We were really pleased with the hotel as it was so centrally located. Part of the hotel has been recently renovated and for a 3* City hotel it was an excellent choice for us! The breakfast was perfect and the coffee really good. We are both quite fussy about our coffee and it was a good quality one - not too strong but not too weak. It is a really important choice I believe - which coffee is served during breakfast. Thank you for that - we gave 10 out of 10!The actual choice of breakfast was really good enough. This a 3* hotel was better than many. The staff including the room service lady, reception & the bar man were absolutely great at their jobs. They showed us they all had real passion to do their jobs well and this was really noticable - again 10 out of 10! The actual room was fine and the bed mattress was the best for me - the firmest I ever slept on as I have a major back problem.

There wasn't anything really - that we didn't like...only The balcony height was really low, didn't really bother us but I could see that as a major safety issue for anyone travelling with children....

This was a first class hotel. The room was perfect, the staff were perfect. The breakfast was varied and ample with many choices from eggs bacon and sausages, cereal, cold meat, cheeses and salad. Pastries sweet and. Cheese and spinach. Coffee, tea and juice available. Not stopping there the restaurant is open during the day for purchasing of meals and coffee. Tea and coffee available in our room as well as a fridge. Parking available underground, via a lift to -1 and -2 below the hotel it’s pretty compact down there. We paid extra 5€ a day to reserve a parking spot. Stree parking was very busy and in some streets there was double parking. I highly recommend this hotel

The staff is so friendly. We stayed at the Dionisos twice during our stay as we left in between to go to Thessaloniki. They kept the bags we didn't need for us overnight. This was extremely helpful and very much appreciated. Also, we had asked for bigger rooms, and they were able to accommodate us. The rooms are fairly small so we really appreciated it. There's a loading zone in front of the hotel which is nice as this is not normal with other hotels.

Parking is limited but available, as it is underground and accessible only by elevator.

The location was ideal, the room was clean comfortable, the breakfast was simple but good. What really stood out was the staff who did everything they could to make our stay a pleasant one.

Only thing we were not so happy about was that there was no curtain for one side of the shower, and as a result all the water was ending up on the floor of the bathroom and the toilet itself. You could be careful and limit the issue, but when you go to a nice hotel you expect to be able to take a nice hot shower without worrying you are splashing the whole room. Could have been easily fixed with the addition of a simple curtain.

Well located to the centre of Larissa and easily reached by taxi from the train station. Room was very clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast was a good price and was good value for money. Even though there are a lot of restaurants nearby, it was nice to have a meal and drink in the hotel restaurant.

Excellent location with friendly and accommodating staff.

Unlike the lobby and the common areas which are clearly newly renovated, the rooms were dated and could use some maintenance.

Can't comment on the breakfast as I never got up in time because the beds were to comfy, the hotel location, cleanliness and staff were all top rate.

Topless clean comfortoble room. Quiet a night but still in walking distance to city center. Nice balkony to relax a bit from a busy day

A few more fruits at the beakfast buffet would be nice. There are bottled drinks in the fridge but unfortunately no opener for thiese bottles in the room. At least, I did not find one.

Exceptional breakfast at the buffet. Location at the city center near to bars, restaurants. Very helpful staff! Big advantage the free parking lot!

The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel was very modern on the inside we were pretty surprised!

The shower. There were no shower curtains so it flooded the entire bathroom but besides that, it was great! :)
