I never bother writing reviews but do read others, however this hotel was so good that it would be remiss of me not to take the time to leave a review. The hotel itself is very comfortable, the beds are comfortable and pillows soft. Our room was a good size, lovely balcony & decent mosquito net which you could pull across the window. The staff at this hotel are the best I have ever met at any hotel in the world I have ever been to! There were only four of them but they were all so good. There is Apostolos the manager, Katerina who does everything, a lady called Vasso who is the cook and the lovely Angela who cleaned our room every day. You are made to feel like royalty, nothing is too much trouble and you are made to feel very welcome with plenty of smiles! We booked this hotel on Booking.com. We had stayed at Ammoudia the previous Summer too & stayed at the Ammos Bay hotel which we booked through Tui & that was fine too but the staff here are superb. We stayed at the Aktaia Boutique for 2 weeks so got to know the staff well and they treated us like family. We very rarely go back to the same place twice but Ammoudia is a very nice place, very chilled, a lovely beach with some great tavernas, bars and cafes to eat at. When you go to the tavernas they are genuinely happy to see you and the meals are cheaper than the rip off UK We like Ammoudia so much that we'll hopefully go back for a third time next Summer. We did absolutely nothing for 2 weeks except go on the beach every day (& a couple of evening boat trips into Parga which is lovely). We stayed 02/06/25 to 15/06/25 & Ammoudia was pretty quiet during our stay which suited us. It got busy the middle weekend for a Greek bank holiday celebrating 40 days after Easter then went quiet again. Last year we went 29/07 and it was much busier. Expect to pay about 70 Euros each way for a Taxi from Preveza airport to Ammoudia (Apostolos the manager can organise this if needed).

It's hard to criticize the hotel as it was very nice but the one thing I missed was being able to make a cup of coffee in the room so tea and coffee making facilities in each room would be good. But that is all as the hotel was so nice

The hotel is very beautifully and carefully decorated, wherever you looked there were very nice decorations and colours. I also liked the room, it had enough space and it was very comfortable . The bed was really comfortable and the air condition was perfect. The room was really very clean. Daily cleaning service was perfect. The pool is quite small but really clean and the sun beds are really really comby! The staff was very polite and always tried to help us out an whatever we needed. Very nice breakfast with a nice collection of fresh fruit and salad.

The only thing that was missing was oat from breakfast. But really just this. Everything was perfect.

I loved it all. Fabulous warm welcome from hotel managers. Food for breakfast was spectacular. Beds are really comfy. Spacious balcony. Beach is a moments walk and quiet at night.

I would enjoy an early morning swim and the pool opens later

It was very modern, exceptionally clean and the staff were very friendly and could not do enough for you. The best accommodation we have ever stayed in and we are already planning to return next year.

George and Katerina and all the stuff made us feel like kings. The hotel is very cozy, clean with attention to detail. The rooms are spacious with comfortable bad and good equipped bathrooms. You don’t need to bring hair dryer or to many towels. They clean and arrange the rooms daily. The pool have warm water and it is very clean with umbrellas and sun beads at your disposal. For breakfast they did all the possible to have what we like to eat or need to eat. My boy have lactose intolerance and they did provide next day milk, cheese and yogurt free lactose. George is there always with a big smile to make you feel like is the best vacation of your life.

Our room was a bit small for our family, but we managed ok.

Everything is very clean. Breakfast is excellent The Pool is very good too. Everything is for the big 10. Ammoudia is very quiet.
