Everything was wonderful! The staff are so welcoming and helpful. Beautiful rooms, the cleaning standards are impeccable. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries were always topped up. The view from our room over the pool looking out on to the ocean was absolutely stunning! Breakfast buffet was delicious with a huge selection of continental & cooked food. Very easy to walk to the various beaches, (Psarou and Platis Gialos were our favourites). Mykonos Town is super easy to reach, only 10 minutes on the public bus which costs €1.80, the bus stop is directly outside the hotel. Definitely recommend staying at the Palladium if you come to Mykonos!

more of general comment for policies that allow people smoking and vaping by the pool and in restaurant (including breakfast) . really would prefer a dedicated area so kids and adults are not having to smell it

The breakfast had many options and nice indoor/outdoor seating. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The pool area was nice with good food/drink options.

We were there early in the season so the pool was very cold, and the staff was in process of fumigating for bees so there were many dead bees in the pool area and around the property.

It was simply perfect. From the moment they picked us up at the airport until the end of our stay, everything was exceptional. When we arrived, we were informed that our room had been upgraded to a larger one. A couple of hours later, the staff let us know there had been a mistake — the room we were given had actually been booked by other guests. To make up for it, they upgraded us to the biggest room in the hotel, which was absolutely amazing. The staff were fantastic — always smiling and ready to help. Special thanks to Thanos and Sindri for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. Do yourself a favor and book this hotel. We will definitely be coming back!

An Unforgettable Vacation – The Best Decision We Made! We ended up switching to this hotel at the very last minute, and without a doubt – it was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the personal and attentive service from every single staff member. We’ve never experienced such a high level of service before – the staff went above and beyond at every opportunity to help and make our stay truly exceptional. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was absolutely amazing – everything was spotless and well-maintained. Breakfasts were excellent – maybe not the most varied, but everything you could want was there, fresh and delicious. The hotel is perfectly located, close to great restaurants and a beautiful beach. Inside the hotel, you have everything you need – a well-equipped gym, a relaxing spa with an indoor pool, a bar with a stunning view, and even a pool bar to enjoy during the day. In summary – a 10 out of 10 just isn’t enough. If we could give 100, we absolutely would. A huge thank you for the perfect holiday. We will definitely be back!

That the vacation is over

We went as a group of 17 and had the best stay ever the hotel was lovely and accommodated to each and every one of us they really made the stay the best possible and they always had the same energy day in and day out . Thanos the manager very well managed resort the breakfast was once of the best is caters to the different tastes and authentic greak foods a really immaculate hotel 🌹

The decor/interior design was beautiful and the customer service was second to none from reception to cleaners, waiters and pool staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The facilities are fantastic and staff look after you from start to finish. We were so impressed. Special mention to Thanos, Georgia, Nico and the main staff member at the pool bar who was always around to help. We will definitiely return. Such a treat. The location is also great. Nice and quiet but within easy access of all parts of the island and walkable to a range of lovely restaurants.

The only thing I could fault is the breakfast. The fruit was limited and often unripe. There was a lot of sweet items but not as much healthy berries/granola. The coffee also seemed to be out of a machine rather than a coffee station.

Amazingly designed, great location, not with all the hotels that are on the water. It felt like being in a better neighborhood. Great pool, close to the beach(there is a small walk), free shuttles to the airport. Great restaurants around the hotel. The staff was amazing, very service oriented and the breakfast was one of the best I have had over the world.

We didn’t like the walk up the street from the beach. It was a very steep climb. We thought it could have been a great service to have small golf carts that take the guests up and down to and from the beach.

We visited the property for a one night stay in Mykonos and it turned out to be one of the best stays in my life. We were greeted with a welcome drink and taken around the property by Thanos(from avengers) before eventually getting to our rooms where we were informed by Thanos that we have been upgraded. We were amazed by the rooms and the amazing hospitality of the stuff. If you are ever in Mykonos, i would recommend this property to everyone.

The pool we had in the room was a little too deep which meant that I couldn’t stand comfortably.

Amazingly comfortable beds and pillows, once you lie in it, you feel like you're on a cloud and don't want to get up! Most comfortable hotel bed I've ever experienced. Breakfast selection was very wide: hot foods (scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, bacon, sausages, rotating gratins, rotating meats, rotating veggie dish), cereals and breads, live crepe/waffle/pancake counter, desserts, fresh orange juice machine, salad bar, fruits, greek snacks. Service was professional and friendly from being picked up at short notice from the airport (the rental car agency was a no-show, so I'd advise you to make sure you rent only from those with counters at the airport!), to reception through to the manager (Thanos tried to help sort out my car rental issue, and kept me updated all the way, so I could focus on my holiday, and not on the car rental pirates). It's not a huge hotel, so the staff are familiar with all their guests. Pool was also sufficiently big to not feel crowded even though the hotel looked nearly fully booked. There were some nice double deck beds, shaded from the sun if the ones out in the sunshine were too hot for you. Rooms were big as well, although note that the shower and WC doors are glass, in case you're not comfortable with that! The hotel is typical greek architecture, white washed, rounded corners, clean, fresh and modern. Amenities are close by too: turn left out of the hotel and 1' walk to a minimart, 15' walk to Platos Gialos beach (and go 5' further to Hidden Beach which was a great find to get away from the crowded and noisy beach clubs, and Agios Anna beach). Turn right out of the hotel and 15' walk up to Alesta restaurant (good food, welcoming, more reasonably priced than the eyewateringly expensive and not always great food along the beach) and Souvla restaurant (grilled meats).

The room I was in was a bit noisy, I could hear people in the corridor and also in the room above me. It didn't really bother me, but make sure you escalate it to Thanos (and any other issue) as he takes it very seriously and will go out of his way to sort it out for you.
