Villa is bigger than it looks in the photos-spacious and comfortable enough for 12 people. Bedrooms are also big enough for 2 people to comfortably stay. Outside area-pool/jacuzzi and lounge area is very spacious and comfortable. Was very easy to communicate with the host-efficient with replying and answering Qs we had. The host provided us with a driver- so convenient to get around Mykonos and they were available 24/7 for pick ups and drop offs. Villa is close to Scorpios/Kalua/Pinky beach and close to Mykonos centre. Airport is ~7 mins drive away from villa! Walking distance to Platis Gialos beach which has good restaurants/bars and a beach.

Bathrooms need better ventilation- windows are there but leaving them open let mosquitoes in

The villa is absolutely stunning. The location is perfect. It’s close enough to walk to many of the beach clubs. It matches the photos completely. The check-in process was smooth, and the team was very responsive to any of our needs. I would highly recommend this place and we will definitely be returning if we find ourselves in Mykonos again. I would recommend a car rental if you want to explore the island as taxis are €50 each way into town.

Beautiful view and very well decorated space. Location was great and within a minute walking distance of Platis Gialos and Pinky beach! ALSO, about a 5 minute walk from our absolute favorite restaurant, Nikolas Taverna!!! The host had great communication, I accidentally locked ourselves out on the first day with no access to our cell phones… luckily we got a hold of another guest and were able to contact him for help! They sent help immediately; and the contact he sent gave us the best recommendations & were so absolutely sweet! The host also helped us get a trusted recommendation for an AVTV, and also accommodated our early check in arrival by really pulling through for us. I appreciate the host & their hospitality during our stay - 10/10 experience!

Couldn’t use the pool because it seemed to attract a bunch of bugs on a hot day, but that’s just an outside pool for you!

This is one of the best hotels you can stay at! The staff goes above and beyond to ensure your happiness. From accommodating early check-in to allowing late check-out when possible, they truly prioritize guest comfort. They even check if you need transportation (available at an additional charge). Unfortunately, during our stay, a massive rain and thunderstorm—one that hadn’t hit the island in decades—unexpectedly occurred. As a result, our villa was flooded. However, the owner immediately upgraded us to a higher-level villa, which was not only bigger but also impeccably clean and well-maintained. We highly recommend this hotel!

It’s location is very good.. near to the famous paradise beach.. the view of the Mediterranean sea was perfect and we really liked it.. the apartment was spacious and great.. the property manager dimitris was responsive to our requests and pleasantly readjusted our booking due to the strike in Greece.. km

A washing machine could be added for long stay goers. We had issues with some insects and dead cockroaches but the owner tried to help and disinfect it immediately.. considering it is too close to beach may be it is expected to have some insects

The view from every window and terrace is exceptionally beautiful. We loved watching the sunset from the terrace. It was a much bigger property than we expected, beautifully furnished and very comfortable. We loved every minute of our stay here. Very close to the beach and restaurants. We especially enjoyed the company of a local black and white fluffy cat, she was absolutely gorgeous and we'll miss her very much. The coach/bus into Mykonos town was a ten minute walk and only 2 euro each way, very comfortable and easy to commute in and out on. We hope to come back and stay here again. Plenty of places to eat in close by or in Mykonos town. Would highly recommend.

Having to leave

What a fabulous place! It was very spacious and perfect for our group of 8. Everyone enjoyed having their own room and bathroom. The beds were comfortable and showers were great. The full kitchen was superb with easy to operate appliances and loads of plates, cups, cutlery and utensils. Plenty of bath and jacuzzi towels. We loved the jacuzzi and the opportunity to relax in a beautiful peaceful setting overlooking the Aegean Sea. The view was so stunning!! We didn't really wanna go out anywhere! The hostess was amazing, quick to respond, very helpful and offered advice.

The washing machine seemed to have preset functions which we couldn't adjust. A minimum wash was 2 hours and wash and dry was 5 hours. But, we managed. Night mosquitos were a nuisance.

the appartement was amazing with the fully equipped kitchen and modern, very clean, the private pool was nice. The owner soti and her son Adonis are lovely, they helped us finding everything. It was my husband birthday ,she offered us a bottle of wine, candle, flower and were really kind, we really appreciate it. Adonis what a well educated and responsible boy we will definitely return next year with the whole family. The beach is only 3 minutes walking distance with plenty of restaurants and a supermarket. bus nearby ,it takes less than 10 minutes to get to the town which is amazing. windmill, little Venice, loads of shops and restaurants, really lovely place. And of top of that ,there is a security guard every night watching the properties. we were not aware about him, got a bit scared seeing a big man roaming around, but then we were told by Alex ,the lady managing the property. We felt very safe, . Overall ,we loved everything.

there is a management company. their contact lady who was supposed to help us, direct and explain, was very unwelcoming. it took hours and days to answer simple questions.like the code to get in. she didnt welcomed us when we arrive. we were stuck outside. she was very unwillingly and doing thing with a bit of contempt.

The villa wasn’t ready for check in until 7pm, even though check in was at 3pm. There’s a very very steep hill to get to the villa - fine if you’re all adults, however, if you have young children in your party this may be an issue. Daily cleaning wasn’t included (an extra and quite expensive fee), toilets start to smell after a few days if you don’t opt in for the clean
