When arriving we got an upgrade due to a bigger room being free. We were with three and had a two person room with extra bed. We did get a free upgrade to a family room. The breakfast was good! There were plenty of options to choose from and everything looked fresh! 10-15 minutes drive and you are in the middle of Chalkis The employees were really friendly The pool was large and well cleaned, we really enjoyed our time near the pool The views on the shared balcony were very nice! There are plenty of parking places!

The room was smelling a bit stale, like it was not used in a time. We made sure to let the water run for a time before using the shower. The drinks at the pool were quite expensive. For example a large beer was €5 and when we were in the centre of Chalkis we paid €3. The prices were equal to a expensive beach club. I understand that you have a bit higher price due to the bar being at the pool and closeby the beach, but it was a bit too much in our opinion.

We were pleasantly surprised that the location of the hotel was right on the beach! In proximity to the hotel and the shore, there are five taverns. Also, the location of the hotel allows easy travel to all the nearby places, like Chalkida and Evia. Special thanks to Stavrula and Georgia, the reception staff! They were very friendly and helpful, and could answer every question we asked!

Almira mare Hotel is a charming place with a cozy atmosphere. The rooms are well-appointed, and the view from the balcony over the sea is breathtaking. The pools are clean and inviting, and the garden is a great spot to relax. The hotel’s restaurant offers a fantastic variety of Mediterranean dishes, making every meal a delight. Highly recommend!

A fantastic hotel in a great location! We loved the peaceful atmosphere, the proximity to Chalkida, and the variety of restaurants nearby. The food at the hotel’s restaurant was delicious, with authentic Greek flavors. The staff was welcoming and always had a smile on their faces. Highly recommended!

The hotel was great with a view of the pool and the sea! The whole area was cozy with a few tavernas and lots of people but still quiet. Takes only 10 minutes with a car to Chalkis center if you want more life, shops and restaurants. Chalkis center is very nice! The hotel staff were absolutely wonderful and very helpful with everything. The rooms were very clean and practical! Can highly recommend this hotel!

Very pleasant hotel with a good open air pool in a peaceful area close to Chalcis. Close to beach and a number of bars and restaurants. Clean, friendly, very helpful staff.

My room was not only beautiful with nice pool view but also exuded a cozy lodging, making it a delightful charm for a night's stay. The complimentary WiFi was a thoughtful addition, enhancing the overall convenience. Reception was elegant and attentive and services like chech in was made in fast timing. It truly felt like a personal escape, leaving me with fond memories and a desire to return.
