Amazing view from the terrace, worth to take breakfast (it’s deliscious), very clean with great beach nearby, but most important of all - great staff, supportive, they have great chemistry between themselves and provided one-of-a-kind experience & service to us. Truly a recommended place to stay! :)

Everything was positive for us, maybe only worth knowing that main pool and breakfast are approx. 200m away down the hill. Hotel provides you free transfer there and back whenever you want, but if you’d like to go to the beach it’s around 5 min walk further down by your own. Nothing big, we actually enjoyed the walk :)

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Nimbus Lumen and it really made our trip to Mykonos special. Everything felt very organized and thoughtful. The room was exactly what we were hoping for — clean, peaceful, and with a beautiful view that made our mornings and evenings even more relaxing. It felt like the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the island in a quiet, cozy atmosphere. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the people. Every member of the staff was kind and helpful, but we especially want to thank Yiannis, who was so warm, polite, and always ready to assist with anything. His messages were always friendly and full of good energy, and you could really feel how much he cares about the guests. That kind of genuine hospitality is rare and we appreciated it so much. We also noticed and appreciated all the little details — from the welcome messages and check-ins, to helping us with small requests like getting tea mugs or arranging rides. Even when we weren’t in the room, they made sure things were taken care of without disturbing us. Everything was done with care and respect. It’s very clear that this hotel puts a lot of heart into making sure guests have a great stay. We felt relaxed, cared for, and completely at ease the whole time. This is a perfect property on Mykonos if you are looking for beach access, a little bit of zen and the most immaculate views. The hospitality here is some of the best I've truly ever had. Everyone was so kind, helpful and attentive. The room is literally amazing with a little splash infinity pool. Everything is run through WhatsApp making it so easy to do anything. We especially loved that we could text and arrange a taxi/transportation with ease which is sometimes impossible on mykonos making our stay on island idyllic. Additionally, we knew we wanted to stay close to Jackie Os and it was a literal stones throw away. We will be coming back 100%.

We were offered a free upgrade to the main hotel where everything exceeded our expectations. Excellent location, lovely staff, good food, beautiful property, breathtaking sunrise, good shuttle service (at a charge), great facilities. Will definitely be back!

It was expensive to travel into the old town from this property. Food was also expensive at the hotel restaurant with no nearby restaurants to eat at. You would have to travel into the old town for cheaper food. Surrounding beach clubs and water sports were also closed, however, this seems to be a seasonal thing so no fault of the hotel. Difficult to eat outside the villas as there are many hungry cats that come for food.

We cannot express how lovely this hotel is! The whole experience we had there was 10/10. The best parts: - breakfast, as everyone mentioned it was the best we ever had. A la carte, with a luxury presentation. You have plenty of choices and trust me, it is enough! 2 choices of mains for breakfast, along with proper good coffee, fresh orange juice, fresh pastries. - location, for us this was the best choice. It is indeed remote, so no public transport to rely on but if you have a car, scooter, atv or use the transfer service from the hotel its perfect. - beach - within walking distance you get access to a great beach with 3 or 4 super elegant locations to choose from. Jackie’O, Paradise Beach, Thalas (with the most affordable sunbeds). With great food and service. 100 times better than what you find around the centre of Mykonos. Better even than Scorpios/MyAnna area which are nice but extremly expensive. - if you stay in Nimbus Lumen you get to acces all the services from MyAktis (5*), where the breakfast is served, the pool is and its a great deal. You get transport for free between Lumen and Aktis but it is only a 6 minutes walk anyway. However another plus. - staff, all young but so well trained and professional. The breakfast, lunch and dinner services were so good, so they deserve all the praise in the world. - rooms are cleaned on a daily basis, you get complimentary water, towels for the pool/jacuzzi - what more can you ask for? This is truly a hotel I recommend for honeymood, babymood, couples in general. It is adult only.

We loved the view, proximity to the most beautiful beach, Infinity pools on our room’s balcony, the patio, the design/aesthetic, the modern gym with new equipment, the food, and most of all the EMPLOYEES! It was a complete 5 star experience comparable to a Four Seasons stay. The view from breakfast is spectacular and the food was delicious and great value including the breakfast in the price of the room. Free water is always a plus and new amenities like shower and air conditioning. The employees went above and beyond and didn’t act like they expected gratuity. We had a boat trip one day and they packed our breakfast to go. They were personable with huge smiles and warmth without intruding. I want my whole family to go and all of my friends. Best hotel experience in Europe ever.

We loved everything.

The hotel and staff were amazing! The rooms are separate from My Aktis but there is a shuttle service which brings you to and back from Nimbus Lumen. Great WhatsApp chat to request anything/ ask questions. The breakfast at the main My Aktis hotel is fantastic, so filling and healthy! The pool side and beach were incredible and that’s where we spent majority of time! The staff is so welcoming and always serves you with a smile!

The room is small but nice. Hot tub could have been cleaned better. It would have been nice to have couple of plates and cutlery as there is such a nice terrace that could be used to have nibbles/drinks.

The staff is beyond helpful and nice to guests. They will make your stay an enjoyable one. Kealine is a sweetheart. Transportation is available with a wazup message away - amazingly done.! This hotel is unforgettable. The individual infinity pool in the room is a dream. The view is incredible. Leaving this place was very hard.

The best hotel I ever stayed at and I travel quite a bit. This time I spent 3 weeks in Europe and this hotel is the top one ! I was in Lisbon, Porto, Madeira Island, Switzerland, Mykonos and Santorine.

I stayed here at the end of an island hopping trip around the Cyclades and it was a fantastic stay to end to my holiday. The view from the room was stunning! I woke up early and caught the sunrise from the balcony. The breakfast is taken at the other Nimbus hotel down the road with views out to the sea and was delicious. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly- special shout out to Dora who assisted with my luggage storage and organising my airport transfer at the end of my stay! The room was very clean and modern, and also felt very private. There's plenty of parking if you did hire a car which would be the easiest way to access the main town or other areas of the island from the hotel.

There's no access to the property from the local bus which I didn't realise when I booked so I needed to get a taxi as I wasn't hiring a car for my stay and had opted out of the hotel transfer (thinking I would get public transport). There's a bus between Super Paradise Beach and the town centre (Fabrika) but it follows a different road to the one the hotel is situated on, and it's a fair walk up a hill from the beach which wouldn't be ideal with heavier luggage.
