We are young couple travelling and the property is right next door Tropicana Beach Club. Upon entry, we also mentioned we stayed at the property and was granted free entry to the beach club. Property facilities such as the gym and the pool were modern and added to our guest experience. Shower pressure in room was 10/10 especially from all the late nights out in Mykonos.

Beds were a bit rough to sleep on. Not many food options around the property and we did not particularly like the hotel food. You will definitely need a quad/other transportation to travel and explore the city centre and the rest of the island.

The staff were so helpful from fixing an issue with our deposit box ( thanks Dimtrios) providing recommendations on how and when to get to places, organising all all of our transport to beach clubs and myknonos town. Also the restaurant staff provided such high standard service. We arrived late Monday due to a flight delay and despite the restaurant closing at 11.30 and us being seated at 11.15pm they did not rush us at all. The food was to a high standard and they were more than accommodating. The infinity pool is lovely and a must visit and the rooms are spacious and clean. The cleaning staff were also so polite and thorough. The bar staff by the pools were also so lovely especially Rania and the reception staff were also amazing. I didn't get the names of everyone who helped us but Connie was great :)

I can't fault the place. I would 100 per cent book again

This place was beautiful, clean, and modern. We always had great service. the front desk was very helpful in helping us with luggage, bookings, and transportation. We had our clothes laundered through a third party as well, and they helped set that up. We looked forward to the breakfast in the morning everyday we were there! It was such a huge layout of choices. We couldn’t get over it. The view at breakfast was also nice. We loved our room and the balcony view too. We did a few things in the spa, and Nick was so sweet and provided great service.

We wish the pool would have been slightly heated in the main area and in our private room. unfortunately we were never able to enjoy it, because it was so cold to get in. Also the room was a little far from main reception, and it required a lot of hills and stairs.

Everything at this amazing hotel was just beyond outstanding. From the start after I booked it on booking.com I called them to ask about pick up transfers etc, they immediately connected with me on WhatsApp and arranged it all for me at the best and most reasonable prices. Even my car rental was arranged by them with LKB rentals which is at the reception of the hotel itself ( outstanding service and cars, more about them in the review later ) . As we arrived Connie at the front desk checked us in in the most efficient way possible. She was just so polite and helpful I can't praise her enough. Courteous and most hospitable staff is the absolute highlight of this hotel. The service and luxury was above and beyond we have experienced in europe EVER. The room was just amazing and luxury personified. Clean and absolutely comfortable , huge if I may add and the amenities provided were just top class. The breakfast was outstanding to say the least and they have it open till 11.30 am ( wow, never seen this in any hotel) , to top it all , if you miss the breakfast even with this extended time, they provide you with an a al carte menu to order from, free of cost mind you , untill 1 pm. Never seen or heard this anywhere in the world. Amazing to say the least. The a la carte menu was incredible for breakfast as well. Food quality superlative and again and again I have to keep mentioning the service, beyond incredible. Our stay was just made so special and memorable by this hotel , we might find it hard to find anything close to this. Mind you we as a family travel a lot around the world and specially Europe and stay in 5 stars properties most often after much deliberation and review reading, so we are very nit picky about everything in general. BUT This hotel blew our minds away in every way and I would not recommend any other property than this one in Mykonos. A special mention to Yannis at the LKB car rental company ( located at the reception of the hotel ).

NOTHING AT ALL THAT WE COULD NOT LIKE. NOT EVEN A 0.001% chance left for us to not like anything.

Mary the front desk manager was nothing short of amazing. She helped me in every way possible from my lost baggage to the medication that I needed for the remainder of my stay. She turned a bad situation into a wonderful experience. Dina the bartender was quite amazing as well. She made the greatest drinks and was very informative about where to go and what to experience. Great listener and great professionalism. Only the few that I consistently encountered. But I can only imagine how the rest are. I love the views and the people. Everything you would need in one location. All the amenities were excellent. I already plan on another trip next year. If not sooner.

This is a very hard question to answer. I do have a champagne taste with a beer budget. It was worth the money spent. I only wished it included more.

The hotel was stunning, the staff were amazing, really helpful with information! The rooms were incredible, we loved having a jacuzzi on our balcony with amazing views and so spacious! The hotel was nice and quiet, lots of sunbeds and different pools. The vehicles were so clean and modern to take us between the different parts of the hotel. The 24hr snack bar was really handy too, to grab snacks and water etc. We LOVED having breakfast at the top with the stunning views! Most helpful thing for us was being next to the bus stop to get to Mykonos Old Town which cost €2/3 each way and located next to a mini super market which was soooo handy! The hotel and location gave us everything we needed, perfect hotel for our trip! 🤍

The property was perfect for us as we wanted to be close to nightlife and a bus stop for easy access. However, if you are wanting quiet evenings, the tropicana beach club plays loud music from 4pm-2:30am, but it didn’t affect us, just a helpful note for other people.

Our stay at Tropicana Hotel in Mykonos was absolutely perfect. The resort is spacious, beautifully maintained, and ideally located, with everything you need nearby – beach clubs, shops, bus stops, clubs, and stunning beaches. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms and pools were not only luxurious but also spotlessly clean, providing a truly relaxing atmosphere. And the food – absolutely delicious! Everything was perfect from start to finish, and we can’t wait to return.”

That we must say goodbye to Tropicana

The Hotel is located on the hill 5 min walk from Paradise Beach, which gives it a panoramic view of the beach from the hotel. We had an amazing suite, which could accommodate 4 people and had a private infinity pool, overlooking the beach. The suite was amazing, with a bluetooth audio speaker system in all rooms. The staff was amazing and the common areas with the iconic pool is second to none. Breakfast was incredible, with a wide variety of options and complete with champagne for mimosas if needed. We took the hotel taxi to the town, but later discovered the public bus, which was only 2Euro for a 15-20 min drive. This hotel is definitely the perfect place to stay at Paradise beach. Great quality of service with amazing amenities, down to your own set of earplugs should the beach parties music reach the hotel.

Only one issues to report really. While this was not a major issue, the hotel is right on the flight path of commercial aircraft. Flights are not frequent but you do see planes fly overhead which can break the serenity of the amazing views.

The facilities & location to all we were looking for on island was perfect. Our reception staff Mary assisted us with all our enquiries to what we could do around the resort & island, it truly made it easy & her recommendations to great restaurants & activities were totally on point. The female bar staff member Dina added to the great experience & looked after my partner with laughs & made her feel relaxed when times of anxiety would overwhelm her being on holiday in a foreign country. The staff were all fantastic & made myself & family feel like royalty! Thank you, Tropicana Team. It's a holiday we will never forget!

Can not fault a thing!

The location was fantastic on paradise beach, access to the beach included + beach towels. The staff were incredible couldn't be more friendly and accommodating for any requests! The hotels taxi service was very handy - available 24hrs via watsapp, and just settled the bill at the end of our stay. the facilities were incredible too and everywhere was kept spotlessly clean! gym had a great range of equipment we used it every day. the food at the reception restaurant was really good too and reasonably priced if you wanted to eat at the hotel for convenience. absolutely incredible views from the upper levels with infinity pool!

not really a complaint more just an observation, the rooms were a little small but we were staying as 5 people in a 2 bedroom villa so we knew it would be tight! otherwise nothing at all!!
