Overall an excellent experience. The hotel staff were welcome and kind and the room was good, especially the beds which were super comfortable. The breakfast included was also pretty great and had a lot of variation for you to pick.

The rooms could use some more work. Noise cancelling was pretty much non-existent so you could hear everything on your floor. Also, the bathroom was a bit too much small. We knew that we picked a small room when we made the reservation but the bathroom really did put the "small" into it.

Great location, free parking. You need to enter the passenger zone in the center with the car, which was uncomfortable. If you are not a seasoned driver, I would not recommend.

Old and not very well maintained rooms, quite small. The bathroom is rugged and needs renovation. We didn't have the breakfast, decided to opt for a brunch in the city, which was great.

Right in the centre of the city. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Clean room and my room was very quiet (the noise from the street can be loud, locals like to stay up late). They offered free parking on site and could leave the car even a bit longer on the last day. They offer detailed instructions for you to get there, very important to read them beforehand. Don't get alarmed, you do have to drive through a busy pedestrian street... parking is a bit tight but doable for rented car.

The breakfast could be a bit better: toaster for the bread, better coffee, fried eggs were solid as a boiled egg... but had fresh orange juice (don't know why the offer in addition the typical concentrated sugary orange "juice"). Also a lamp for the desk would be an added bonus to be able to work better. Finally, the shower cable was too short and support in an awkward position. But hot water came out in seconds any time.

The hotel's location was very convenient, close to any major square and shop allowing me frequent outings and also public transport for accessing my job. The hotel staff was always at the reception, and always pleasant and happy to give directions.

The door in the room would get stack and not close properly without applying some force. Another minor detail was the absence of shower curtain or any way to avoid water splashing out of the shower.

The hotel is located right in the city center, in a pedestrian zone. It has its own garage, and although it's a bit unusual to drive through a street where traffic is otherwise restricted (except for hotel guests and similar), it's allowed. The rooms are pleasant, the beds are comfortable, and it's an excellent stopover during a trip.

Hotel is İn the middle of the center Larrissa city with own parking. Lovely staffs. Everything is near !! Lot of restaurants and fast food shops !!! Comfortable rooms!!!

Everything is ok about hotel , accept direction road to the hotels parking !!! İf you have car and you don’t local find to route realy hard !!!

We got a free upgrade to a small suite which was great. The room was nice, newly renovated, and had two balconies. It was cleaned every day which was very appreciated, but I would like to have the more ecological option to not have it cleaned everyday. The orange juicer at breakfast was really appreciated as well.

The breakfast was not what we expected. The eggs were harder than hard-boiled and the options were very limited. Coffee was obtained through an automated machine that had horrible quality. We ate there once and then every day we were going out for breakfast. The parking experience was not great, but worked ok, it was small so if you have a big car you'd better park somewhere else. Driving in the pedestrian road was horrible, you were getting the bad looks from people which is understandable.

The location could not be better and the underground parking is a huge plus. The staff were very kind and very flexible with our requests.

The sound insulation is terrible, even in the "new" wing of the hotel. We could hear all the discussions and intimate deeds from other rooms too well... Bring earplugs for the night.

Metropol Hotel is perfectly located in Larissa downtown. It is full with people, shops, caffes, bars and all you can need is very near. Staff is very kind and providing info. There is underground parking for the guests and they send instructions how to come.

Location was spot on and parking in hotel basement great, rooms were tired looking and the view was abysmal but hey ho this is city centre. Breakfast was okay but really for what we paid no complaints other than no hook on the shower for shower head to hang up so had to have hand held ones!
