Staff were super friendly and very helpful. I met the whole family that were on shift and were all delightful, they always asked if i was ok and always offered me water. Young solo traveller so felt very safe and comfortable. The hotel is opposite the port and had everything i needed without going far. Great wifi which was important as i had a lot of online work to do. Comfy bed, simple bathroom and a nice balcony with a provided ashtray which many hotels dont allow smoking so was extra plus for me. Would highly reccomend if staying in igoumenista whislt awaiting ferry as i did.

The hotel was probably built in the 1950s but everything is very clean and well maintained, just not lots of visual updates over the years. They're in a great location (directly in front of the ferries) and have lots of parking on site and a burger place next door. The employees are super friendly. The elevator is mildly interesting (you'll see for yourself)

Could use a shower curtain (old style shower) A screendoor for the balcony would also be nice. I'd rather not use the air-conditioning and just have the door open, but mosquitoes destroyed me the first night

It's an old style hotel but clean and equipped with everything what may you need. Big fridge with few bottles of water which was nice surprise and we needed because of the extra hot weather. Air condition and wifi worked wery welll Very good location with nice wiew .10 minutes walk to the center where you can find shops and restaurants. Good parking place with shadows behind the hotel. The owners are very lovely people they try everything to make you happy.. It was perfect for 1 night stay, next day we sail to Corfu.🥰

Warm welcome from son. Very helpful and kind. Given a lovely room on the back corner with a balcony and peep of the harbour and hills Clean comfy functional budget room at a budget price. Located directly opposite ferry and a 5 min walk to new bus station and supermarket. Definitely recommend.

For non smokers it is very unpleasant to have other guests smoking on their balconies close by. Makes it impossible to keep door open or use balcony. In the future more and more hotels will become entirely smoke free to protect non smokers.

The location is excellent for a stop after arriving on a late night ferry. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Although the hotel is a bit tired looking with some dated facilities, everything worked well and the bed was very comfortable. The manager/owner was very helpful and generous. There was good parking at the rear of the hotel.

The room and bathroom were a bit small but adequate enough for a one night stay.

I was met with a friendly welcome at reception and the staff were helpful sharing recommendations and advice for my short stay in Igoumenitsa. My room was clean, well equipped with fridge, TV and a balcony overlooking the ferry port. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable. It was an easy short walk from the hotel to the bus station and also the town centre. The castle is also close to the hotel and is an excellent viewpoint. I recommend this hotel.

Hotel Oscar welcomed us with water and promptly opened their doors to let in our tandem bicycle which was stored in their spacious back room. That was the easiest time we have had storing our bike. It was great to have a refrigerator in the room and a grocery store around the corner. Both father and son made us welcome and were very helpful, we even learned some Greek words. I felt so comfortable with our stay that I just had to give the father a hug goodbye.

This family-run hotel turned out to be a surprise. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Being located on the main road in front of the Port, we expected to have a restless night but the room was quite soundproof. The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean. For an Igoumenitsa hotel during peak season, the rates are reasonable. It is a basic Greek hotel but this adds to the charm.

The staff are very pleasant. The room was comfortable (mine had a large balcony overlooking the harbour). It's a good location near the Grimaldi Line terminal where I arrived and even closer to the KTEL bus station. There's lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, and a supermarket. The nearby area also has a good shoreline walkway along the harbour and into a park area that goes on and on. This was a really good 24-hour stopover between Italy and Greece.

Spotlessly clean. Very friendly staff, literally opposite the ferry! Room had TV and heating/Aircon. Full size fridge with freezer compartment. Good selection of coffee shops and tavernas within a short walk. Its a basic hotel but all that you need for a night or 2:when traveling.
