We had two rooms. So our experience is divided to two. The first room had a private pool and it was an excellent room. The other room was a regular room and there was a shower water supply problem the whole stay. Even though this problem we still love this hotel. The food was nice, the The view is exceptional. And something outstanding abut the weather,the weather in north Island is different from the whole island. In our stay it 26c,6 degrees lower then the main island. We traveled many parts of the island and I think this part has many beautiful sites at most. The staf was super nice and happy to help. The combination of a small hotel with all inclusive was great experience. Evry one can get a poolbed. Free parking.

-quite and peacefull nights -the best location to access every day canal d’amour beach- most important tourist attraction -friendly staff, especially Alexandra(many thanks to her and for her work) -swim-up room-direct access to a private pool -big, comfortable bed -safe place eventhough the location gets visited by a lot of people every day -the food was a surprise for me, fresh chooked and very very tasty- different theme for every night -close to center of Sidari, restaurants, bars and shops -nice pool and lots of places to sit and relax -quality drinks -the best location for some amazing sunsets that you can enjoy every day

-aging furniture in the dinning restaurant, at the pool also in the room -the bathroom seems pretty small but functional -lack of entertainment (only on saturday night-local singer) -water heats slowly, need to wait until you can bath -pretty away from others points of interests-maybe it’s a good idea to book in different locations to see others beaches/attractions -canal d’amour beach gets crowded during the day, next to it we’ve found a very nice one called Apotripiti which i strongly recommend -morning coffee not so good-at the pool bar is better -more attention to errors and confusing situations for the customers- many thanks again to Alexandra for diminishing the dissatisfaction from our first day by her friendly, Open attitude

The staff at the reception, pool bar, and restaurant were very helpful and friendly, smiling all the time. The swimming pools were enjoyable, and the food and drinks were excellent. The view from the pool bar and the upper restaurant is simply amazing. However, the beaches are not very appealing and are overcrowded. On the positive side, the scenery from all the beaches is fantastic. There is very nice evening walk along cliffs. There was a wine tasting in one evening run by Maria which we really enjoyed.

We liked everything; we would just prefer different music at the pool bar and not so loud. It would be nice to have some facilities for kids. However, even without them, my son enjoyed himself very much.

Just everything! The resort is beautiful and central, we found out at check in that we got an upgrade from the room and to all inclusive which was a very nice surprise because we had only booked breakfast. The whole staff just made our stay even better. Everyone was very friendly, polite, attentive and funny. The food was very tasty and varied. We will never forget Maria from reception, she became our friend and always helped us and did her best. We felt very comfortable and are already looking forward to come back. Thank you for making our stay so great!

We stayed here, all inclusive, for three nights. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was typical all-inclusive buffet, nice enough but repetitive. The pool was excellent with plenty of sun beds. The hotel is located next to Canal de Amour, which is a fabulous area to watch teenagers fling themselves off the cliff into the sea with absolutely no fear while middle-aged men try their best to muster the courage to jump off. The sunsets are amazing. A bonus we were not expecting is that you continue to enjoy all the benefits of all inclusive after checkout - for the entire day. We checked out 11:00 and enjoyed food and drink until 20:30 at night when we had to leave.

For our short day, there was very little to dislike. The only thing to mention is that the Wi-Fi in our room is very draggy.

Great location, literally right next to the Channel of Love and another beautiful beach on the other side. There are plenty of sunbeds and parasols by the main pool and each housing complex also has its own private pool that you can use 24/7, right in front of your room. They also provide pool towels. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially the bar staff. The all-inclusive package is a real treat, you are fed throughout the whole day and it also includes a generous list of alcoholic beverages.

They need a bigger signpost for the reception, as it is very easy to just pass it by. There were no mosquito nets on the windows, which were open when we got the room, and it meant we had to deal with an army of them before bedtime.

Confortable clean room and bed, friendly staff, excellent meals for dinner, very good home style cooking, very good baklava:). Big choice of dishes, good selection of fruit. We were half board, most of the guests on AI. Location very good as well. Very good value relative to other hotels on the island

The furniture in the restaurant was quite outdated. The sunbeds were dirty almost every morning, especially when winds brought ash from Albania. Terrace furniture very old. Coffee for breakfast very bad.

If there is not a huge difference price wise from b&b to all inclusive I would highly recommend at point of booking to go all inclusive. We changed on arrival but at booking would have got better value. Food from breakfast to dinner is sooo nice plenty of choice and quality is really there. Different theme for dinner each night so not the same options day in day out with a lot of all inclusive options. View of Canal Amour is priceless!!!! We went for a maisonette suite as a family of 4 (13&15yo) so much space would recommend that option as had some space to breath from one another. Will 100% be back for a second visit do not hesitate though book Akron.

I recently had a wonderful stay at hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and friendly atmosphere of the hotel. A special mention goes to Anna ***** at the reception. She was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor set the tone for a fantastic stay. I also want to highlight Angelina from the bar. Her exceptional service and cheerful attitude made our evenings at the bar truly enjoyable. She was knowledgeable about the drink menu and always ready with great recommendations. The spa at the hotel is a must-visit. Kristina is the best therapist I've ever encountered. Her skills and attention to detail provided a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. I highly recommend booking a session with her. Overall, the hotel's atmosphere is very nice and friendly. The staff go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

However, there are a few areas where the hotel could improve. The food, while generally good, could be more varied. It would be great to see more options, especially chips for kids and a wider selection of seafood. Additionally, the entertainment offerings could be expanded to provide more activities and options for guests.

The staff was really friendly. When we got there at night, they gave us a cold plate for free, so we have something to eat. They always smiled and they were up to small talks too. Our room was very clean and comfortable and we liked that, that there were several mirrors on the wall, in almost every room. The dinner was themed by different cuisines. The food was well-made and we got free refillable soft drinks and beer.
