Very clean Hotel, Professional, Nice and Polite Staff, Great Location. Amazing view. The beaches down the hotel are truly amazing, very unique and at all kind of price range. From a 35€ lunch with Minuty and a 20€ bed to a top premium experience at Nammos or Scorpios, you'll have the choice. Blue water, white sand and refreshing temperature.

Noisy room as the wall are very thin, you can hear the phone vibrating from the room next door. The toilet was having bad smell. The hotel was not including a shuttle to the city and we realize during our stay that all hotels from the same level do include it. The bed was also very curvy as overused, and too soft. Nespresso capsules not being refilled on a daily basis, you have to ask. At the price of the room per night, this should be avoided.

This hotel is very upscale without being snobbish. Here it’s the little things that make it greater. You spent a large amount of time at the pool- the staff are fantastic. The offer free services around the pool (glasses cleaning, mini spa facials, free ice creams, cold flannels, free water bottles). The actual pool furniture is very very comfortable. Lots of shade. The building is very aesthetically pleasing to see. All white and blue with splashes of colourful art. The front staff are great as is the drivers. The room is lovely with a beautiful sea view. It’s big. Quite a lot of walking but completely wheelchair accessible. Super kind to adults and children alike.

The ladies on front desk were not willing to work and kept delegating to all the men - they very much reminded us of pouting fish just standing there. There attitude almost came off rude. The male staff really pull their weight and were great. The open bath in the middle of the room is quirky. Delayed departure transfer (only 20 minutes late but still we arrived as requested 10 minutes before). Some of the bedroom light switches are a little confusing.

We stayed three nights in the Thalassa suite with the private pool and we loved the comfort, privacy and beautiful view that the room and hotel offered us. The entire hotel is ver clean, modern and tastefully decorated. The hotel arranged comfortable, professions transfers for us from the airport and to the port, so we felt well taken care of. All the staff at reception, the bar and the restaurant were lovely! The food and drinks at George’s bar and Efisia restaurant were delicious! The hotel is also a very short 5-10 minute walk from nearby beaches and restaurants. We had everything that we needed for our short stay in Mykonos.

We were able to walk quite easily from the street up the hill and into our room through the back of the hotel from the car park on one of the evenings which made us worry a little about the security of the grounds. We followed the guidance provided by the hotel to kept doors closed and valuables locked so thankfully we had no issues but this could be something the hotel could consider working on to make sure guests are not only comfortable but also feel secure.

The hotel was exceptional . Alina, Jaqueline , Ivan and the rest of the concierge team went out of their way to ensure we had a perfect stay. Breakfast was the best we had on our trip. The property was beautiful from the sleek sexy rooms to the infinity pool , spa and wonderful beach a few yards away. I would definitely recommend Myconian Ambassador as the preferred choice to stay in Mykonos!

Bigger bedrooms

The hotel is very modern and smells great. The reception staff, valets, and pool staff were very helpful. The spa facilities are very nice - with different pools for soaking, and treatments to suit all needs. The pool itself and surrounds look chic. Beach is a 5-min walk, with a short walk to a few more beaches and Scorpios nearby. The room was clean and incredibly comfortable. Best cocktails I've had on the island.

Purely personal taste - but the hotel is just a bit too big. Lots of people stacking up at breakfast and around the pool. As a solo traveler, this is not the hotel to stay in. My room was very far from the main building, was accessible from an external entry point and somewhat hidden, which felt less safe. I booked into their fine dining restaurant, and was seated at a back table instead of upfront with a view (empty tables for couples booked later on). I just felt invisible and, for the money, it was a bit disappointing. If you're driving yourself, be careful - the road is steep and narrow.

Lovely views. The staff were brilliant: attentive, friendly, professional. A calm place. Great breakfast. The poolside cocktails were delicious if overpriced (more expensive than the Maldives!).

The beach was a complete tourist trap which was a real shame. You could barely see the sand for all the sun loungers – most of which were empty in the shoulder season. A real eyesore.

Lovely welcome and full escorted lovely tour of the hotel facilities… We had a lovely upgraded room with tub which was a welcome addition to our room Spa is very nice Pool area is spotless and all the staff work really hard to ensure that you have a lovely time. I felt the 5* quality at the pool all day long… ice lollies, & cleaned our sunglasses 🕶 .. nice little touch… Happy people work here. Quality beds & sofas etc. Food and drinks are lovely- homemade lemonade is amazing 👌 Breakfast is gorgeous and served with a smile, all spotless and lots of staff on hand. Nothing is too much. The beachfront restaurants are lovely.

Nothing I didn’t like about the hotel it is really nice. It’s expensive and it’s a bit of a hike to the bus stop in to town and to the beach front if you want to bob up and down there.

An absolutely fantastic hotel. We did very much enjoy our fabulous stay and mostly thanks to a beautiful location, extremely friendly and helpful staff and level of services! Amazing SPA and ladies working there. Praises to all restaurant staff for making everyone feel like home and being spoiled☺️
