Very nice, renovated, spacious and clean room. Excellent temperature regulation and very comfortable large bed. Breakfast is ok. Tasty dinner with very normal prices. The menu of restaurant has many choices.

Between the limited hotel choices in Ptolemaida it was the best. Breakfast was nice and the food at the restaurant was good.

I didn’t like the squeaky flooring and the outdated bathroom. Also the balcony and the doors leading to it could use a touch up.

It was quiet and spacious

The hot water pressure in the shower was very poor and instead the hot water was warm. The floating floor boards in the hallway and room was constantly squeaky when it was walked on. The rooms were not soundproof and can hear people clearly in the hallway. The pool was not available where it did not have water in it.

Location is just out of town, nice and quiet. Nice facilities for pool are and parties, and the outdoor areas were nice. Our room was terrible, poor setup and uncomfortable.

The room was cramped, beds blocking the balcony door and the closet. No common area to sit in, no chair or couch. Too basic a room setup relative to the rest of the facility.

Breakfast was terrible. Absolutely no good coffee except at the bar. Really unappetizing.

strange sense of style. corridor was cracking all the time. lights were out during the night the corridor was lit green by escape routes. no sound proof whatsoever. bathroom was very used with chipped items. water was changing all the time between hot and cold. bed ok- bedding very heavy.

Good location. Good parking although there were lots of weddings and a soccer league that were staying at the same time. The kids were running around freestyle and they woke us up early in the morning.

The room was not as clean as we expected. The first towels that were in the room smelled. We were overlooking the back garbage and all the balconies were peeling in the back of the building.
