The staff, the cleanliness level, the location.

Maybe a longer shower curtain or a glass surface to separate shower from rest of bathroom. Air con took a bit of time to warm up but when it did it was ok. However, for a winter stay if guests leave the room for too long then the room will get cold as the room key needs to be handed to the reception and as a result the electricity in the room is shut.

Nice breakfast. Clean room. Very helpful staff. Good location. On-site free parking (behind the hotel building).

It is common but I don’t like rooms whose electricity needs the key to operate as it makes charging items impossible unless you’re in the room.

great choice value for money, no problrm to have early breakfast what is needed if you have early meetings. Parking close by and secured with a gate. Very friendly and helpfull staff, even when parking they came out to guide you

entrance to the parking was only possible using a narrow street was not that easy if you drive a big car, but you can hardly blame the hotel for that. maybe advise to have an entrance for the parking using the big street nect to the main entrance

I only stayed one night and arrived quite late, but the reception is open non-stop and the staff was extremely kind. We received soft drinks and water from the house, and the breakfast was rich and varied. The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. The city center is very close to the hotel, it is lively in the evening and the food at the terraces is excellent and not too expensive. I would return anytime at Larisa and at this hotel.

Really nothing

Very comfortable. Temperature was perfect. Good night's sleep. Despite building being a bit older, you can tell they try to maintain the property. Price/quality ratio is very fair.

The breakfast coffee was not good.

We have been for only one night, but twice in 15 days. Next time we will definitely stay again in this hotel if we are passing by. The hotel is nice, with good location, friendly staff, good breakfast and private parking, The rooms are comfortable.

The mattress was hard

I 100% recommend it for 1-2 days if you are going for work purposes. The locations is very good and the staff was very accommodating.

A very good option in Larissa with guarded free parking, location in the centre. Very friendly and helpful staff with business manager Nick as an excellent representative for making our stay tip-top. Wifi excellent as well as a very nice breakfast. We will definitely come back here. Very good value for money.
