I recently stayed at this hotel and was very impressed with the massive improvement compared to my previous visit back in 2018. The level of service has significantly improved — staff were more attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was also noticeably better, reflecting a real commitment to high standards. It’s clear that the hotel has invested in enhancing the guest experience, and I truly appreciated the difference. Well done to the team for the progress made!

We loved this resort to relax, yet only a 10-minute cab ride to Mykonos Town. The staff was accommodating and friendly. Drinks and food were excellent. We shared the beach with Nammos Beach Club and Mall (great shopping!). Psarou beach is beautiful, scenic with the many yachts docked nearby, and the swimming is amazing. Mykonos Blu is a lovely resort with a beautiful pool and well-appointed rooms.

The only negative was on our last day we noticed some people bought day passes for the resort which allowed access to the pools and the private beach. Unfortunately, these people left 7 children unattended at our pool while they relaxed at the beach. The staff didn't seem to mind, even when I asked about it. Maybe a limit on guest passes or at least guest children being supervised would solve the issue. Besides that, everything was perfect!

The staff from A to Z was great very helpful, always smiling and very hardworking🌟🌟 The location was good, view was great🩵 Room size was good, breakfast was amazing... The beach was super especially the sun beds were very comfy:))

The resort is too big so u might be disappointed to find out that your room is high up and at the very end of the hotel due to the price u've paid:( The room that we stayed was spectacular but needs maintenance asap which I'm not going to detail.

Grecotel was an amazing experience! Not only did we love the appearance of the hotel, but the staff was amazing and super friendly/helpful.

It would have been nice to have had a little control over the temperature of our hotel room.

Exceed all expectations- we were upgraded to a beautiful sea view room, the service was absolutely impeccable in all aspects and the hotel itself is stunning. The quality of food, the attention to detail, the warm and attentive staff, and the location itself... Perfection! I would specifically like to mention that every member of staff, be it reception, restaurant/bar staff/management/beach staff or cleaning and maintenance staff that we came across had the most welcoming and helpful attitudes imaginable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful property in a wonderful location. Staff were always friendly and very accomodating to our needs. The hotel offers excellent views and direct access to Psarou beach, which is family friendly. There are free beach beds available to guests, which are patrolled by staff to ensure equity to all guests. There are many steps to the beach so might be hard for senior citizens. Rooms are clean and scented twice daily by housekeeping which we loved with 4 kids. Breakfast options are delicious and plentiful. There is a public bus just outside the resort which can take you to Old Town, the windmills, Little Venice. Platis Gialos which has lots of restaurants and a great nightlife is a 15 minute walk downhill, or accessible by bus.

We liked that all housekeeping requests could be made via Whats App and responses are prompt. No iron in the room but available on request. Laundry service prices were very expensive.

I had the most amazing and incredible experience at Mykonos Grecotel. Maria and Isabella provided me an excellent and outstanding time from the moment I walked into the hotel. They went above and beyond for me and they had outstanding communication and social skills. The best I have experienced. Maria and Isabella had extensive knowledge on the tours, Greece and Mykonos town. They made my birthday very special and everyday I was in Mykonos they helped me plan it. Maria and Isabella made my time very exciting and phenomenal. They took time and patience to cater my trip. I am already planning my next trip to Grecotol. It was the best hotel I have stayed in my life. Eirini provided excellent and attentive service at the boutique section. She was always very friendly and had extensive knowledge on fashion with her excellent communication skills. Eirini, Isabella and Maria's level of attention to detail made my time very special. The restaurant food was incredible and delicious. I went there for dinner nearly every night and breakfast every morning. Food was served on time, it was very fresh and at a high standard. The staff Alexandros, Kostas, Kostantinos, Giannis, Ian and Stefanos made every meal outstanding and exquisite. Best staff at a restaurant I have met. The birthday cake I had was very special. I didn't want to even go to any other restaurant except Aegean Poets. Kostas helped me with any room issues and was very welcoming whenever I entered the hotel. Kostas the beach supervisor provided an excellent time down at the beach and it was one of the best beach experiences I have had. He kept the beach at a high standard and maintained it well.

location was amazing . breakfast was good with good view .. staff are super helpful , kind and nice .. all of them from moment they received us in airport till moment they took us to ferry .. I loved place , beach , our room and view . 10 minutes from down town by car . bus station near hotel , they also can order taxi for you or arrange private services . they are super super nice next to hotel a nice super market .. for sure I’ll choose this hotel next time I come

property was amazing … nothing we didn’t like except gym was bit lacking equipments and not up to standard of 5 stars resorts . I suggest they add more cable machines or multi machine .. more weights .. other than this property and staff super amazing weather was cold and windy and this was unusual for this time of year .. but we got one day to tan and enjoy sun
