The hotel is located in a quiet area, 2 minutes away from the Agia Paraskevi beach. The suites were spacious and nicely furnished, the terraces had nice views to the pool and the sea. The pool was clean, it had a beautiful view to the sea and plenty of sunbeds and shade. The parking was convenient and provided shade for the vehicles.

The tap water is not drinkable. You get only one free bottle of water upon arrival. There was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom drains. The toilet in our bathroom was not mounted properly and it started leaking on our second day. The staff was quick to do a temporary fix, which solved the problem for the time being, but it needs to be addressed. It was disappointing that even though the beach next to the hotel is serviced by the pool bar, the use of the sunbeds and umbrellas is not free for the guests and there is not even a discount. It is a public beach and it can get crowded during busy weekends. Not a great value for money.

We had a wonderful 9-day stay at Aqua Oliva Hotel. What stood out the most was the incredibly hospitable, friendly, and helpful staff – from the reception to the breakfast team and beach service. Everyone made us feel genuinely welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to a beautiful, quiet beach with crystal-clear water. The surrounding area is peaceful and scenic – ideal for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind in a serene and beautiful setting with excellent service!

The only minor downside is the access by car, as the road leading to the hotel is narrow and passes through the beach area. However, this did not significantly affect our overall great experience.

We had a lovely stay as a small family with our one year old. The hotel is surrounded by nature and just a 10 mins drive from Sivota center. Our Junior Suite was spacious and clean, and the small sandy beach nearby (5 minutes on foot and stroller-accessible) was perfect for us. The beach was very nice, with crystal clear water. Breakfast was good, and dinner even better with delicious Greek dishes. Staff were kind.

Since the hotel is in the middle of nature, small insects can enter the room if you’re not careful with the curtains. The lunch menu was quite limited, but it was convenient to order in room. The Wi-Fi in the room was not very reliable. Also, while the staff were kind, they seemed a bit inexperienced at times.

I recently stayed at this hotel for the second time and had an exceptional experience. The rooms were incredibly cozy and surprisingly spacious. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly. They made a special effort to allow us to keep the same suite when we extended our stay, so we didn't have to move to another room. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions while providing a peaceful retreat. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort and quality during their travels.

The hotel beach should be free of charge for hotel guests.

Everything was great, the facilities, rooms, pool area, beach zone which was 50m from the resort, breakfast and dinner very tasty with different variety of foods, the staff which makes a very good job and was always in our disposal, Alexandra at the reception who was very kind and helpful, the ladies at the restaurant and dining area, a big thanks to them aswell, very professional and kind. So everything was amazing, and we are definitely coming back to this gem. Very worth it and highly recommended place! Best regards /Marius

Honestly we have nothing to complain about!

I like that everything in the room I choose, was as I expected to be. Spacious, confortable, with a beautiful view from balcony. The staff was great, begining to Alexandra the reception girl that was in every time of the day and night smiling and very helpful🙏; the staff of the breakfast room were very helpfull and kind; the cleaning ladies. Thankyou and see you to the next trip to Sivota.

The hotel is very beautiful with excellent facilities. Additionally, they offered a free room upgrade and early check-in, which was a pleasant surprise.

While it is nice, it is not value for money. Certain details detract significantly from the overall experience: the absence of the traditional Greek hospitality. There were unpleasant odors of the toilet and mustiness in the room, a broken toilet seat, and poor quality toilet paper. Moreover, the breakfast was relatively limited, especially compared to the overall impression given by the hotel's facilities + there were also gas odors in the breakfast area - I would have opted out of the breakfast if I had the choice.

Very quiet and nice resort with easy access to the beach

I felt that the swimming pool was too deep. It is made it for good swimmer and not for relaxing

lovely location for the real peaceful and calm vacation. pool was almost for us, 3 minutes walk to the beach. just marvellous. we enjoyed each second. very nice breakfast also
