Perfect location on the seafront and close after the ferry trip from Italy. The room and bathroom were good with nice decor, good air conditioning and a balcony to sit on. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, we slept very well. Breakfast was plentiful with good coffee in a lovely relaxing area. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in town with a small amount of background traffic. This wasn't enough to ruin our sleep fortunately. There isn't a hotel car park so you will be parking your vehicle on the street. Our car was fine overnight. There really isn't anything negative otherwise.

Very nice hotel. Perfectly clean. The staff is very helpful and nice. We asked for an additional blanket. There is an option to pay for a breakfast at place - 10 EUR per room. There is a hairdryer in the room. We were not sure about the arrival time and they ensured us that will wait for us. Location - just 3 min drive from the port. In 5 min walk there is a very nice bakery. In less than 1 min walk there is a specialty coffee.

We were surprised at how attractive and comfortable this hotel was. Because of its location, check in is possible till very late (to accommodate ferry passengers) and it was lovely, after a long and unpleasant crossing, to not only install ourselves in our room, but also to enjoy a quick ouzo in the breakfast room before bed. Staff was kind, and the breakfast in the morning very satisfactory.

The hotel is across the road from the ferry port to Corfu, but we arrived on the ferry from Brindisi and it was quite a long walk with luggage to the hotel. Also, the coffee: could be stronger, but we were just accustomed to the perfect coffee everywhere in Italy.

Our ferry was late so we arrived after midnight but the reception desk was open and the staff were charming. A good breakfast next morning, decent selection. Plenty of parking in the street outside. Very convenient for the ferry port.

The view from our window wasn't great, over the street and the parking area. Having said which, it was dark when we arrived so this wasn't terribly important.

Pleasantly surprised and that continued throughout the stay. Friendly, helpful lady met us on arrival and helped up park our car right outside.Fluent in English which helped no end. I love the view from the balcony, the ferry boats feel so close that you can engage in the anticipation of travelling with the other travellers. Good sound/light proofing ensured a good lie in when we needed it too. I love the breakfast room with the view of all activities too. As Arnie said:- I'LL BE BACK!😉

Iguomenitsa is a great little town, food, drinks and beaches galore but barely saw any of it these visits...Will stay for a longer break next time. Shame we didn't know before booking.

Perfect location for onward ferry journeying ( open the curtains and the boats are right in front of you) Evocative; enhancing the anticipation of your impending sailing. Rooms are just right. Breakfasting is very simple and pleasurable, again with views of people arriving and departing as a backdrop. Staff were all perfectly polite and helpful. I recommend this charming hotel unreservedly.

Unfortunately, due to a full travel itinerary we found ourselves unable to enjoy many of the local amenities. Except a great bar with complimentary tapas style snacks. ( The name evades me, much to my consternation!) There are miles of beaches a short drive away with bars and camping facilities adjacent. I'd visit them whilst staying at Aktaion for a few days between drives.

Proximity to the port when the boat arrives very late

Parking is on the street. At nearly 11pm there was little available but the man at reception walked me to where I could park. Unfortunately the next morning when I went to leave at 9am the car was blocked in. It took 2 local men and much maneuvering to get out. Be aware of this point if driving.

Super breakfast ! Regarding the location, this is a very practical one for the travelers who want to take ferryboats at Igoumenitsa. I strongly recommend to overnight there before the ferryboat journey

I got the last available room on the noisy road. A room on the yard or silent lateral roads would have been better but it was a very OK stay. people there are nice and welcoming, and to take the ferry boat you cannot be in a better place

Catching a ferry made it very easy if staying at this hotel. It’s quiet, breakfast was fine and very clean. Breakfast had its basics-boiled eggs, fruit, coffee, juice, toast and cereal. The bathroom has been one of the best we’ve seen on our travels.

The rooms are quite small. The two of us couldn’t pass each other without the other moving out of the way.

Staff helpful and kind. Room sound and light proofed. Cute balcony with table and chairs. Nice spot for a glass of wine to watch sunset or eat something light. The hotel has a café and an internal atrium to enjoy a beverage.

Bed could use a bit of extra padding, but overall, good.
