4 of us stayed in the 2 bedroom villa with a private pool and it was absolutely incredible for the value for money. The hotel main area was so quiet but also had music during the day which was a great touch as we were a young group of girls. We didn’t get the waiter’s name who is there all day but he was incredible nothing was too much to ask. The hotel is also gorgeous to look at, very aesthetically pleasing. So so clean, cannot fault it. Taxis easy to access into the town which is around 15 mins away. Looking to stay here again next year! Very pleased.

The breakfast options were very limited. You’d get given lots of different foods but these changed each day - you could only order eggs, no bacon, sausage, toast etc. Also the food that was bought out was quite random, cake and cheesecake etc. All cold foods, no hot ones! We didn’t mind as we had a fridge and oven in our villa and could feed ourselves! Just worth noting it could be improved.

The breakfast was amazing,Julio the bartender was kind so much and nice to any question. Rosy and Sam the reception agents were very welcoming and responded to every request with a smile. The room was very big and equipped well. THE bed sheets and towel were changed every day. accelent location and free parking

We booked the Jacuzi room (as was write in hebrew lenguage) which turnes the it was jet tub,it was really disapponting. the weather should be not so sunny so we wanted to enjoy hot tubs. It showed be written in the propper way to avoid mistakes

My stay at Portes was exceptional. Right from the warm reception at the welcome desk where we met the lovely and helpful Iro to the restaurant where we met the lovely Elvira and all the other staff members who were extremely helpful and friendly. The staff were great from the moment we entered right up to the moment we left the villa.The rooms were clean, the decor in the rooms was simple and pretty, the villa was not at all noisy, the breakfast was tasty but needs more variety, the location is great as there is a bus a few metres from the villa which takes you straight to Mykonos town. The staff were also great in setting up the room for my sister's birthday and were very accommodating too. We could not use the pool because unfortunately the weather was quite chilly and windy so the pool was constantly cold. But that was the weather's fault, not the villa's :-) We loved our time in the villa. I will definitely be going back to Portes any time i am in Mykonos. Lovely place to stay in Mykonos and i will recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel or villa in in Mykonos

New, clean, modern excellent facilities with awesome staff. Service was again remarkable with smiling helpful staff. Breakfast was also really good and the people serving preparing were nicest and good at what they did. Pool’s are very clean, the property is very well maintained. Super market is close. Town centre is slightly far but the hotel facilities and their people makes up for it.

Can’t think of anything at the hotel as everything was excellent . I am allergic to cats which the hotel had few. Cats are everywhere in Greece and so it’s not the hotels fault as it is normal in this part of the world, it’s just coming from Aus where there are extremely high standards on pet settings gives one a bit of shock but that’s why we travel, every country is different and we respected that.

The perfect place to stay for many reasons ! First the people working here, the owner and her daughter and Zulio who made everything perfect with his great sense of details and love for perfection. This place is unique thanks to these people who have a great sense of service. The hotel is beautiful, cosy and quiet. The location is vey good, close to the Mykonos city. I do hope we’ll come back.

Beautifully designed, fabulous layout of 3 bedroom villa. Loved the villa pool & the overall facilities were perfect. The restaurant had a great menu & the breakfast was off the scale, we loved it. The main pool area is spacious & stylish, we happily spent a few days chilling by the pool.

lovely staff who very kindly upgraded our room as it was our honeymoon amazingly spacious room with lovely pool beautiful pool area - very relaxing great breakfast! and good food is quite a walk from Mykonos town and along roads that have 0 pavement, we did it once and decided not to again, would be fine if you were renting scooter etc but there is also a bus stop right outside the hotel opposite supermarket so we just jumped on this for $3 and went late into night so was absolutely fine - nicer to be a bit out of the town for peace and quiet too

the only thing we would suggest tweaking would be the breakfast! we were brought a whole array of food rather than a buffet and felt bad on the first morning because we couldn't fit it all in or didn't like particular parts and had had no idea what was coming (no menu or anything just got asked if we wanted eggs but didn't realise this was on top of pastries,fruit, yoghurt, cakes, bread!) - the next morning we asked for specific components (e.g. the eggs and pastries) that we wanted and would eat and wondered if people could select from a menu to save on waste?

This property is amazing! We stayed in a two bedroom Villa with a private pool. It was gorgeous! We also had a smaller bedroom with a twin bed. Each of the three rooms had a full bathroom (the smaller bedroom had a smaller bathroom, but still a full bath). The suite had a full kitchen, dining room, living room, outdoor patio with dining table, and a private outdoor pool. We were also close to the hotel pool, which was lovely. Breakfast was included in the rate, and it could be either delivered to the room or served at their super cute restaurant on the outdoor covered patio. The food was divine, but what stood out even more was the service. Renia took care of us every day, and she was such a delight. She is genuine and seems to truly enjoy connecting with the guests. Benjamin was also fantastic. He assisted us with dinner recommendations and reservations, and we loved his suggestions. We wish we had been able to take advantage of the in-room spa services they offer, but we wanted to spend time at the beach and in town. We did enjoy the hotel pool, though. It is well maintained and offers full bar service from their restaurant. Loved the floating bean bags! The hotel team was very accommodating with scheduling transfers for us (we wish we had asked about the local bus schedule - may have been cheaper). All in all, it was an incredible experience! Breakfast was great and really good. Rooms are so clean and you can find everything in the room like kitchen items, towels, hair dryer etc. Pool & ambiance so cool.

I wanted to coffe when i breakfast but person said to me 'our kitchen closed, breakfast services finished', at 10:03 am. I cannot believe that, they did't bring my coffee - just 3 minute, 3 minute. Like a kidding. Services perspective could be extend. Wifi connection was bad in the in the basement rooms

The property is beautiful and just amazing all around from the design of the buildings to the landscaping! The rooms are elegant and upscale both in design and comfort! George at the restaurant was fantastic! We cannot say enough of his friendliness and hospitality! Staff were top notch! Nora the manager is a huge asset to the hotel and helped us with finding transportation, restaurants and answering all of our questions both prior to and during of visit! Wonderful trip! Hoping to go back!!

We wish coffee and waters were readily available at no cost after breakfast. Would like more food options.
