Nice and beautiful garden, clean swimming pool, private parking place, friendly staff, possibility for breakfast and coffee, spacious apartment with separate bedroom. Small but useful kitchenette, balcony with table and chairs and hangers for clothes. The hotel is close to Potos beach where you can find lots of bars with sun beds and umbrella (on Ageri you don’t even need to pay for them, just to buy drinks or food from them). It’s a sand beach, the entrance in the water is smooth with small gravel but after that with sand. Very close to the center, taverns, shops and supermarkets.

The shower corner could be better arranged to not allow the water to run out - but it’s not such a big deal.

The location of the apartments is truly great, as it sits right in the center of Potos, yet manages to maintain a peaceful and serene atmosphere. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the hosts, who proved to be incredibly hospitable and attentive throughout our stay. Our room at Apartments Makedonia was very clean with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The beautiful terraces that come with each room provide enough space for up to four people to relax and enjoy the surroundings. One of the highlights of the complex is undoubtedly the stunning pool area and the olive tree park. These place served as a fantastic alternative to the beach, especially on days when the weather was less favorable or when the sea waves were too intense. Another major advantage of Apartmants Makedonia is the big free parking available and you never need to worry about finding a spot for a vehicle, which is always a big plus during a vacation. We look forward to returning to this wonderful place on our next visit to Potos.

The only downside was the absence of mosquito nets in the windows. However, it's worth mentioning that there were not many mosquitoes around, so it wasn't a major issue.

Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived at the property at 11 PM, and they were there to meet us. We had booked two apartments, and the hosts kindly arranged for us to be next to each other. The apartments were fully equipped, with large balconies and functioning air conditioning. One hair dryer was broken, but the host promptly replaced it with a new one after we mentioned it. The location itself is very beautiful, having a large green garden and two pools. It's also conveniently close to the city center, restaurants, shops, and most importantly, the beach.

The WiFi connection was weak. Additionally, the shower was quite small, and the furniture appeared to be rather dated.

Great place, very well run and perfectly located, close enough (5 minutes walk) to everything, including the beach, yet not in the middle of all the tourist traffic and noise. The hotel has its own parking and there was no problem finding it or finding a place to park there. Communication with the owner was great. We got a 2 room apartment for 3 people, plenty of space for people and luggage, including chairs indoors and outdoors on the private balcony and a clothing rack for wet swimwear and towels. The furnishings that many reviews complain about may not have been ultra modern but were perfectly functional and comfortable and fit the place nicely. The bathroom and kitchen area appeared to have been recently modernised with newer tiles, cupboards, etc. We did not use the kitchen but were happy to find dishes and cutlery to deal with the fruits and bakery shop stuff that we bought. The deep and largish pool and the shaded garden with more than enough deck chairs, were the other things that we very much appreciated to have around and make this hotel really stand out from the other ones around.

The airconditioner was adequate when running continuously overnight even in the high heat of the middle of July, but was not powerful enough to cool down the rooms quickly enough when coming back from the outside into a hot room. The other thing we did not like is the water from the shower spilling around the entire bathroom, but most of the hotels in this area of the world are designed like this.

It was very spacious, beds are comfortable enough, the terrace is nice. Room service is amazing, it was very clean! Also, we always had hot water.

The burners on the stove work very poorly, so the coffee had to be boiled for about 20 minutes, also there were a lot of bees on our beautiful terrace that ruined the joy of eating fruits in peace. Upon arrival, we could not find the villa in the location from the booking, it was further away. Although everything in the place is close enough, not far from the center.

Garden was perfect! Although we didn’t use a pool, it was very nice sitting in nice bar in front of pool. There is grass and trees all around. Nikos and Murat were very polite and kind

Rooms are too old, like 20 years ago. With better rooms, this place would be very attractive destination for families with kids

We enjoyed the pool! It was clean, well maintained in a lovely garden full of olive trees! The room was clean and comfortable. Neighbours quiet, mostly families with young kids. The staff were polite and helpful. There is plenty of space to park your car under the shade of the trees. The center of the village is at a 2 minutes walk distance. Mind that there might be mosquitoes in the area, but the problem can be solved with tablets in the rooms.

What a beautiful location, generous in space. Accommodation is what you need. Clean, neat, spacious. And the equally generous pool and pool bar place is a must. It's a fabulous settlement, the biggest settlement at a hotel I've stayed at. And there were many hotels where I stayed in the last 30 years. And yes, you can walk to the beach in 10 min. where you can choose any area with sunbeds if you're having a drink. It is a lively resort, full of Romanians.

No mosquito nets. - A little smell of mold in the room. - Cleaning lady entered the room at 3PM. Maybe some "do not disturb" signs to be available in the room for guests to put in the door knob.
