it was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, Theoni greeted us with genuine warmth and hospitality. Theoni was always attentive and eager to help with anything we needed, making us feel truly at home. Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and The location was perfect: peaceful, yet close enough to all the restaurants, shops, and attractions we wanted to explore. We also loved the breakfast, which was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety each morning. Thanks again

Drop Caves is a dream. We had a fantastic time. The host, Theoni, was wonderful: she met us and made sure we were comfortable at our arrival in Santorini. She was really helpful. Cindy, our housekeeper, was very nice and professional. The facilities are clean and very nice, and the breakfast is very complete. It’s a perfect spot for relaxation in a Greek-style villa.

The cleaniness of the pool could be better, we found some hairs (not ours) at the bottom of the pool. However, this was not a high inconvenience as we removed them easily. The location may not be convenient if you don’t have a car/ moto/ATV. However, the hosts makes it extremely easy to arrange your means of transportation and you can have a vehicle delievered at the main door for a very reasonable price. For us, it was perfect.

Huge and comfortable room with two large bathrooms and a very large terrace with patio, umbrella, deck chairs and a small pool with private hydromassage. Kitchen equipped with everything, friendly and helpful staff. The location is a bit secluded from the more "tourist" points of the island but this guarantees silence, quiet and privacy. Recommended especially if after a day at the beach you like the idea of ​​relaxing on the terrace looking at the stars and maybe being pampered by the hydromassage.

the host is very helpful and friendly. We have arrived very early at 8am and we are not supposed to check-in until 2 or 3pm so we have to wait at the cafe own by the host. We ordered breakfast while waiting for our room to be ready as check-out time is at 11am. our room was ready by 12.30pm. the host arranged taxi for us from/to the airport and to tourist areas. daily breakfast is included the room rate it's a bonus for us. you get daily clean for your room as well as clean towels. the pool is a bonus to us. the cafe has a little mini market so you can get your basic essentials there.

the location is about 10 min drive from/to the airport but took us 30 mins to OIA and 15 min to Fira. We spent quite a lot on the taxi fares as public transportation is not that convenient. don't feel like leaving

The truth is that the friendliness of the staff was excellent both during the trip preparation, where they helped me with things like finding restaurants, and for other activities. The breakfast was very good and complete, with the possibility of making a separate one for a person with celiac disease. It has a small pool that is perfect for children when you return from sightseeing

Very welcoming place. Everyone is really nice, and especially Theoni who knows everything and will give you good recommendations for the area. There is a public bus 10-15 minutes walk to go to Thira and you can transfer there for Oia . Buses are big and comfortable . Breakfast are wonderfull and they will bring it to your room. We love our 3 days trip. We recommend a taxi to go to nice restaurants. We just love it!!!!

I had an incredible stay at this accommodation—it was truly the best I’ve ever experienced. The place was immaculate, comfortable, and offered everything I needed for a relaxing visit. What made the stay exceptional was the host, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic time. Their helpfulness and attention to detail made the experience unforgettable. I can’t recommend this place highly enough!

The host Theoni was super friendly and super helpful. The apartment was awesome and unique. Lovely big comfortable beds, large bathroom and our own plunge pool. The kitchen and dining were roomy and even though we could have made our own they supplied a delightful breakfast each morning. Highly recommended.

The only down side was the steps up to the apartment but again our wonderful hostess Theoni helped carry our bags up and down.

Everything was very good, lovely and warm staff, our room was tidy, clean and very nice, with original furniture. Our room had a large kitchen where we could cook our own meals, which was nicer. My best experience to date! 😍✨ I had a truly unique experience here. The house is just GORGEOUS! I was in another world during my vacation week for my birthday! ✨ Beyond the typical beauty of the house and the place with a private swimming pool in which I could enjoy with a beautiful view every day on the stones, the passage of donkeys, and beautiful sunsets...The lady Theoni who welcomed us was a real favorite. She participated in making my birthday even more special and made me a birthday cake as in my wishes 🤍🥹 she touched me a lot and I was happy to see her during my stay. 🤍 for me the location is just the ideal to live an even more authentic experience in a sublime peace. ✨ The breakfast was amazing too. Served every day at the desired time on a large platter with different varieties depending on the day. it was delicious. the host even offered us Greek specialties to taste! Thank you so much for everything Theoni, she is a beautiful person 🙏🏼
