We really liked the staff, everyone was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Overall our stay was very pleasant, there were only a few things that the hotel can improve. First the WiFi outside of the reception area was terrible. Second, there weren’t enough functional outlets in our room, there were two and one wasn’t working. Last, the elevator stopped working every time we tried using it but all rooms are on the first floor so it wasn’t a problem. We opted to use the stairs instead.

I chose this hotel for a one-night stopover before boarding the ferry, so the location wasn’t particularly important to me. What was very important was that the hotel had its own secure parking, the room was decent and clean, and that we had the option of breakfast. The room matched the pictures I saw when booking, and the staff were really friendly, starting with the receptionist in the evening, the fantastic terrace where breakfast is served, and the receptionist at checkout. Great choice—I would choose it again!

There aren’t many things I didn’t like; perhaps I missed having a higher railing on the terrace in the room. I was constantly worried about falling if I got too close to the edge. :)

Great breakfast. Pleasant environment. Friendly and helpful staff. Owner is making more improvements. Views from hotel are very nice. Like well behaved pets. Generally quite satisfied . This is our second stay, going back as long as there is a room. Good and safe parking, hotel accessible with lift. New pool in the making.

Minor issue this time, sockets needed to be fixed but otherwise all was well, previous stay had no problems. Owner was informed and will correct the problem.

this is a very nice hotel run by two very helpful ladies, breakfast was on the roof terrace, over looking the mountains and harbour, All my wifes dietry needs were met, and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel even ordered my taxi in the morning for our onward journey

The location is a bit out of the way, in the middle of a housing area, and not close to shops etc, but the hotel and the staff , were excellent.

We booked this property as we were taking the ferry to Brindisi the next day. What a helpful team! For the minute we booked and messaged them about a few questions, to checking in and out, they could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The location is a little off the Main Street but the view from our balcony worth it. Both the room and bathroom were spotless. We had a good breakfast with Greek/continental choices. We wouldn’t hesitate to return should we take that ferry route again

we had very big problems with the water in the sense that if someone else in the building used the water at your place it stopped flowing at all, it is not at all pleasant to be in the shower and have the water stop, it was a real adventure to manage to make a shower.

Very calm, comfortable, clean and spacious rooms only 4 Km away from the port. The staff is very friendly and supportive. It was relaxing after a long trip on the motorcycle. Will come again every time I'll be around and need a place to relax.

There were a couple of minor issues with the room but we were instantly moved (upgraded) - problems solved. A big relief after a long day. Our dog was VERY welcome.

Igouminitsa has an issue with stray dogs. The whole town has this problem. Most are friendly, but sadly not all. This hotel has its fair share of them nearby too. We had no major trouble with them, but they did make exercising our dog nearby a bit tricky.

everything and then some. my bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I didn't want to get out, so I decided to stay another day. the staff are so very lovely. can't do enough for you. I will be back.

A very friendly hotel with good facilities and safe parking in Igoumenitsa. Parking is very difficult to find in the town so good to find somewhere with ample parking. Reception staff very helpful.
