Cleanliness, value-for-money, friendliness of staff and the location (including views) with relation to Raches where I kitesurf every year

One of our group had mobility issues and struggled to climb up 2 long flights of stairs to her apartment as the lift was not operational. To her credit, the host, Katerina, offered a ground-floor alternative room but this was politely declined as it lacked the lovely views of the 2nd floor apartment that she was originally allocated.

The hostess lady speaks perfect English and very kind, very helpful. She sent detailed driving directions to avoid me driving through a very steep and bumpy road and damaged the car. She spend a lot of effort to correct the driving directions with the GPS companies. She is also helpful to recommend restaurants. There are covered reserved parking spaces in front of the building.

The location is remote. You can walk to a good nearby restaurant, but other than that, you need to drive. (But if you stay here, it is most likely that you have a car).

The shower was excellent (good water pressure) and the bed very comfortable. AC worked well on a very hot day so I slept well. The room was spacious.

No breakfast served on the premises but a kitchen was available in the room. The reception had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. An elevator was available but not operational.

We received detailed information on how to get to the hotel in advance, which we appreciated and which was needed, as the satellite navigation wanted to send us along an unmade track. Our room was clean and spacious, with a well equipped mini-kitchen and a mosquito net over the bed. Our host was very friendly and helpful, recommending a local restaurant. Breakfast is not included but is available on request, and we were able to request exactly what we wanted, even down to our specific coffee preferences. This was served in the garden area of the hotel, which was very pleasant. The lift was not available - we were told this was due to Covid restrictions but these have been lifted now and we encountered no lift restrictions elsewhere in our travels. The hotel does seem to be continuing with some Covid related requirements, such as asking us to complete a questionnaire, but this is not necessarily a bad thing and didn't cause us any inconvenience.

Suitable location for my work in nearby Stylida. Hotel OK for the price. 4-5 restaurants within walking distance in this small town. Friendly host.

Hotel on a hill overlooking the bay. The room is quite large, with a kitchenette, a balcony with seating and a view. A small couch in the room. Parking with shade. The hostess was very helpful, she also advised tourist attractions in the surrounding area.

Very small and cramped bathroom. The furniture would deserve restoration. Otherwise everything is fine.

Very nice apartment in a quiet location with a beautiful view of the surroundings. Very nice and helpful owner. Nearby is the beach, shop, great fish tavern and cafe.

This is a small hotel with large, comfortable and clean rooms. Very nice, helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is on a hill and has a nice view from the windows. Beautiful garden. In general, everything is very great, I definitely recommend it.

Host is very nice and she was there for all our questions. Instructions to find hotel were very useful. She has sooo nice garden and the view is beautiful. All recommendations to stay overnight if you are traveling for a long distance like us.
