We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights and it was very pleasant. The hotel was well located, there were several beaches within walking distance. The apartment where we stayed was clean and had the necessary furnishings to meet our needs. The pool was very clean and pleasant, although we used it very little. The owners, especially Vasiliki, were very kind to us. On the first day of our stay, along with coffee, she also served us a very delicious cake accompanied by some mint leaves :), the details that make the difference. Upon our departure, Vasiliki gave a jar of homemade orange jam. There were beautiful days spent at 3 Aktes Suites & Studios. I fully recommend it.

I spent an unforgettable vacation at 3Aktes Suites with my wife and two children! Mrs. Vasiliki made sure we didn't miss anything, she prepared our cakes in the morning, we ate the best crepes with homemade jam made by Vasiliki! The apartment was amazing with a panoramic view of the sea, very clean very close to the 3 beaches, we went to Agia Paraskevi about 2 minutes away! The property has its own parking and the best thing is that you had the remote control at the main gate, in other words only the guests have access here, it has a beautiful and clean swimming pool and a huge terrace with a panoramic view of the sea! We had an exceptional family stay at 3 Aktes Hotel in Sivota. The service was excellent, and the owners were very warm and welcoming, they made us feel home immediately, even gave us a gift with bio organic olive oil and home made jam. The hotel has stunning sunset views, a lovely small pool for the kids, and is just a 4-minute walk to beautiful nearby beaches. Everything was perfect for a relaxing summer holiday with our children. Highly recommended!

Very friendly and helpful staff, they took great care of their guests. The location was great, there were two nice restaurants nearby and Syvota town is 10 mins way by car. The room had a big balcony with a sea view. The beach was a few steps away from the property; however, there were other beaches nearby if you would want to explore more. There was a pool as well and the water was very clean.

Very nice location with beautiful scenery. The room was great and cleaned every 2 days. The pool are is nice (closed between 15-17 ) and lots of table at the pool bar. Vasiliki is always opened and helpful. The are 3 beaches walking distance.

Everything was perfect, from the welcome, to the facilities, cleanliness and overall experience. It is a short walk from 3 beaches, and a 5 minute drive to Syvota, so you can have your peace and quiet at the property, while still not be too far from the city. The owners are very caring, you can see they put love into it.

First of all hospitality of the owners(thank you so much for everything), location of the resort(three beaches near the resort), clean and comfortable suite, amazing view of the sea from the terrace (especially the sunset :) ) We will be back there for sure!!!

Then resort was amazing...very well structured and organized, clean, with calm atmosphere and in an excellent location within Nature, accessing seafront and mountain views the hospitality of the hostess was incomparable Definitely a recommendation for relaxing holidays for a family with kids

The place is very clean, very well equipped, very close to 2 beaches (and a third one, but that one is not that easily reachable). The pool is really nice and the whole leisure area. It could really benefit if it would offer a more diverse breakfast and/ or other meals.

That they make Aperol Spritz with wine, not prosecco. :-)
