It is placed in lovely surrounding in a tranquil olive grove. It is outside the village but within walking distance. Also within walking distance there is the San Antonio beach which is not crowded, has good sand and some cliffs nearby with wonderful scenery and good places for scuba diving. There are good places to eat on the beach and even closer to the property. The property offers parking places. The rooms are big, renovated and have the necessaries (sheets, towels, basic tableware). The personnel was very attentive to our needs. The pool was nice and clean. We especially liked the table and chairs each room has right outside, where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning and meals and scenery all day long. We also liked very much the Taverna Iatrou in Theologos, which has the same owner: the food is excellent and you get a discount for staying in their villa!

There is no food or drink on the villa and no store nearby, so be careful not to ran out of what you need! There is always some (very helpful) staff there, but their place is not signalled at all so newly arrived guests wonder around a bit (see the small construction on the right side!). Occasionally some light sewage problems.

Villa is is withdrawn from the noise, with a good pool , properly for Childs (1,2 m) , parking is under the olive three , int he own garden, Staff and local superintendent Mr. Hallil were very friendly and a good guests. I appreciate discount to Iatrou Tavern for Iatrou Villa clients.

I select this residence in special for closed location on the Potos center and to the beach. I were completely astonished to find out that the location published in Booking is not a real one, the real location is situated on outside Potos, on one Km from Potos center, near on San Antonio Beach. This was the reason that we keep this booking. I highly recommend to Iatrou Villa stuff to update the real location on Booking.com.

The description on Booking says it has AC but it hasn’t. Most of the rooms have no AC and this is a real issue as during the day the temperature was above 30 degrees Celsius and in the night it was also very hot and humid. For those who can’t sleep when it is hot this is a real issue. Also it was very difficult to find the location: the location on Booking is wrong, it has to be updated. Actually the villa is somewhere outside Potos, on a secondary road. Finally Google Maps helped but it should be updated in Booking too.

It is very close to the beach, 5 min walk. The room is fine, the only problem is that it is was not cleaned during the stay, and the yard was very nice. But I would like to thank Halil once again who is an extraordinary man, willing to help you with anything. The location is a little further from where it appears on Booking, the easiest is to search for Villa Iatrou on Google Maps and it will take you to the location, from my point of view it is well positioned because you can enjoy the silence. Also, unfortunately, no one answered the number from booking, but go to the location and you will find Halil there.

Amazing stay! The place is recently renovated and looks even better than in some of the older photos. Our room was very large, the bathroom spotless and modern, and everything was cleaned daily. The private pool was crystal clear, surrounded by a lovely garden, and the quiet hours were really respected – so peaceful! The AC worked perfectly, and we could park right next to the apartment, which was super convenient. Special thanks to Halil and his wife – they are amazing hosts, very kind and respectful. Couldn’t ask for more – highly recommend!

The yard was very big, spacious and well looked after. The villa is located in a quiet place , 2,3 min from the town with a car. The host Halil gets 11/10 he is very kind, helpfull and a positive person

The location on booking map is not correct. And the host hasnt returned ( 15 days after) to my message asking him to send me an accurate location of the property. I only found the location of the villa due to other booking users' coments

The place was wonderful! The rooms are clean and cosy. There is a big yard with olive trees and a pool, which is absolutely enough. It is close to the Potos Beach - you can go walking or by car. Furthermore, the owners have a Taverna in the village of Theologos, which is nearby. They offer seafood, lamb, goat, and other specialties. Theologos is a historical place that is a must-visit sight. Most importantly, the hosts are wonderful, they are very polite and took care of everything we needed!

The only thing we didn't like was that our stay was too short :) We have no complaints because everything was perfect - the island itself, Potos, the beach, and of course Villa Iatrou.

What an amazing place! The hotel and rooms are excellent, but what truly makes it special are the owners. The manager and his wife are by far the most hospitable people you’ll ever meet – they genuinely care about making sure you’re happy and that your stay is as enjoyable as possible. The rooms were spotless, and the pool was the perfect spot to spend a relaxing afternoon. The location is ideal too: just outside the busy party area, so you can enjoy peace and quiet, yet only a 5-minute walk from the heart of the action and the beach. I will definitely be coming back!

Our stay at the Villa was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was spacious, clean, and had all the features we were looking for. We especially enjoyed the small terrace—it was perfect for having breakfast or dinner outdoors. The large swimming pool was a big hit with our kids, who spent hours playing and swimming. The location is also a highlight—peaceful and quiet, with plenty of space to walk and relax within the property. A perfect spot for a relaxing family holiday!

Location was excellent, far from village enough to have quiet and relaxing stay, but close enough (10 minutes walk). Nearby beach is accessible by foot, and ok for days when you are lazy to drive. Some of best beaches are within 30 min of drive. Pool is clean and big enough for casual activities.

Everything was great. Would like to have small dining table within premises as wasps can be really annoying during the day, if you want to have a meal outside.
