available.

The rooms are big but furniture is old, there is mold on the furniture and walls. There are mosquitos in the area but no mosquito nets on the windows. We stayed only to sleep in the room.

Very good quality for a good price:) Good food, every day there were some changes, very nice personell, clean swiminningpol, nice animation and good location:) I will definietely recommend this hotel!

at the end of our stays there were some ants in the room (not a lot :))

The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from Sidari beach, within walking distance of the Canal d’amour, shops, restaurants and the bus stop to other destinations. The rooms are positioned on staggered levels with a buggy service to and from the rooms from the main structure. They are simple but very adequate and clean with balconies offering great sea views. Well-functioning air conditioning and WiFi wherever we were in the hotel. The pool and garden area is great and well maintained. We found a great range of food and drinks served at the restaurant, including some creative international dishes and healthy veg and salad options as well as plenty of choice for vegetarians. Excellent, friendly and helpful staff in the restaurant but also throughout the hotel. Would definitely come again!

Bathroom needs touching up in room

The staff are so lovely it feels like a family rather than a hotel . The reception staff and the dining room staff especially. They really pay attention to details in the dining room, a lovely white table cloth, nice cutlery, super smiley friendly kind hearted people. It was simply a wonderful experience. The food was excellent and plentiful with a lot of choice and many of my favourite foods. I can't wait to go back. The buggy drivers were so lovely too especially Nicholas who made us laugh a lot. He is super friendly and sweet and kind. We thank Eva the receptionist who went the extra mile in everything. She is a sweet lady and so kind and approachable. I cannot fault this hotel. Everyone was simply so special to us!

We spent one week in this hotel and it exceeded our expectations! Everything was just perfect! - Rooms with amazing sea view, clean and spacious. Room service was good too. - Restaurant with delicious food (different type of cuisine each day - Italian, Greek, Indian, Mexican, Asian, etc.), clean tables, plates, glasses, etc. There was never lack of food, no long queues. - Pool and the cocktail bar were clean a nice. A very big choice of cocktails, very polite and friendly stuff. - Animation, sports and shows - a big variety of the things to do! Every night show time! Our high appreciation to the animation team, they made our stay unforgettable! - Buggy to get you up steep hill was constantly in operation.

Perfect hotel for the budget stay, I think it’s the very best in Sidari, great value for money, excellent location, amazing staff. I was travelling with my elderly mother and I had all the help and support from the staff. They even gave as a room near the swimming pool and car driver Nicolas always helped my mum to get on the shuttle. Entertainment team was exceptional, we had a lot of opportunities to do sports, water aerobics, dancing e.t.s Very close to the sea, about 5-7 minutes walk, breathtaking views around, quiet but central location.

The only thing I didn’t enjoy is food, but it’s rather about me, not the hotel:) There’s a plenty of choices every day including fish, lamb and mussels, but porridge was always so sweet, pasta over cooked, and meat cooked from old frozen stock. Any way you can find what to eat, it was a lot of fresh vegetables, great choice of fresh fruits, bespoke Greek yogurt, cheese and many more.

The restaurant, pool and the staff who worked hard for all the guests to have the best experience. Plenty of activities for kids and parents. Near beach .

I would say the room are basic however the was made clear prior to booking however i thought they were better than pictures showing on website. The room was not an important factor in our holiday as we were more interested in the facilities at offer and the entertainment/ pool area

We really enjoyed our All Inclusive stay at this hotel. Place was not overcrowded, we always had a table for breakfast, lunch and dinner (very tasty food!) Walking distance (7-20 min) to beautiful beaches and bays in the area. Buggies are going up and down every couple of minutes - very convenient.

The territory is quite small, no many places to go/walk with the kids. Animation is quite poor and we did not like loud music, literally, ears were "crying". Red wine - terrible. Everything else was up to the expectations/price we paid.
