The location is great. The bad was confortable, so were the pillows. The room was big enough, with 2 balconies, no noise was getting in. The pool is awesome and the plants all around the place are also awesome.

This is definitely not a 5 stars hotel. The breakfast has to be chosen from the beginning, poor choise. And you have to pay for the bottle of water, and this cannot be, even if the price is low. The bathroom is quite small. Balconies are great, but there is no chair or a minimal sitting place. Personal is nice, but quite absent.

Very good location. The sea is wonderful. The staff is very good.

The booking system for sunbeds are very old school. The staff writes the room number in a small piece of paper and leave it on the sunbeds. People change these papers and use your reserved sunbeds. The hotel has no dinner facility sonyou have to go out for dinner by your car (if you have😊)

The entire complex is just beautiful. The architecture, the interior, the greenery, the surrounding and a lovely view of the bay with the sunset - all so pleasing and relaxing to watch and enjoy. The bedding is first class, the air conditioning is powerful and silent, so we had a very good sleep there. The beach is excellent, very much up to our taste (small pebbles), and the sunbeds with beach towels were always booked for us. The see is warm and crystal clear. The bay is narrow and protected from the winds and waves by a rocky island just few hundred meters out in the see. The staff were very kind and helpful, especially those in the beach bar. Since the hotel is built as a cascade on a steep slope, walking up and down is quite a challenge, however, the staff offers a free ride on a golf cart.

I was most annoyed with the fact that the hotel charges for coffee capsules. Even three-star hotels today offer coffee machines with free coffee in the room; charging coffee capsules is not the way for a five-star hotel to earn money. We thought the hotel was slightly overrated. Apart from having bathrobes and single-use slippers in the wardrobe, we couldn't really see what earns the 5-star rating. The breakfast buffet is fairly mediocre, there would be stains and smudges here and there on the walkways not cleaned for days, overlooked garbage in the bin or on the balcony... Looking into it as an orchestra, some of the staff are virtuoso, some are average (like in any orchestra), but our impression was the conductor was missing most of the time.

Right on the beach with a large pool. Great view. Large, well equipped room. Colourful flowers on all terraces. We only wanted yoghurt, honey, fruit and cheese for breakfast, but there was an abundance.

The hotel is on a steep incline which means access to the room involves lots of steps. To be fair a golf cart service is provided most of the day and evening which is quite exciting. But in wet weather the carts don't run so less mobile guests may find their options limited.

Great boutique hotel , with a lovely staff beautiful well appointed rooms (the sofa sleeper is a real bed of 160!). The views are breathtaking the beach lovely with even a small path to get into the sea . A lovely island to swim to. Due to its location there is some stair walking to be done but if that is a problem there is a golf cart available. The beach is not private but for hotel quest there are sunbeds and nice towels! Really a hidden gem.

Communication via email was due to language barrier a bit of a challenge but seeing the property I understand their answers much better 😎.

First of all we loved the very warm and friendly welcome we received upon arrival and our 2 1/2 year old daughter was also warmly embraced. The hotel is stunning with a fantastic location with amazing views all around. We loved the food and were impressed with the overall quality and service. The staff are so friendly, cheerful and helpful - they could not do enough for us. All the facilities were very well kept with the beautiful beach at easy walking distance for us as a family and the pool to enjoy for us all - with the addition of the paddling pool. It is the staff that help make a place work and the owners care and attention to detail is clearly reflected and embraced by all those there to make the holiday a wonderful experience.

Beautiful modern hotel, lovely rooms, clean, staff were wonderful. The view is beautiful overlooking the water. The beach directly infront of the hotel is beautiful to swim I’m and the service to the beach by the hotel is also fantastic.

It’s an extremely steep property Walking up and down the footpaths/ driveway from our room to the beach was a mission. it’s extremely steep, would be very difficult for someone who is not young and fit. There is a staircase on the other side of the property but this was not where our room was located. The hotel has golf buggies to transport people up and down, but they aren’t always around. this would help people who needed it. This wouldn’t deter me staying agajn though, it’s the only negative out of the positives. Supermarkets are a short 5-10 min drive away, mini bar is pricey.

It is in a great location and also very organized. Rooms are modern but feel warm and inviting. The staff were all wonderful from the front desk to waiters to the woman that helped at breakfast and the team that drove me and my family up the hills countless times. Food at the restaurant was wonderful! Plenty of chairs on the beach. Plus loved tbat there is kids section of the pool my daughter could safely swim and play in.

this was my third stay here , I have no negatives!

The cleaning of the room was not satisfied. All the time I was cleaning the cups for coffee and the coffee machine. The balcony was cleaned 1 time by our request. Bathroom after cleaning was still hair on the floor

There was a variety of breakfast items to choose from with a beautiful view.

It would have been nice to have the option for a late night drink at the bar. It closed early at 9:00pm.
