Everything was perfect - a spacious and clean room, close to the centre and friendly staff. There was a parking available for the customers. The breakfast was very rich and with high-quality products. Our requirement for a baby cot was also met. We would like to extend our gratitude especially to Ms. Penelope from the reception who gave us very good recommendations for local restaurants with delicious food and lovely atmosphere, also she recommended to us visiting Polyfyto Dam and having lunch with breath-taking views in Neraida village, and also visiting Velventos village known for its peach production, so we had a great experience following her pieces of advice! We highly recommend Aliakmon hotel and would definitely come back again!

Probably it would be better if our room had a better view, but that wasn't a big problem for us.

The breakfast was very good, various delicious meals, good coffee. We really enjoyed it. The rooms are cozy and clean. The stuff is friendly and helpful The location is just meters from the centre of Kozani with a lot of shops and restaurants. This hotel is a very good option to stay overnight on the way to the Ionian islands, it is just few kilometers from the highway.

The parking was pretty small and steep, but the friendly stuff helps with information where to park on the street, if no private places available.

The breakfast was nice and offered sufficient diversity for different tastes.

It's not hotel's fault, but with the great location in the center of the city it comes the problem with parking due to limited number of parking spaces in the hotel's garage (and hence the policy that it's not possible to make a reservation).

The hotel is perfectly placed to visit the city. Nice, clean and spacious rooms (we had a room for a couple and a kid). The free hotel parking is a big plus taking into account the location.

To enter the parking lot (basement) could be a challenge even for experienced drivers if you have a big family car.

The hotel is quite outdated. The room was smelling bad, probably from the drainage, which was making the stay unpleasant. The breakfast was very poor and its quality and variety must definitely be improved. Although it was a plus that the hotel has a parking, the spaces were extremely narrow and difficult to get in and get out.

The hotel was clean, the staff was very nice, good functioning AC, (empty) mini fridge in the room and balkony for every room. Cheaper to book through their website though

The breakfast was extensive and varied. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were big and the air con excellent. The location is perfect for walking into central Kozani.

The car park is small and really difficult to park in (even with a small Citroen). The facilities and rooms were quite dated.

The reception lady was a bit abrupt for someone asking information for a city they have never been too.She came around and was very nice in the end. If I was to comment on anything not quite great this would be it

We chose to go out for breakfast

The bed mattress were very hard and made sleeping hard o ended up with a sore back. Those mattresses have been the hardest that I have had and I have travelled throughout Europe

Underground parking is a nightmare - book the smallest rental car available to get around central Kozani and to fit into the underground parking facility
