Our multinational group of friends from Ukraine, Moldova, Romania, and Canada chose an incredible place in Greece, Sivota, and the Oriana Hotel as our meeting point for a shared vacation. As someone involved in the hotel business, I always have a third, all-seeing eye. And this special eye saw a lot to love about this hotel during our stay. We booked two rooms, one for two people and one for three. The rooms turned out to be quite spacious, decorated in pleasant olive-green colors, with fresh renovations and everything we needed. We were impressed by the incredible cleanliness everywhere: in the rooms, the lobby, and the garden near the hotel! The garden is a heavenly and cozy corner of the hotel. Housekeeping was daily, and towels were changed three times over seven days. The hotel owners were very hospitable! The owner was very attentive to guests and offered recommendations for tourist companies that organize day trips by bus and to the island of Paxos. The hotel is located near the beaches, close to boat rentals (which you can rent yourself), a car rental company, excellent restaurants, and shops. If you don't want to walk up and down hills several times a day (as many hotels and apartments are located on hills), then this hotel is definitely the right choice. We were also able to use the hotel's parking lot for our rented car. We highly recommend visiting the Orange restaurant for breakfast, with which the hotel collaborates. Guests of the hotel also get a 20% discount. The food presentation at breakfast is wonderful, and the dishes are quite large and delicious! To the owners of the hotel—our colleagues, as we now call you—we are so happy to have had the opportunity to feel like desired guests. Thank you for your hospitality, warmth, and service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Perfect Stay! Our room was spacious, modern, and spotless, with a lovely balcony overlooking the garden—a perfect spot for morning coffee. Everything was so thoughtfully prepared: comfortable bed, kitchenette with an Illy coffee machine, fast Wi-Fi, and even the small details that make you feel at home. What truly makes this hotel unforgettable is the hospitality. Panos and Mrs. Panoria are the most welcoming and kind hosts you could wish for. They treated us not just as guests, but as friends—always ready with a smile, helpful tips about the area, and genuine care to make sure we had everything we needed. Our room felt fresh and perfectly maintained every single day. Parking was easy and secure, which is a big plus in Sivota.

We liked everything. The room, even though it was described as "small", it was actually of good size, and it came with a big, shady terrace with table and chairs. The hotel is new and very well kept, perfectly clean and it comes with a plaesant garden . Location is the best, a few steps from the promenade, yet secluded and quiet. Oriana and her son Panos went out of their way to help us with everything we needed. Overall. It has been an unexpected surprise and we would absolutely recommend it.

Large room with balcony, spotless clean, quiet a.c Fly screens on every window & balcony doors, to keep out mosquitoes. With lovely garden view. The best location around the corner & you are close to all amenities. Not having to hike up heaps of steps. Charlies for breakfast next door, good breakfast.

Our room was dark & we had to have lights on during the day. But Wouldnt stop us from recommending this place. A kettle would be good in the kitchen

This hotel is located very centrally in Syvota, so we could walk into town, and to the beach, but it was also in a quiet area. The hotel has a good parking area so parking was easy. The room was large, and we had a patio that looked out on a lovely shaded courtyard. The Air conditioning worked well, and we had a small kitchenette. The hosts were very welcoming.

The owner is very friendly & welcoming, very comfortable room with small kitchen. Nice balcony to have your morning coffee & good air conditioning system. windows & balcony door are equipped with anti mosquito nets ! Location is very close to Port / harbor .yet very Quite street.

The only thing In the premises description you might think the kitchen is fully equipped or suitable for real cooking ( very nice misleading pictures). It's not! It's only for heating water , boiling eggs etc. It's only proper disclosure that the owner will declare it in the room facilities description in a more understandable way

Panos was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made check-in smooth and pleasant. We appreciated that parking was reserved along with the room, super convenient. The room had everything we needed, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, perfect for a short getaway.

I probably would have liked a lightweight duvet and a couple of extra pillows.
