Fantastic view of the lake, a very good location for both going to town (a 10 minutes drive) and touring the countryside. A large room and a comfortable bed, staff is very nice and responsive. No extra charge taken for coffee or tea from the bar.

Outdated decor, insufficiet lighting in the room, the temprature of the water in the shower fluctuates unexpectedly and you risk being scalded. Brekfast is sufficient but basic.

This is a 4 star hotel. The hotel is well maintained. It provides calm atmosphere. The personell is nice. The hotel has big and pleasent lobby on the first floor. From the balconies there is a great view over the Kastoria lake and town. Breakfast is rich. The rooms are spaceous and the beds are very comfortable. The rooms are cleaned everyday. Bathrooms are big and equiped with expensive sinks and watertaps. In general the hotel is made with the idea of providing good hospitality and relaxation while one is on vacation.

The hotel is rather new, it is located on a hill just outside the city. It is a quiet, wonderful location just 5' from the city centre, easy to drive. The views of the surrounding mountains, the lake landscape and the night sky are amazing! There are no words to describe the natural beauty. The hotel setup is supporting tranquility and comfort. Rooms are comfortable, half look at the mountains and the rest the lake, room facilities are new, a nice fireplace is keeping the lobby and people warm in cold winter nights.

There is nothing I didn't like. Things to improve include the breakfast maybe. Also it would be great if the hotel bar was more lively and attractive offering more snacks if possible. A TV set for the lobby is also missing. These are absolutely feasible and would make the hotel exceptional!

The view over the lake and Kastoria from the balcony is amazing. The room is very spacious. Mattress and pillows are very comfortable. Very big beds. Room was very clean and it had nice closet and comfortable sofa. People at the reception were very friendly and helpful Breakfast was very good and there were amazing views from breakfast room Free parking just outside the hotel

Lovely hotel up on the hill looking down at Kastoria Lake in a very quiet location: it has the perfect view from almost every room. Bedrooms are comfortable and well furnished and the bathrooms very functional with lots of hot water and fresh towels every day. The hotel is super clean and provides a good breakfast. There’s a lovely terrace to sit, have a drink and enjoy the view.. very well maintained garden and safe parking on site. Although it doesn’t have a restaurant there are good tavernas close by, the hotel provides a list of suggested places (and sites of interest) and are happy to arrange transport.

Everything. It is one of the best hotels I have visited in Greece. Particular mention should be made to the politeness of the management and staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and common facilities, and the exceptional location, which offers an unrestricted view of the entire town. It is highly recommended to anyone who would like to visit Kastoria and its surroundings

The view! The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a balcony. The bed was very comfortable.

Even though I had told the hotel we required a Gluten Free breakfast, the breakfast buffet had limited options and as I coeliac I did not feel safe as there was many opportunities for cross contamination. For example shared tongs with Gluten containing products and the fried eggs and omelettes were kept with the French toast.

Location offers a scenery view of the city. Our family room was literally huge, clean and fully equipped. One of the best hotels we visited in Greece so far.

Room insulation definitely can be improved. We had some loud tenants next to us and this was not that pleasant to hear them talking loud until midnight. We were just not that lucky in this area.

The breakfast was very delicious and the coffee as well, the room was very comfortable and especially the bed and the bathroom. The view from the balcony was simply amazing and as locations go, it was one of the most beautiful places I've visited in Greece. The hotel had prepared recommendations for restaurants in the old city near the lake, where the food was delicious and walking around the lake itself was very pleasant and relaxing. I highly recommend!
