The pool area and views are what make this hotel extremely special and are why I would stay again, I could have happily spent every day there sunbathing with my book. The room was very comfortable and spacious with good aircon, a small fridge and a comfy bed. The balcony was nice for sunrise and sunset. The staff were all very friendly and made the visit extra special — thank you.

The walk into Sivota is very short but down some very steep hills. The local township should install a handrail to help people down the hills or the hotel could offer a complimentary shuttle to the port and back each day.

The staff and view were amazing! Magda was awesome! They arranged a cupcake with a candle, a card and a bottle of wine for my mom’s birthday which was very nice.

The 130 stairs from the room to the reception… I’ve been to other resorts where they have golf carts and can bring guests around. My mother luckily is still young and was a trooper. Also the private pool with our room wasn’t so private. You can see right next door, thankfully I was with mom and didn’t care though.

Very nice and accommodating staff and room service. Very Clean and Comfy Room's. The bathroom always felt hygienic and clean. Also the facilities including the pool and gym was very clean and well maintained. Our Deluxe Junior Suite was big and we had plenty of room to rest. The view from the pool side and teraces was very beautiful. Plenty of parking space and very good wifi coverage and speed.

Overall it was great and there is no real deal breaker. There were just small minor things that didnt bothered us much. We felt that our Deluxe Junior Suite was a little bit too dark in the bathroom and even in the room itself, making it little bit difficult to shave or doing make up. The TV in our room could get a modernization. Best would be to install a Smart TV to be able to use Streaming Services / Youtube or at least have more channels (one for Kids for example). The selection in the breakfast buffet was the same every day.

We absolutely enjoyed the stay! The facilities and the hotel are amazing and the view is wonderful! The staff were always approachable, friendly and helpful. Felt at ease about any questions we had. The meals were delicious and there were always choices. Twice a week they organize live music nights at the hotel, which is good for a change.

The only point I would like to mention is that a car is required to access the beaches. There is no private beach next to the hotel.

Wonderful location, high quality accommodation. Been coming here many years in a row, always very happy with it. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast has room for improvement because it has many sugary options but not a lot on the healthier side, like fresh fruit and vegetables. Coffee also could be much better.

We loved everything - the view, the food, the serene ambiance, the very comfortable room and bed…all nestled in the hills.

Nothing to do with the hotel, but there were quite a few families with young children that were sometimes very loud in the restaurant. It would have been more enjoyable if there was an adult only dining area.

The resort is very nice. Nice views. It has a lot of pools and was not crowed. The wifi was great. Very clean rooms. The rooms are spacious. Bella Vraka beach very beautiful and very good for families. Drafi beach was also nice, just 15 min away by car. It is not crowed at the pool so you can always find an empty sunbed. Restaurants in the port area were great. Sivota is very clean and safe.

The gym has a lot of broken equipment. The breakfast menu is almost the same every day. The AC is centralised one, and often problematic due to the door sensors. It feels a bit overpriced because you can get the same services at a 3* hotel, but I guess this is the price in the area.

Wonderful views of the sea and hills. The surrounding area is beautiful - excellent beaches with safe swimming, uncrowded, with a backdrop of rugged mountains and hills. Syvota itself is lovely too with its boutique shops and restaurants. The hotel is positioned in a magnificent location on a hill overlooking the Ionian Sea, and has swimming pools and terraces from which you can enjoy this panoramic view - it is genuinely captivating. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Nothing to say here - we love this hotel and have stayed there around five or six times over the years. It's consistently good.

The staff was very friendly. The view is impressive.

It was a little difficult to find parking for the car in the evening but thanks to Giorgos, the only obstacle was overcome.
