We are young couple travelling and the property is right next door Tropicana Beach Club. Upon entry, we also mentioned we stayed at the property and was granted free entry to the beach club. Property facilities such as the gym and the pool were modern and added to our guest experience. Shower pressure in room was 10/10 especially from all the late nights out in Mykonos.

Beds were a bit rough to sleep on. Not many food options around the property and we did not particularly like the hotel food. You will definitely need a quad/other transportation to travel and explore the city centre and the rest of the island.

I recently stayed at Tropicana Hotel, Suites & Villas and had an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel truly welcomed with their warmth and professionalism. The hotel combines luxury with a cozy, family-run atmosphere that sets it apart from big chains. The location is unbeatable — just steps away from the beach. My suite was modern, spotlessly clean and cozy. The hotel has a stunning view on the top level that made every morning and breakfast special. The amenities were top-notch and every detail was clearly thought through for guests comfort. A special thanks to the team for their attentive service throughout my stay. You can tell they really care about making your time memorable and they absolutely succeeded. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back and would recommend Tropicana to anyone visiting Mykonos. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Tropicana is absolutely outstanding in every way, from its perfect location and beautiful sea to the comfort of the accommodation and the overall vibe of the place. Everything was far beyond expectations. A very special thanks goes to Ms. Elena, who as the manager went above and beyond in taking care of everything with great attention. My gratitude also goes to Lydia and especially to Evi for their amazing support and hospitality. They truly made the experience unforgettable. I loved breakfast, chef Nasos really outdid himself every morning with the spread that was provided on the buffet, and the dishes on the Al la carte menu were delicious! The mimosas were to die for. The restaurants were great too, I found the Baladaya menu a little too niche for my liking, but overall it was good food there. The staff is really what made the stay what it was. Both Evis did a tremendous job making us feel accommodated.

Overall the staff was tremendous but one of the front desk ladies wasn’t really helpful (not either Evi) I can’t really remember her name. I’m forgetful.

The staff were so helpful from fixing an issue with our deposit box ( thanks Dimtrios) providing recommendations on how and when to get to places, organising all all of our transport to beach clubs and myknonos town. Also the restaurant staff provided such high standard service. We arrived late Monday due to a flight delay and despite the restaurant closing at 11.30 and us being seated at 11.15pm they did not rush us at all. The food was to a high standard and they were more than accommodating. The infinity pool is lovely and a must visit and the rooms are spacious and clean. The cleaning staff were also so polite and thorough. The bar staff by the pools were also so lovely especially Rania and the reception staff were also amazing. I didn't get the names of everyone who helped us but Connie was great :)

One of the most beautiful hotels/ suites I have ever been to. The staff were incredible from the receptionists to the waiters/ waitresses, cleaners and drivers. Special mention to Lydia on the front desk who made our stay so so special. She helped me in the weeks leading up to organise the proposal to my now fiancée which took away so much stress for me. She helped with booking dinners, transfers, excursions etc and provided information on anything we asked. They also upgraded our room which had its own private pool and an amazing view from the balcony. We will definitely be back and can’t thank the staff enough for their amazing work!

Our stay at Tropicana in Mykonos was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely amazing—fast, efficient, and delivered with genuine warmth. Every single person we encountered was beyond friendly and welcoming, making us feel completely at home. A special shoutout to Christos at the front desk—his energy, personality, and professionalism were top-notch. He made check-in a breeze and always had a smile on his face. Mary at the front desk was also incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive to all our needs. Dina at the bar was so welcoming and lovely to chat with. Loved all the staff. The drivers, bell men, and wait staff deserve high praise as well—they were thoughtful, courteous, and always ready to assist without hesitation. The location is perfect, with easy access to everything you could want while in Mykonos. But what truly sets Tropicana apart is the hospitality—it’s unmatched. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Mykonos—you won’t be disappointed.

This place was beautiful, clean, and modern. We always had great service. the front desk was very helpful in helping us with luggage, bookings, and transportation. We had our clothes laundered through a third party as well, and they helped set that up. We looked forward to the breakfast in the morning everyday we were there! It was such a huge layout of choices. We couldn’t get over it. The view at breakfast was also nice. We loved our room and the balcony view too. We did a few things in the spa, and Nick was so sweet and provided great service.

We wish the pool would have been slightly heated in the main area and in our private room. unfortunately we were never able to enjoy it, because it was so cold to get in. Also the room was a little far from main reception, and it required a lot of hills and stairs.

I stayed in terra design suite and it was absolutely amazing From the moment I arrived, reception staff l made everything seamless. Their attention made me feel welcomed. Breakfast was varied, fresh and served late Paradise Beach is just steps from the sand and party scene, but the hotel grounds remain calm and stylish. This stay felt luxurious without pretension—with everything working effortlessly. I will happily return and highly recommend Tropicana to anyone seeking a premium Mykonos beachside holiday.
