A very clean hotel, in a very good location in the center of Lamia. Very helpful and polite personnel. Clearly a hotel to choose in a next visit to the city and to the surrounding areas.

A bigger variety at the breakfast and a better coffee flavor are the only points which I can mention, not as complain but as proposal for improvement.

Location was good , breakfast, staff were.. ok.. , parking there was treacherous , pretty clean, pretty comfortable :)

The reception staff really were pretty unfriendly and not familiar with their systems, which made check-in awkward, time consuming and somewhat annoying, Once it was all sorted it was ok. But it wouldn't kill them to SMILE and actually act happy that customers come to stay at their hotel. Especially with a booking.

Very attentive service by receptionist, good breakfast with self made and fresh cake, biscuits and coffee.

No view from the hotel room as it is in the middle of the city. This has advantages as well, it's close to restaurants, bars and shops.

The staff were accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.

The bathroom was outdated. The blow dryer did not work and was very dated. The air conditioner could not be controlled as it was set at a certain position.

I traveled around Greece for a week, and let’s say that this place was the only one I stayed in for more than one night. At least when I went, quiet-enough urban area when compared to other spots with street parking available. Nice and friendly employees as well

Owner (Mrs. Despina) [and the staff as well] was exceptionally helpful and addressed all requests/queries. Highly recommend the hotel. You will be delighted by the hospitality.
