We had a lovely stay at 7Syn7. Travelled with my husband, little daughter and parents in law. We arrived a little early on Saturday, but our rooms were ready and waiting for us. Without us explicitly asking for it, we were placed in studios next to each other, so we could use a shared balcony. When they noticed my mother in law's mobility issues, they offered to move us to more accessible and larger (and more expensive rooms) at no additional charge, so we could still stay together. That was a lovely and very kind offer, though wasn't needed and stayed in the rooms originally allocated, which were great. The studio was impeccably clean, and is cleaned daily. Change of sheets and towels takes place every other day. The kitchenette has everything needed for a self-catering stay and is well-equipped. The beds and pillows were comfortable and there was plenty of storage, considering we stayed there for 14 days. The location is convenient for exploring North Evia - in less than 1 hour, you can be at Kavos to explore Lichadonisia, or visit the many great snorkeling beaches in the North West. Supermarkets and Taverns are a short car ride away in Oreoi or Istea. The grounds are very well-maintained and perfect for children. My daughter spent hours playing bare-foot on the lawn, at the swings or in the kids corner (which may have been the toys of the hosts, but they kindly allowed Sophia to play there alomgside their own grandchildren). All in all, we had the most amazing 2 weeks and I would absolutely recommend the place.

Flora and her staff are fantastic, hard working and dedicated. The apartment complex with a courtyard full of activities for children and adults is beautiful. Although it is not close to the coast, just a few minutes' drive from the mall, there are many beautiful beaches, with beach bars, where there are no crowds and great prices.

The location have a very generous green place with umbrellas and tables for spend some time in the open space. They have also a very nice playground for the little children (with a lot of toys which keeps them occupied ;) ) The zone is very quite (not too many neighbors there)

The beach is pretty far away, though easy to reach by car. The room for 4 persons is pretty "crowded" (the one for 3 persons was ok, though)

Nice clean place in a quiet location, spacious, with activities for kids in the garden. Surrounded by beautiful wetland fields to have nice walks in, and close to the sea.

Very clean, spacious, very nice hosts, everything you need for self-service. Location close to Orei city center. Parking available. Very convenient.

It was a very comfortable and clean apartment with beautiful yard with football and basketball grounds, table tennis, play ground... and much more.The perfect choice for family vacations.
