great location - close to popular beaches and 2 mins walk from downtown the property is neat, the rooms are not too close, it has a nice yard area the rooms are spacious with a small balcony the bed is comfortable large shower area polite staff everyday housekeeping service is something worth mentioning too

poor breakfast options and no espresso coffee the kitchen is not well equipped the absence of electricity while you are away from the room makes it really hard after being on the beach exposed to sun all day - it takes time for AC to cool down the room and this “wait time” is not so nice AC itself old and noisy

Position is good, very close to the beach and even local restaurants. Well it is actually better than any photos can describe, the room is large and cleanliness is remarkable. Very large balcony with a front street view, towards the sea and Thasos Island.

1. The breakfast is poor and constant. Perhaps this is one point to be taken in consideration like adding omelet, poached or scrambled eggs instead of just boiled. Coffee is basic no espresso. 2. Perhaps this cannot be taken in consideration but Keramoti have a very different sense of quiet, especially in the evening between 22-24:00 with some motorcycles that are animating the air and sound.

It's perfect place for relax. It' s a family hotel which is very close to the beach. Just 2 minutes away.The staff is very kind and helpful. They clean the rooms every day.I am very satisfied and I strongly recommend it

New building, new equipment Good isolation, small balcony, well placed at 5 mn from centre by walk. Beach in front of at 3 mn walks. Parking in front of the apartment, rooms. Confortable bed, small equipment for dishes, boiler …. Quite place

Very difficult WiFi

I liked the closeness to the beach and the spacious studio.

The property was OK, the only warning I would give to people coming here is to take moskito repelent spray. It is a must as the moskitos will feast in you

The room was newly renovated, well furnished and clean. Our friends stayed in a studio with 1 bedroom that didn't look so good but our triple room very ok. The beach bar near the hotel was a real pleasure for us. We spent most of our time there.

There are many, many mosquitos in the area, unfortunately. You can stay out after sunset... they will eat you alive :)

Nice and professional staff. Large and comfortable room with balcony. Two steps from the beach. Available free parking and proximity to restaurants. Quiet area.

Toilet seat was completely broken and unsafe for use. Safety box not functional.

The apartment is big and comfortable, the terrace is wide enough. Very close to the beach and the place is quiet. Fast check in and the owner speaks very good English.

Air conditioners are old and noisy. In the bedroom it was not so loud, but the one in living room was very noisy.

The hotel is in a quiet area and the beach is in 1-2 minutes walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great place for family vacation.

This is an excellent accommodation option within a brief stroll of the beach. The staff provided exceptional care, ensuring our stay with our one-year-old was truly enjoyable. Additionally, they offer a delightful breakfast buffet with a variety of delicious options.
