everything made me feel at home!

the only improvements I would suggest would be to 1/fix A/C in the room 2/ the access conditions to the steam room and grotta are confusing, and very clearly overpriced. we overlapped with another party. charging per person makes no sense at all and is discouraging 3/there should be at last one or two clothing optional area, or dedicated to gender specific so can enjoy better

We know well the hotel as we have been going for years , It is always good but there is room for improvement as the prices have gone up. The breakfast is excellent . Great staff at dining rooms and reception and cleaning ladies .

Smoking should be banned from around the outside thermal pool and confined to the pool bar behind. In crowded times, there should be a second pool supervisor so that both pools are attended . There should be continuus and not alternating pool bubbling spots. There used to be a very nice doorman at hotel entry , but not any more and he is missed .

Perfect location, very clean, beautiful building, good beds, good breakfast. The stuff where very nice.

the hotel dimend to put had cups in the pool and wanted extra 5 euro for each cup. The shower in the room was stupid, couldn't adjust the direction of the stream. We left the window open for few minutes and many mosquitoes entered the room. Not enough light in the room.

Very good buffet breakfast.

The constant piped music everywhere … too loud not restful at all… around the pool, in the hotel corridors, in the hydrotherapy centre do loud you could not relax. And the automatic promo reel that comes onto the tv in your room every time you enter the room- awful.

This experience for me as a patient with chronic spinal nerve pain was extremely therapeutic for me . The temperatures of the hydro massage pools were perfect . The atmosphere was soothing for me , relaxing and my intention there was also to take “care of myself” , relieve daily stresses and take advantage of the exceptional services at Thermae Sylla spa .

Nothing really stands out to me that I didn’t like to be honest .

We really enjoyed our entire stay. The breakfast was very good, with so many options. And friendly staff, in the breakfast and the front desk. We loved the pool and the location close to the outdoor thermal pools. The exercise in the pool was great. This was our 2nd stay at this amazing hotel, and i will definitely stay here again!

Everything was great.

The breakfast was excellent - first-class choice of freshly cooked eggs, pies and savouries. Excellent coffee and a range of healthy juices. Plus a good range of sweet cakes eg pain au raisin, cheesecake etc. The Spa facilities and service were first-rate and we also loved swimming from the decking area as well as in the central pool area.

It would have been good to have tea & coffee making facilities in the room.

The water in the rooms has not been renewed. But on a call, it was quickly delivered from the bar👌🏻

Very nice hotel, great pools, amazing breakfast. Hotel is very clean and staff, especially in breakfast area, were amazing. Spacious room and bathroom. Very nice location.

We were there in April and aircon didn't work to cool down the room. We had to open the window to cool it down. Also main restaurant wasn't open.

Floating in the thermal pools that seemed the perfect temperature. Very good breakfast, nice room. Indoor and outdoor pools were both very enjoyable.

Hotel is a bit pricey, but worth the splurge. The town was a bit gritty, workaday, even a bit run down, but hadn’t really opened for the season yet- cold spring.
