Everything was wonderful! The staff are so welcoming and helpful. Beautiful rooms, the cleaning standards are impeccable. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries were always topped up. The view from our room over the pool looking out on to the ocean was absolutely stunning! Breakfast buffet was delicious with a huge selection of continental & cooked food. Very easy to walk to the various beaches, (Psarou and Platis Gialos were our favourites). Mykonos Town is super easy to reach, only 10 minutes on the public bus which costs €1.80, the bus stop is directly outside the hotel. Definitely recommend staying at the Palladium if you come to Mykonos!

more of general comment for policies that allow people smoking and vaping by the pool and in restaurant (including breakfast) . really would prefer a dedicated area so kids and adults are not having to smell it

It was simply perfect. From the moment they picked us up at the airport until the end of our stay, everything was exceptional. When we arrived, we were informed that our room had been upgraded to a larger one. A couple of hours later, the staff let us know there had been a mistake — the room we were given had actually been booked by other guests. To make up for it, they upgraded us to the biggest room in the hotel, which was absolutely amazing. The staff were fantastic — always smiling and ready to help. Special thanks to Thanos and Sindri for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. Do yourself a favor and book this hotel. We will definitely be coming back!

An Unforgettable Vacation – The Best Decision We Made! We ended up switching to this hotel at the very last minute, and without a doubt – it was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the personal and attentive service from every single staff member. We’ve never experienced such a high level of service before – the staff went above and beyond at every opportunity to help and make our stay truly exceptional. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was absolutely amazing – everything was spotless and well-maintained. Breakfasts were excellent – maybe not the most varied, but everything you could want was there, fresh and delicious. The hotel is perfectly located, close to great restaurants and a beautiful beach. Inside the hotel, you have everything you need – a well-equipped gym, a relaxing spa with an indoor pool, a bar with a stunning view, and even a pool bar to enjoy during the day. In summary – a 10 out of 10 just isn’t enough. If we could give 100, we absolutely would. A huge thank you for the perfect holiday. We will definitely be back!

That the vacation is over

We went as a group of 17 and had the best stay ever the hotel was lovely and accommodated to each and every one of us they really made the stay the best possible and they always had the same energy day in and day out . Thanos the manager very well managed resort the breakfast was once of the best is caters to the different tastes and authentic greak foods a really immaculate hotel 🌹

The breakfast had many options and nice indoor/outdoor seating. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The pool area was nice with good food/drink options.

We were there early in the season so the pool was very cold, and the staff was in process of fumigating for bees so there were many dead bees in the pool area and around the property.

Amazingly designed, great location, not with all the hotels that are on the water. It felt like being in a better neighborhood. Great pool, close to the beach(there is a small walk), free shuttles to the airport. Great restaurants around the hotel. The staff was amazing, very service oriented and the breakfast was one of the best I have had over the world.

We didn’t like the walk up the street from the beach. It was a very steep climb. We thought it could have been a great service to have small golf carts that take the guests up and down to and from the beach.

The decor/interior design was beautiful and the customer service was second to none from reception to cleaners, waiters and pool staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The facilities are fantastic and staff look after you from start to finish. We were so impressed. Special mention to Thanos, Georgia, Nico and the main staff member at the pool bar who was always around to help. We will definitiely return. Such a treat. The location is also great. Nice and quiet but within easy access of all parts of the island and walkable to a range of lovely restaurants.

The only thing I could fault is the breakfast. The fruit was limited and often unripe. There was a lot of sweet items but not as much healthy berries/granola. The coffee also seemed to be out of a machine rather than a coffee station.

One of the highlights was the complimentary upgrade to a larger suite with a private pool—an amazing surprise after a long day of traveling. The suite was spacious, well-appointed, and offered the perfect space to relax and unwind. Housekeeping deserves praise as well. They were thorough and proactive, regularly checking in and providing fresh towels without us even having to ask. We also ordered room service during our stay, and the food was delicious and well-presented. Overall, the experience was excellent, and we genuinely appreciated the attention to detail and personalized care provided by the team.

Excellent hotel from start to finish! The complimentary airport shuttle was so convenient, and they also provided free transportation to a nearby beach and picked us up whenever we called. The service and kindness from everyone — starting with the drivers, the reception staff, the waiters, and the housekeeping team — were truly outstanding. I wish I could mention each one by name because every single person was excellent. The restaurant was amazing — lots of gluten-free options, and the pizza was the best I’ve had since visiting Italy. On our last night, the chef even surprised us with a complimentary gluten free chocolate soufflé with ice cream, absolutely delicious! Rooms were spacious, beautiful, and spotless. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Overall, it was an excellent experience, definitely a true 5-star hotel. I highly recommend it to friends and family!
