We stayed at AVAL for 10 days, and the experience was fantastic. We were looking for a peaceful holiday where we could relax, and this hotel was perfect for that! We were served a delicious breakfast to our suite every morning, including bread rolls, eggs, fruit, juice, coffee, and various sweets. The breakfast varied from day to day, so it was exciting each morning to see what treats they had prepared for us. The hotel also offers lunch and dinner, which can be delivered to your suite. We ordered several times and can highly recommend the chicken gyros platter! The suite we stayed in had two bedrooms, both with air conditioning. There was also a fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed, including a dishwasher and washing machine. The suite had terraces on both the first and second floors. Every morning, we enjoyed sitting outside on the lower terrace with our breakfast and coffee. There was also a private pool and comfortable sun loungers with sun from morning until late afternoon. All the staff were incredibly friendly, especially the father and son, Panos and Dimitris, who own the hotel. They gave us great tips for excursions around the island and offered car rentals at a very good price. There is no doubt that we will stay here again the next time we visit Santorini!

Everything was great. Probably the best option in Santorini. Let's start with Dimitris and Panos (father & son) who run this hotel in such a friendly way. We felt at home after one minute. Great surprise with the room : it's like a 2-stories apartment, super clean, well decorated and so convenient ! Breakfast was excellent, always served on time (like a Swiss clock!), pool area is so nice and clean. And since the hosts are so kind and attentive, all the guests were super relaxed and friendly, which gave a great atmosphere. Another thing : the hotel is perfectly located, almost "in the middle" of the Island, very convenient to go everywhere. The parking spots are 10 meters to the room entrance, which makes everything super comfortable. We'll come back for sure. Please don't raise the prices because this ratio quality for price was excellent.

Panos, and his son Dimitri, manage this small hotel located in the heart of Santorini. An oasis of tranquility where the kindness of the hosts and staff is the main element. Panos went out of his way to organize an early check in and a late check out for us. He provided us with all the useful information to explore the island and guide us in choosing traditional taverns. The structure is made up of ten suites that develop around the central courtyard where the swimming pool is located. You will feel like you are living in a small village. The architectural and aesthetic details are very well cared for. We stayed in a suite distributed on two levels, on the ground floor the open space and the bathroom and on the first floor the bedroom with terrace and jacuzzi. Every morning breakfast is served directly in the suites, between 8:30 and 9:30 based on the time chosen by each guest, in this way it is possible to have breakfast directly on the patio that the suite is equipped with. The hotel is less than ten minutes drive from the airport, Kamari beach and Fira. We can't wait to return.

The apartment hotel is small and intimate, run by a father and son who are always on hand. They designed and had the buildings built to their design and they all overlook the central swimming pool and bar area which is peaceful and calm. The rooms are clean, spacious and beautifully decorated, with private dip pools or jacuzzis. The small kitchen is well equipped and whilst we didn’t cook during our stay, we did make extra teas/coffees and keep drinks in the fridge. Comfortable and spacious beds, a nice communal area to sit together and an upstairs terrace to sit and watch the sunrise! The breakfast provided was always plentiful and delicious - delivered to your door and something we looked forward to each morning; always included some variation of eggs, bread, pastries, pancakes, fruit and yoghurt. Definitely recommend car hire from here, as Mesaria isn’t necessarily a village to explore or stay in.

If you have come across this place, this is your sign to book it!   We are a young couple in our 20s from Manchester searching for a gorgeous romantic holiday stay for our first holiday together. This is the best place I have ever stayed in; we were blown away by this place on arrival. The villa was gorgeous. We had a villa with a private pool, balcony, kitchen and bathroom; every morning, you received a magnificent breakfast tray to your door (freshly cooked) with maids coming in daily to clean. The owners of the place are a son and father; honestly, they were the most welcoming pair ever. On arrival, they mapped out the island and recommended local places, the best restaurants, and the activities you can do here, and they organised taxis for us. The complex is made of 10 villas but is very calm and chilled, where you barely see any other guests, even in the main pool. This place made our trip to Santorini feel like a dream! It is so aesthetically pleasing, and the level of detail and design of the place is incredible! It is super clean, 5 minutes from the airport, and the food at the villa is gorgeous.   Thank you so much for a gorgeous stay; we will return! We would 100% recommend booking a villa with a private pool. It is WORTH IT!   Thank you for making our trip so memorable.

The apartment/house was amazing. It was really big , private and the plung pool was lovely. Beds were very comfortable and had all the appliances you could need. Even a washing machine! The father and son who owned the property couldn't do more for you! They booked and recommended restaurants, taxis, trips etc. Anything you asked wasn't too much trouble. Nice central location, just a few mins walk to a supermarket and central enough to visit Oia, Fira etc. The breakfast was amazing and brought to your room each morning and if you didn't eat it, you can pop it into the fridge for later. Would definitely recommend and go back!

We had a fantastic time during our stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the owners, who immediately made us feel at home with their friendly and familial approach. They are incredibly kind and always ready to assist or provide tips about the area. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms are very clean and well-maintained. The location is also perfect: centrally located yet peaceful, making it the ideal base to explore the surroundings. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a charming and hospitable place to stay.

A beautiful property, very stylishly decorated, lovely pool, yummy breakfast. Panos and Dimitri have thought of everything a guest would need. They were kind and happy to organise tours and book restaurants for us. The two maids were super friendly too. We can't wait to go back!

You probably need a car to stay here; we had one. It is walking distance to Mesaria where you'll find lots of restaurants and some shops, but without a car, one would have to fork out a lot on taxis to get around the island, as it's not on the main bus routes.

I was with my wife for a short weekend. The room was amazing....brand new, jacuzzi on terasse and common swimming pool i never used becuase of time. The flat was clean and very nice lookig, good design (typicall Greek) and equipped with full furniture & utilities. The breakfast is too huge at least for me, I am italian and I like only an expresso & croissant...but good enough. Very well positioned to reach all the relevant places of the island, very near to Airport and very gentle was the owner. We got a cheap price from Booking but I saw on webportal of the Hotel a double price ...which is applicable for a luxury accomodation which is not yet.

We miss the espresso coffe, we would have one in the room even Nespresso or any other. some fruits or beverage into the fridge available for free ( I had to buy water at supermarket) and this is not nice for night arrival The neighbor is not nice....I mean it is a safety area but in a district /suburb with so many Buildings. No garden or green vegetables
