The service is excellent, the hotel is built along side an mountain, so there would be quite a long way to walk every day to the top of the hill to eat breakfast, but the hotel have golf carts that drives you up and down the mountain a comes an pic you up if you just call. The people driving these golf cars always have a smile on there face and is just lovely, every person working on this hostel is just really lovely and do everything for you to have the best holiday, the beach guy thow is my favorite he makes the day so much better and is always dancing, helping you arrange your seat for your liking and he puts out your towel for you :). The breakfast is really good and the souvlaki at the beach bar is excellent. The vertigo restaurant has excellent service and the food is just amazing especially the appetizers!! Overall I understand why this hotel has 5 stars! And I also recommend taking the buss from the hotel to corfu old town to eat some great Greek food as souvlaki from pene a souvlaki and gyros, and just to wonder around the old town and shop some souvenirs :) O and before I forget I also recommend booking an Catamaran with tui for a hole day to se the island from an different point of view

This hotel has the best stuff I have ever seen in my life. Absolutely everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. One could really notice that they have a good working climate. We want especially thank Anastasia from reception and Thomas from the restaurant! You guys are the best! The food was amazing! Everything was fresh and tasty. Great selection of fish, meat, fresh vegetables and fruits, deserts. We also liked the drinks:)

The rooms are not renovated (especially the bathroom). We found the price was too high for the quality of room you receive. It didn’t bother as much since we were spending the majority our time outside but yes, for 5 stars hotel it could be better. We also wished we had more activities. The majority of guests are around 40-50 years old. We are 31 and for us it was sometimes quite boring.

I had the most amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make our stay special. They even upgraded us to stunning rooms that exceeded all expectations. The meals were absolutely delightful—diverse, delicious, and indulgent. There were activities throughout the day to keep us entertained. The location is breathtaking, with a gorgeous pool and incredible views of the sea, plus a perfect private beach. The hotel is conveniently located not far from Corfu’s old town and some of the most beautiful beaches on the island. It was a perfect vacation, with attention to every little detail from the entire hotel staff. Highly recommend!

The position of the hotel above the bay gave a wonderful view every morning. Every one of the staff that we encountered from the front desk, to the restaurant, the housekeeping, the buggy drivers and front gate security were always smiley, happy, helpful and looked pleased to help and be there. The hotel had a real range of people and nationalities. Majority were from the UK, but a lot of Germans and a few Scandinavians were there. Young couples were there all the way through to older generation. A mix of people that included single travellers as well as same sex couples whilst we were there made this hotel feel really friendly and encompassing. There is a car hire desk within the hotel where the rates for daily hire were reasonable. We rented a small car for the day to visit Corfu Town which is about 30 minute drive away and this was worthwhile. There is also speedboat hire from a nearby dock as well as a small shop for essentials. There are a wide range of rooms at the resort. We splashed out a bit ( no pun intended) and got one of their rooms with a private terrace and small pool. These are positioned so they overlook the bay and were absolutely wonderful. The main pool is large enough but there is the practice of towels on the loungers first thing in the morning, so the private pool option may be your choice if you don't want to rely on getting the last loungers or having to play the same towel game!

There is very little to find fault with, but more a word of caution that the resort is built on a steep hill. If you have limited mobility of simply don't like walking up steep roads and paths in the heat it may not be the perfect place. If you can wait for the buggy drivers to pick you up and drop you then there is that option. The hotel is not really near a resort town that you could walk to or easily visit.

The views are breathtaking, the bird song is beautiful, and the staff are so friendly and hardworking. The breakfast buffet went on forever, stuffed with beautiful fresh produce. Its the first time in years I've been quite sad to go home. 10/10

I like to be able to walk in the evenings to different restaurants and you can't really do this here as its away from everything. Id blame myself for that cos I don't like to drive on the right side of the road. There are shuttle buses to corfu town 3 times a day so its easy to move about in the daytime, but if you really want to explore you may want to hire a car.

Amazing resort with breathtaking views! Most of all staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful and very hardworking, always courteous and with beautiful smiles who made our stay even more enjoyable. Very good buffet breakfast and dinner. The Vertigo Restaurant offers excellent service, amazing food with stunning views. Rooms are very clean and spacious. The pool area is very inviting with a beautiful setting. Ample parking spaces around the hotel area. Highly recommended for a relaxing and pleasant break!!

First of all & most importantly it‘s the staff here that makes THE difference, the kindness was incredible, especially on the Restaurant, the reception & the Rent a car (Spiros). The Brunch with music of Saxophon/Jazz was amazing. The Show programs in the evening were classy & so special. We Love how you keep your culture & stay with nature & stay authentic. We‘ll come again!thank you!

If you’re looking for somewhere calm and quiet with plenty of activities to do throughout your stay, THIS is the place to go! We stayed for 15 days and will definitely be back next year! Upon our arrival, we were greeted with glasses of champagne. The staff was absolutely incredible!! Constantinos was the leader of Guest Relations and was one of the best people we’ve ever met!!! He was so kind and funny and personable!!! He even got our room upgraded the last few nights of our stay. The front desk staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed every time we walked through the reception doors. The bar staff was amazing!!! Joy was a great server and the day bartenders worked super hard to get your drink right and were hilarious to watch while we waited for our drinks. Not to mention the night bartenders were super hardworking and made great drinks! Pan who worked at the Vertigo bar made the best drinks and gave us the history on our favorite drinks. The ladies at the Vertigo restaurant were perfect and so kind and accommodating!! Lionidas who works at the Culinarium restaurant made the best wine recommendations for dinner and even taught a wine tasting class! The Restaurant staff was amazing as well! The ladies at the front that greeted us every meal as we walked in were so kind and accommodating! The servers were so attentive and knew what we needed before we even asked! Konstantinos was so personable and an amazing server!!! Not to mention, all of the food at every restaurant was SO GOOD!! They have food for literally everyone, so if you don’t like their options, there’s something wrong with you! The groom’s that drove us around from our rooms to the reception area and the the beach were GREAT! They were not only extremely hospitable, they were funny and made riding with them very enjoyable!

the breakfast and the dinner have been excellent. The location of the hotel very good. There are private beach in wonderful lagoon. On the beach you can hire the boat and reach all wonderful lagoons and beaches of Palio Kastritza

Sometimes we feel on vicinity of a property a smell of sewage. It strongly resembles the aroma of virgin forest and the aroma of the sea.

Buffet was very good. Room was very spacious. Pool was quiet and the water was warm.

Buggy system to take you to/from the room is insufficient. We had to wait 30 mins for a buggy when we arrived because there was only one buggy proving the service. More buggies should be available, including during check-in and check-out time. There are better beaches in Corfu than the one where the hotel is situated.
