The property was pretty close to the beach and had a fascinating view. Access to the pool and also the private beach. It also was 2-3 minutes by car from the village center. Great staff always ready to support the clients. The room was cleaned every day. Wifi was fantastic. Sofia was such a superb leader and happy to help at any time with some awesome suggestions where to go, eat and drink. Very thankful for the time we spent there.

The bathroom had issues with the toilet water which had no pressure, the bath tube was a bit small and the shower water had a weird function that in a moment could burn your skin. Inside the room had mosquitos but fortunately we had a Raid Spray with us, so disinfected the room by ourselves. The mattress had issues needs to be changed otherwise tourists can wake up with back pain like I did but since we had only 2 days left didn’t ask to change it.

- the views from the room, the terrace, the pool and the restaurant are simply stunning - the new sea level platform for sunbathing and swimming is really nice, and it was our favourite start of the day: a swim in crystal clear waters before breakfast - the room is spacious - the breakfast has variety

- the bathroom is old, small and has curtain-in-bath which basically means that you flood the bathroom every time you take a shower. We’ve noticed this is pretty common in Greece, but some updates to the bathroom here (like a screen instead of a curtain, and ventilation that actually works) would make it a lot more appealing.

Costa Smeralda really exceeded our expectations!! We asked for a room with great view and they sure delivered! The whole resort has an amazing view and is on perfect location. The breakfast was great, the pool was clean and with salt water. The staff was friendly and the housekeeping was on point as well. All and all we had a great time at Costa Smeralda, will visit them again for sure!

The only thing that was annoying were the guests next door. They were very rude, loud and even after we called them out a couple of times, they continued till very late. We didn't escalate to the receptionist as lucky they left the next morning.

If what you’re looking for is location, this place has it in spades. The view from the balcony, the sunsets… did I mention the balcony 😊? The staff were helpful and pleasant, and always willing to be of assistance. Breakfast was plentiful and freshly prepared (we could hear eggs being fried and scrambled on entering the breakfast room!) and included hot (eggs, sausages, bacon) and cold (bougatsa, spanakopita, yogurt and honey, cereals, fruit, bread etc) offerings. We had room 118, which though spotless, was a bit on the small side, especially when two large suitcases were added to the mix! Having to climb a narrow flight of seventeen steps which curled to the door (like a stretched out spiral!) made things a bit tricky, especially while having to lug a couple of suitcases. The pool bar offers a basic menu (club sandwiches, a couple of pasta dishes, salads and pizzas) all freshly made to order throughout the day. It was disappointing to find the restaurant closed (we went in early May, maybe too soon in the season?) though for those wanting the exercise the town of Sivota is a 10-12 minutes walk downhill (25-30 minutes back uphill after a hearty meal!). Parking is available onsite on a first come, first served basis. There are about 10 spaces on the Reception level and another half dozen or so further down, but these are of difficult access. In terms of value for money, we could not be happier, but for a 4-star the rooms should be roomier and access both to the flat and to the hotel a little less tricky. Would any of this stop us coming back? Absolutely not, but we’d ask for a ground floor next time!

The location was amazing, really. On a top if a cliff, few minutes away from the beautiful Bella Varka, stunning wies. The outside if the hotel is beautifull: the pool, the deck by the water, the pool bar. Everything is clean and inviting. The staff is so nice and helpfull.

The rooms need a bit of an update. Beds were’nt too comfortable, decor kind of dated, WIFI isn’t working. BUT - I must say that the place is so amazing, and the location is so stunning, that all other things didn’t seem so important. We would definitlely come back.

When a tourist returns 3 times in a year to the same location, it means that it was not nice, it means that he had a great time. It is a place where you do not lack anything, starting from the clean rooms(every day) with a wonderful view, the varied breakfast, parking spaces at the hotel, the pontoon by the sea, the facilities to spend time at sea (kayaks), and last but not least the staff so attentive to our needs, Theodora and Elina, two wonderful girls, always with a contagious smile and so kind, the bar is in good hands.💅 If by any chance you have problems or want something, ask the manager Sofia👸,With an imposing presence, it solves everything that is needed, from reception to power outages, (thank you for the birthday cake) ☺️. I don't know how this hotel would function without her, without the whole team,It would not be the same, thank you very much for everything you have done for us and for the warm with which we were welcomed I'm sure we'll see each other again, maybe even next year (now we are locals)

The view is fantastic, was one of the most beautiful we have seen. We came here for snorkeling and swimming and relaxing....great place . Our room was a little smal, like a read before, but didn't bother us so much, we were outside all day ;-) it was clean and we loved the couch on the balcony, that was great. Breakfast was good with fresh fruit and bread and pastries. Thanks for a great time with you...love from Holland. And special thanks to Sofy (Sofia ?) she is a great person that really did her best to have a great time. Good old customer friendly, loved it ;-)

The bedding creaked......please invest in other bedding sheets/matras

The rooms had an amazing view and large balcony with table and sofa. The breakfast had many different options and food was all day available at the pool bar. The deck at the sea was the best place to hang out for the day, with enough sunbeds and parasols one could easily switch between sun and shadow. Having stairs into the sea on both sides of the platform made sure you could always enter regardless of the wind.

The food options at the poolbar were a bit limited and little vegetables in the menu. However, the restaurants and supermarkets were nearby to buy whatever you want. The sun deck near the sea was lovely place, but would’ve been even better with an outdoor shower and water tap.

OMG, there are no words to accurately describe the place. I try anyway 😉: beautiful, quiet, stunning, picturesque! The room itself is very clean an comfortable. The best thing is the small couch on the balcony 😍 There's enough place to park your car. I rented a scooter in a rental nearby and let the car at the hotel. The small terrace at the sea with a sufficient number of sunbeds is reachable per few steps and offers a ladder to the water. Very private. Reachable by feet or kayak (I swam across the small bay) there is one of the most beautiful beaches of Syvota, the Bella Vraka Beach. You can visit other sandy beaches nearby.

I cannot find anything negative about this place!!!
