Our experience here was amazing. We stayed there during the last week of July and had a great time. The hotel is near two very beautiful beaches, with clear water and great service. Everything is surrounded by nature, giving it a very calm feeling. The room itself was very spatious and clean, involving all the necessary facilities. My favourite part was the view- you went off into the balcony, which might I add was quite big, and all you saw was sea and nature. The staff was very kind and accomodating and we had plenty of pleasant interactions with them. The resort isn't far from the city which allows you to have a fun night out however also leaves the option of relaxing in the quiet. Overall it was a great place and we loved it.

Beautiful property, in a idealic location, sorrounded by nature, next to an mazing beach. The facility is very well run by Vasiliqi, who puts lots of love and care in how each customer is treated and in maintaining the facility in imaculate condition. The room is spacious, well equiped, clean, with a large balcony overlooking olive trees and the sea, in which we had a great time enjoying meals and sunsets as a family. The property has a lovely tarrace and a pool, where delicious breakfast and drinks can be enjoyed, where we had coffe each morning and drinks in the evening with our friends.

We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights and it was very pleasant. The hotel was well located, there were several beaches within walking distance. The apartment where we stayed was clean and had the necessary furnishings to meet our needs. The pool was very clean and pleasant, although we used it very little. The owners, especially Vasiliki, were very kind to us. On the first day of our stay, along with coffee, she also served us a very delicious cake accompanied by some mint leaves :), the details that make the difference. Upon our departure, Vasiliki gave a jar of homemade orange jam. There were beautiful days spent at 3 Aktes Suites & Studios. I fully recommend it.

I spent an unforgettable vacation at 3Aktes Suites with my wife and two children! Mrs. Vasiliki made sure we didn't miss anything, she prepared our cakes in the morning, we ate the best crepes with homemade jam made by Vasiliki! The apartment was amazing with a panoramic view of the sea, very clean very close to the 3 beaches, we went to Agia Paraskevi about 2 minutes away! The property has its own parking and the best thing is that you had the remote control at the main gate, in other words only the guests have access here, it has a beautiful and clean swimming pool and a huge terrace with a panoramic view of the sea! The place offers stunning views — it’s clean, well-kept, and the staff are incredibly friendly. Our room was spacious, with a large balcony overlooking the sea and the surrounding forest. There are three beautiful beaches nearby, plus a nice pool area right at the hotel.

The area isn’t residential, so there are no shops, supermarkets, or pharmacies nearby — you’ll need a car to visit the surrounding villages for essentials. That said, it’s not necessarily a downside, especially if you’re looking for peace and quiet.

We had an exceptional family stay at 3 Aktes Hotel in Sivota. The service was excellent, and the owners were very warm and welcoming, they made us feel home immediately, even gave us a gift with bio organic olive oil and home made jam. The hotel has stunning sunset views, a lovely small pool for the kids, and is just a 4-minute walk to beautiful nearby beaches. Everything was perfect for a relaxing summer holiday with our children. Highly recommended!

Very friendly and helpful staff, they took great care of their guests. The location was great, there were two nice restaurants nearby and Syvota town is 10 mins way by car. The room had a big balcony with a sea view. The beach was a few steps away from the property; however, there were other beaches nearby if you would want to explore more. There was a pool as well and the water was very clean.

Very nice location with beautiful scenery. The room was great and cleaned every 2 days. The pool are is nice (closed between 15-17 ) and lots of table at the pool bar. Vasiliki is always opened and helpful. The are 3 beaches walking distance.
