We stayed in unit 2. The location was excellent. Short but hilly walk to/from the beach and level walk into the village centre. If you were looking to have a family holiday it would be ideal as room 1-7 all fed into a common area with large table. Smaller tables on the roof terrace with excellent views of the beautiful bay. Our kitchen in RM 2 was separate but we liked that. RM 2 was probably smallest but we found it fine. The beds were also very comfortable which is a big plus and there was no extra charge for the air con which worked fine for us. And a free safe, although instructions could've been clearer We would certainly book again.

The hip bath/shower was not easy to get into to shower. Anyone elderly or with mobility problems would find it difficult. Had to be very careful getting in and out. The shower handset kept jumping out of it's holder if the flow was opened up.

Loved the views and how it was situated within the little village itself. Lindos is so beautiful

The place is self catering so there was no hand soap or washing up detergent etc. no basics that you usually expect but there was a supermarket nearby so we just bought a few basics to get us through. Also you can’t park your car close to the accom so it’s a bit of a walk on cobbled paths and up stairs with your bags etc. but we just took a small bag with what we needed so not too much effort

Villa Koki is a beautiful gem set in a stunning location. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We stayed on the ground floor so our kitchen was in a separate room. The view from our window was breathtaking. There is also a large terrace divided into small areas so you can watch the sunrise/sunset and have a coffee or drink and it was very relaxing. The beach is just a minute away and you just need to walk through some steps. The Acropolis is 8 minutes away (uphill).The cherry on the top of the cake was the owner, Fedra, a wonderful old lady that was very cute and reminded me of my grandma and I wanted to hug her all the time!

There is a restaurant on Pallas beach that hosted wedding receptions every single night ( Lindos is very popular for British weddings) so we could hear the parties and music until late.

Location, clean and all you need for self catering. Sea view with a great spacious patio with deck chairs, sunbeds, tables with umbrellas. Space for drying clothes. Comfortable bed in twin room. The host Fedra was lovely and couldn’t do enough to ensure you had everything you need.

Nothing I didn’t like about the room, the mosquitos were out in Rhodes and they love biting me!:

Large room. Basic accommodation but with everything you needed. Clean, with a bath and shower. Lovely shared veranda/balcony with views over the water. Perfect location for beach and village. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

Maybe the outside area could be tidier ? But that’s all.

We liked the powerful shower, the hot water, how clean and fresh it is, the fact it has air conditioner and a safe at no extra cost. Also our host Freda is so lovely and on site, so we could speak directly with her. It has great views and location for everything Lindos has to offer. Also Freda will do her best if you need a late check out. I cant think of any negatives and we would certainly stay here again.

Everything was great the terrace was beautiful and a lovely place to sit for a relaxing evening, the rooms were clean and very comfortable and the WiFi was great for work.

The only problem we had was that checkout should have been 11am and my parents were asked to leave their room 15 minutes before that for cleaning, when we were not yet ready but the host was lovely and we would stay again. We are back in august and gutted that there is no availability at this property.

We loved everything about the studios, the location is truly exceptional. They are simply furnished but had absolutely everything we needed. Fedra is a lovely welcoming owner. We have already booked to return!

We loved the location. The view was fabulous with a range of seating areas to enjoy it from (the shared terraces were never busy). We loved that it was only a short walk to the shops and restaurants, beaches and up to the acropolis from the property.

Self catering. Nice area to sit outside the rooms. We booked five rooms and had most of the place to ourselves. The best thing about the property was it was just a 5 minute walk to the beach which meant you could run down to the beach first thing in the morning for a swim and book chairs and umbrellas (if you wished) before anyone else got there. The rooms in the property were quite basic, Greek pension style like so many other reasonably priced accommodation in Greece. The view from some of the rooms was lovely, although most of ours had just high windows not worth trying to look out.
