The location of the property was excellent, technically just in front of the sea, where you can find also comfortable sun beds. The view from our villa was picture worthy, especially during the sunset! Really recommend to everyone. Also a big up to the staff, in particular Kleo who was always very keen to help for everything that we asked. Thank you Kleo!

Amazing view, stylish and comfortable villa, we stayed at the swimming pool villa and it’s was wonderful. The staff was lovely.

We were in a Family Suite for 4 nights in early June. The house is spacious, cool and cleaned daily. The towels and bathroom accessories were also changed regularly. The kitchen is well equipped with good quality appliances and everything you need to cook. The manager is very kind and helpful and solves any problems you may have quickly. The place is quiet and beautiful.

Because of the photos I expected to have a balcony overlooking the sea, however the suite that we booked was behind another house which blocked the view so be sure to double check before you book. I was also disappointed that one of the bedrooms had no windows. The kitchen was well equiped however the kitchen hood wasn't actually connected to a chimney so the odors aren't vented out when you cook. The wifi was very slow and almost unusable for us so keep that in mind if you have to work remotely.

We had an amazing stay at syvota seascape. The whole complex is well thought out with the individual villas and apartments well arranged, beautiful flowers and bushes everywhere and tasteful interiors. The view and the beach are also wonderful. We were upgraded to one of the villas with a private pool and enjoyed this very much. The host (Helen) was always helpful and quickly reacted to any requests. There is no breakfast buffet included but they filled the refrigerator and a welcome basket with everything we needed (and even refilled it).

Great location in front of Agia Paraskevi beach, crystal clear waters and very quite area. Staff was great, young boys and girls, very helpful and smiley face all the time which is hard to see in other places! I strongly recommend it for families with kids or whoever want to spend few quite and relaxing days.

beach bar was closed at around 19:00 which in my opinion were a bit early!

We spent our 2023 summer vacation and the place was amazing! The Sivota Seascape villas have great location right in front of the sea, where the water is crystal clear and there is a small island in front at approx.100m distance. Inside the villas everything is at top quality and the view outside is astonishing. Everyday cleaning is done. Helen at the reception was so kind and helpful - she advised us of nearby beaches restaurants and bar. She also gave us fruit gifts for our last night just to confirm that the destination, the service and the kind people are great reason to come back next summer.

A truly luxurious experience. The villa had all the necessary amenities and was perfectly designed to accommodate 6 people. The sunset views from the pool were a nice surprise, there was parking next to the house, good airconditioning and a fully equiped kitchen. But above all, Eleni who was our contact person for the stay was an absolute GEM. She was extremely helpful during all the steps of our stay and offered us all the extra information we could ever need while being her most polite and caring self. Give her a raise!

The rooms are very, very clean and the staff is wonderfully helpful and professional. This place is run with lots of care, and it shows. The views are some of the most beautiful I've seen, and I've travelled all over the world. It was a wonderful experience!

There are lots of stairs (but there are also elevators). If you're traveling with someone who has a hard time on stairs, please know that the apartments are accessible, but not easily so. Also, and this is not necessarily bad, but know that the beach right by the apartments is rocky, not sand. It's still absolutely gorgeous. Bring water shoes and you'll be fine.

This venue is beautiful! So peaceful and serene with close proximity to the beach. The views are stunning and the villa was immaculate. We spent all of our time there. The facilities were great- we didn’t want to go anywhere else, it was pure bliss (especially the private pool). Our host Eleni was fantastic- so friendly, helpful- nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend getting a car to explore nearby villages/ beaches and to buy essentials. I would recommend this place 100% and I would definitely visit again!

The location is a little remote- need a car to get around.

We stayed with my family beginning of September and we had the villa with the private pool . We couldn’t possibly ask for more. The apartment was spotless, beautiful with an amazing view. The staff was amazing, especially Eleni the manager, very polite, always available with a smile to provide anything we asked for. She gave us tips on beaches and restaurants to explore Sivota. The rooms were cleaned daily and everything was very very clean. The beach was beautiful and the sunset view was to die for. We had a spectacular stay and we highly recommended it.
